AUnlockit Locksmith & SecurityThe technician, Johnathan, arrived as planned and thoroughly explained what was causing our issue. When the door was originally installed, they used the same hardware screws on the prior door and had not aligned the hardware properly. Johnathan corrected the issue and even went a step further to adjust the door strike, which was not in original scope of work. He placed a safety cone by his van when parking in front of our house as well.- Wes B.

AMy air conditioner kept turning off. After several visits by the servicing company it was suggested that it was an electrical problem; electrician needed. Mr Doster quickly determined that the issue was not electrical and talked with ProTec as we stood by the condenser. On his advise, the service rep gained access to the crawl space and fixed the problem. Mr Doster would not accept payment for his help. You can be sure that Epi’s Electrical Services card is firmly attached to my refrigerator and Mr Doster will be called when service is needed.

AJohn recently replaced both units (inside and out) in the home I purchased. The old units came with some VERY challenging issues that John didn't bat an eye over. Both units were infested with mold and the unit in the attic was not assessible (he had to cut plywood to get to and replace). This work HAD to be done before I could move in and also coincide with the mold remediation company. John responded to my call quickly gave me a fair flat price, and he met the timeframe needed. This was a grueling job at the end of July (sorry about that, John) but he and his helper were able to complete it in a day and a half! John was extremely accommodating and has gone the extra mile by returning 3 months later to install new thermostats I purchased at no extra cost!. Thank You!!!

Laura and Lisa arrived on time, were very professional, and were able to replace the broken part of the lock without having to completely replace everything, re-key the lock, etc. They worked efficiently and the lock was fixed quickly.
