    Gardner Dermatology
The folks at Gardner Dermatology and Med Spa are the best! They are all courteous, professional, and always willing to work with my schedule for appointments. So far, I am very pleased with the tattoo removal (which takes multiple treatments). They are reasonably priced, prompt, and very compassionate. I highly recommend Gardner for services offered in the medical spa.

    KAISER PERMANENTE
They are one stop shopping. They have a lot of specialties. They have general surgery, dermatology, cardiology and all the sub specialties. I would use this provider again in the future. They are very organized and their computer system is well integrated so no matter what doctor you see, they can pull up all of your records. They know right away who I have seen and what procedures have been done. They are pretty price effective and pretty affordable. I'm with a small company and we have our HMO through them. They have at least 20 different offices in Atlanta and they keep building more. They are a big name player around here. I have my family doctor and they can refer me to various specialties within Kaiser. I don't have to go out of the network very often, which is nice. I had hernia surgery and boom they had a surgeon. It worked out well. The staff is pretty nice.

    Family Dermatology of Lilburn
The reason for this negative review is the bill that I received. The appointment went well. I had to wait about 30 minutes past my scheduled time to get seen by Dr. Brown, but she was very professional. She removed 3 lesions and sent them in for testing.
My bill stated that I had a test, code 88305, performed and that the charges were $720, of which my share is $611.70. I called the billing number twice and left voicemails, asking for an explanation. My call was never returned. Next I called the Windy Hill Office number, where I went to see Dr. Brown. The first time I was put on hold for over 5 minutes and eventually hung up. The second time I was transferred to another number, which just kept on ringing and had no voice mail.
I called my insurance carrier and they told me that they had received a bill for this procedure, but that the charge they had received was for $180, with my share being $12.56. I don't know if the $720 charge was a mistake, but after 2 unanswered voicemails and 2 phone calls that led nowhere i am inclined to believe it was a deliberate attempt to extort extra money from me. A few days later I received a voice mail asking me to disregard the bill. i was told there was a clerical error.
About 6 weeks later, the same bill arrived in my mail, with the same $720 charge. I called the office number again, with the same result. No answer, left a voicemail. My voicemail was never returned. I spoke with my insurance agency again and they told me that family Dermatology was charging me much more that the authorized amount, so i didn't pay the bill. I just received a collection notice in the mail, which I will now have to fight.
The Family Dermatology billing department is either totally dishonest or totally inept. They have tried on three separate occasions to extort money from me. I will report them to the Office of the Insurance Commissioner.

Was able to get appointment within two weeks. Office was efficient and on time. Was in and out of office in about 30 minutes. Dr. Erickson was friendly and made me feel more at ease. Had to have a biopsy performed and results were returned quicker than expected.

I have been going to Dr. Fourney for about 5 years. I tried other Dermatologist before finally picking her. I am very satisfied, If anyone knows dermatologists, I do, having been under constant care for the last 30+ years. Dr. Fourney is at the top of my list as is her staff. She keeps up with you as an individual and does not need to be brought up to speed when you go in there, she is on top of it already. I have no hesitation recommending Dermatology Affiliates and Dr. Fourney to anyone. My wife, daughter and her husband all use them too now! I should have done a review a long time ago.

I saw Dr. Erickson, and she was wonderful. Very personable and easy to talk to. She also really seemed to know what she was talking about. I will definitely be back to see Dr. Erickson in the future.

    Family Dermatology
I made the appointment fairly easily, but the physician ran about 30 minutes late this time. Physician is pleasant, but office does not seem like they are up to date with the most current treatments. This facility is one that likes to give out a lot of prescriptions without taking much time. My condition did not get any better with the creams I was given, so I went to a follow-up, the physician said it was nothing more he could do about my condition since it was chronic. I then went to another dermatologist, who actually gave me some medicine that worked.

Marietta Dermatology & The Skin Cancer Center
Office staff that sits at the desk rude and unfriendly, the doctor was punctual, but did not have a good bedside manner, acted like she did not actually want to make contact. When she left the room, heard lots of loud laughing from the ladies sitting at the desk. Not sure what the physician said, but that made me quite uncomfortable. The nurses were nice, but the admin staff and physician were not friendly, I will defitenely be looking for a better physician. I have been a nurse for 20 years and I just did not connect with this office.

Overall it was a very good experience. The doctor there was punctual, very professional, and attentive. He did a great job of explaining the issues and was very knowledgeable. He was very courteous and helpful too. The staff was excellent but they sort of knew who I was because a family member works there. I have never had a problem there. Even in the past, when the family member did not work there, the staff was always very nice and professional. I never had to wait all that long. It was a short wait but it was not like waiting for a ridiculous amount of time.
