APerfection Roofing & SidingI had the notorious Louisiana Pacific siding on my house that started to warp and rot around the time I bought my house in 2008. I had it patched up and here and there and replaced rotten boards from time to time but this year it was just too much, especially after the chimney started to tilt. So I finally decided to install new siding on the entire house. After diligent research, I contracted the best-reviewed company in the area, Perfection Roofing and Siding. The job was done in December, so sometimes it had to be delayed because of the bad weather, but Robert's crew was incredibly professional and efficient. They reconstructed the badly damaged chimney, wrapped the entire house in a plastic sheet that would prevent the future water damage, and installed the Nichiha siding so meticulously you can't even see the seams or nail heads on it. The painting job was absolutely wonderful as well. My house looks beautiful now, I love the texture and feel of the siding that is supposed to last forever or at least my lifetime. Throughout the job, Robert was very easy to get in touch with and gave me regular updates on the next steps and/or delays. In short, I've had a great experience working with this company. I also noticed that the heating bill for the first month after the siding was installed was about 25% lower than in previous years. Overall, I am greatly satisfied with the job and would recommend PRS to anyone who is thinking about having their siding replaced or repaired.- Lana K.

APerfection Roofing & SidingPerfection is not an exaggeration here. Russ does great work, and he stands behind that work. He will not roll out a photo deck of jobs, he will show you his work in your area. He is responsive, punctual, and he does what he promises. A deal is a deal, and the work is a good value. I had the chimney replaced after water had gotten in and created some rot. Russ recommended improved materials to better stand up to the elements. The fit and finish is incredible, and the paint match is perfect. Getting a craftsman out in a pandemic is a little dicey. Russ made the whole process easy. His people are great. He is a pro. ATurned out the problem was operator error. I had forgotten the secret to getting my logs start, but after days of trying and asking everyone I knew to see if they could figure out the problem, Kinard’s service charge was cheap in comparison to other companies I called and they came out within days, rather than having to wait over a month and pay over 3x for a service call just to show me how to operate the logs. I felt rather foolish when the tech showed me what to do. I would have felt more foolish to have spent $300 dollars and spent another cold season never haven turned on my fireplace. Thanks

Aeverything went great. The price was established up front and honored. I was then shown pictures of the needed repair work where we came to an agreeable price and date for the repairs. On the day of the repairs I had something come up and had to leave. Aaron asked me if he could go ahead with the repairs since he did not need access to the inside. Before opening my gate he called to make sure there weren't any animals that he needed to watch out for. Aaron did an awesome job for the price we negotiated and worked with me on everything. He kept me updated on all work. I highly recommend using We Care Chimney Services and I will contact them when I need my chimney cleaned.

AGave us a quote over the phone with range for cleaning (dirtier chimney costs more). Called about 20 minutes before arriving. Very polite and professional, kept an eye out for our cat to make sure she didn't escape. Took care not to make a mess in my house. Free chimney inspection with the cleaning. Gave us some tips to extend the life of our rain pan so we won't have to replace for a few more years, saving us some money in the future. Business is local for us, and we like to hire local. Will definitely use them in the future.

FPlease be aware of this company. They came out to remove the tree that fell on our house. They make you sign a contract that you will only use Taylor Construction for the repairs. This happened August 25th and we still don't have a single repair done. There is still a tarp on our roof and there is now extra damage from all the times they failed to put the tarp on well enough to prevent rain from getting in. Everytime it rains water drips from our light fixtures and walls. They aren't responsive to phone calls or text. They act wonderful until they get the check from insurance and then everything changes for the worse. This has been **** for us.
