    The doctor and his staff are excellent! They truly care about me and my health and do everything possible to ensure it is the best experience for me. I've had horrible dental experiences in the past, but Dr. Patel and his staff really help put my mind at ease and work with me (and my anxiety) to do the necessary work to keep me healthy. I did a lot of research before landing at this dentist, and came because of the stellar reviews. They were not wrong. The entire staff cares about you and treats you like family from the moment you walk in the door. They will explain everything in very very good detail throughout the entire process and will even work slower to produce less anxiety/pain. The staff are personable and understanding. I really wish I'd have found this practice long ago and have avoided the horrible dentists I've came across in my past. I really can't explain how much this place has helped me to overcome some of my fears of dentists, while doing what's best for me. The prices are average for the area and they are worth every penny. Dr. Patel prides himself on creating a practice that cares and is there to help his patients. I've rarely came across any dentist as friendly and personable as Dr. Patel and I really appreciate all that he has done for me, as I know I'm not the best patient to have to deal with. I also brought my dad in to get dentures and he too had an amazing experience with this well trained and professional staff.

    I think it is OK. But after I went back for the second cleaning, the hygienist didn't have my paper work and told me to go back to Periodontist. I told her they requested I stay at dentists. I went to dentist for two major procedures . He appeared to be nice at first. But then I went back for second cleaning, and the hygienist didn't have my paperwork. And told me to go back to Perio. I explained that they sent me to dentist and I didn't need to go back. Then the dentist came in and said he would have to call Periodontist to know how to proceed. But instead, he sent me letter saying that I didn't agree with office staff( the hygienist ) and I should find new dentist. I am glad I found out how this dentist really was and grateful I didn't stay there. Even though I went out that day and brought them paperwork they should have already had.

    I had an appointment a week ago and had a consultation for a tooth that has been bothering me. I found out that I would need a root canal and crown. the estimated cost after insurance was about $1000. After speaking with the financial advisor in the office, we agreed that I could pay $246.25 in four payments. She and I both singed the agreement. A week goes by and now it's the day before my appointment and I get a call saying that the agreement is no longer in place. Now it's a day before my appointment and they call to say that the agreement is no longer in place because the office manager and dentist need 60% up front. That's $721 I need to have ONE day before my appointment! And to top it off, if I cancel my appointment due to THEIR miscommunication within the office, I will have to pay a $25 cancellation fee! This is one of the WORST experiences I've had with a dentist. I am a patient that has been in pain for over a week and no one cares. I am a CUSTOMER because I am paying for services and I should be treated as such. They should honor the agreement that we BOTH signed and move on with the care as expected. I plan to change dentists immediately after I have this procedure taken care of. I am beyond disgusted with this entire situation.

    Excellent listening skills. Willingness to adjust the timetable based on time/monetary constraints, providing choices that are made when clearly understood by the patient (which means me :- ) Bring the conversation down to a level that can be understood by any patient.

    Sprayberry Dental Associates
    Sprayberry appears to be discouraging dental HMO / DMO patients from going there - even though they take that insurance. They didn't have me on their DMO roster so I called the DMO. they faxed my eligibility paperwork and their roster over and Sprayberry still refused to make an appointment for me. I called the DMO again and they put me on hold while THEY called the office, and Sprayberry still refused to make an appointment. There's no logical reason not to make the appointment since I am insured. I've been going there since 2010 and this didn't matter to them. The DMO is emailing me a list of other dentists in my area that accept their insurance, and I'll be switching to one if them. This is drive-through dentistry. My DMO said there are 69 other carriers within 10 miles of Sprayberry that accepts their insurance, so it's likely that they accept other DMOs as well. I suggest trying one of those. Paul D.

    Dr. Sprouse filled my cavity quickly, expertly and painlessly. He works with state of the art equipment. He referred me to a dental surgeon for the extraction, which was complicated by its structural weakness and my age at 84. Dr. Sprouse is exceptionally personable. He took the time to establish a personal connection with me, getting to know a little of my life experience and interests. I was particularly impressed that he not only took the time to get to know me but also asked me about my goals for the care of my teeth. As I mentioned, I am 84 and my dental goals reflect my age. I have many 30+ year old crowns. Expensive procedures that I would probably consider were I younger are not on my agenda. At this point in my life, I am only interested in the most essential care, as it becomes absolutely necessary. Dr. Sprouse listened attentively to my goals and adjusted his recommendations accordingly. I found this and his referring me to a dental surgeon testimony to his integrity and willingness to put my wishes and best interests above his profit motive. I consider myself lucky to have found such a patient-oriented dentist. He is well-worth the 35 minute drive from my home to his office. My thanks to Angie's list.

    I've been a patient of Vienna Smiles for a long time and they have always been able to accommodate my early or late schedule. Once checked in the appointments move along very quickly. I've never had any issues with coverage by my dental insurance, and the fees charges are reasonable.

    Not good, had waited months to get this appointment for a cleaning, and was not able to get the work done.  I was unemployed at the time, so couldn't afford to get the deep cleaning done that they insisted that I needed.  I had dental insurance that was supposed to have covered not only a cleaning, but x-rays as well through Humana at the time of the appointment.  I paid my co-pay at the time of the appointment, and assumed insurance would have covered the "cleaning" and the x-rays, as there was nothing else I was told would be due when I left the office.  I changed to a new insurance plan on 1-1-16, and in February 2016, got a bill from Sprayberry saying that I now had to pay for the x-rays, since their contract with the Humana dental plan specified that I had to keep the Humana insurance for a year, or Humana would not pay for any work I had had done during the time I had been covered (June 1, 2015-Dec 31, 2015).  I had never seen any information like that in my dental enrollment contract with Humana nor heard of anything like that and disputed being billed for a covered service when I had insurance at the time of the appointment.  I tried talked to the billing person at Sprayberry, who happens to be the dentist's wife, and she refused to discuss it, saying that I needed to take it up with Humana.  I took it up with Humana customer service, who at first said I did not have to pay, and to send the situation to their appeals dept., they told Sprayberry the same thing.  I then got a letter three months later from Humana, saying I would have to pay the dentist because I did not keep the insurance for 12 months (even though I never saw this paperwork from Humana when I enrolled online in their program).  Meanwhile I continued to be billed monthly by Sprayberry, PLUS interest, on this bill.  It was impossible to work with Sprayberry's dental office since they refuse to even discuss writing off this charge for x-rays that I don't even have, nor could use, due to the cost of their deep cleaning services, nor was having the x-rays something I would have ever agreed to have done, had I known that I had to later pay for them just because I chose another insurance provider.  It would have been cheaper for me to stay with Humana for 6 more months than to pay this old x-ray bill.  I am now being threatened with collection agency by Sprayberry, if I don't pay them $280 for x-rays. I would never recommend this company, nor have any services done here.

    I?ve been a patient of Dr. Aguilera for about 3 years. She
    has been a wonderful dentist- She is very personable, companionable and shows genuine
    interest for my dental needs. She is also a perfectionist and will make sure
    her work and the work performed by her staff is done correctly.

    Last summer, I was experiencing constant headaches and
    earaches- I was also pregnant, so I was freaking out! I visited several
    specialist and none of them were able to help me. Fortunately, Dr. Aguilera was
    able to identify the problem: I was putting too much pressure on my jaw and
    that was causing my headaches and earaches. She ordered me a mouth guard and
    was very diligent in making sure it was the perfect fix for me. After wearing
    the mount-guard for a few nights, the pains were gone. I was so happy she was
    able to alleviate the pain without having to take any harmful medications.

    I had fillings done, whitened my teeth, then multiple implants and crowns.  Now I can chew like normal and it feels and looks great!  I am so thankful to have met Dr. Aguilera and her team.  They have taken such great care of me like I was family and I am very impressed with the results.  I am so happy that I feel comfortable smiling now and I can tell that my self-esteem is improved.  Other people have told me how nice my smile looks.  Thank you so much for your help, I am so grateful!
