I was very impressed with the service I got from them. They went above and beyond. The original estimate was $735. The end result was $1100.00. This was a big disappointment, however, the estimator called twice to discuss the situation with me prior to the work being done, which was very much appreciated. Apparently, the bumper needed to be replaced rather than repaired. The work performed was very satisfactory. With the additional work that needed to be done, I was told that my vehicle would be ready for pick-up late Monday afternoon rather than Monday morning as I had planned. I was also told I would receive a phone call when my vehicle was ready. The work was actually done by Friday afternoon. No one called to let me know my vehicle was ready; they merely assumed I would pick it up on the date and time that it was originally promised. In fact, I had to call the provider late afternoon on Monday to even find out if my vehicle was ready for pick-up. The service shop and the customer service representative (or office personnel) had not communicated with one another. This was very disappointing since I was relying on others to provide transportation during the extra time needed to replace the bumper.
While I was very put off by the defensiveness of the office staff at the time of pick-up, the end result was that my vehicle was fixed and in perfect condition again. Customer service training would certainly benefit this provider as I witnessed an altercation between the office personnel and another (potential) customer at the time I dropped off my vehicle for service.

On Saturday, November 7, this company came to the townhouse property where I reside to pick up a car. In the process, they hit my car breaking the runner light, gouging the bumper in multiple places and caused the bumper to come loose. I have a picture of their truck with the car that they were Provider name locked. and my car behind it, however, they are still claiming that they were not even there. I have filed a police report and filed a claim with the insurance company and they are still denying that they are responsible. They slammed the phone down on my insurance agent just after declaring that they are NOT going to pay! On Monday, November 9, a gentleman came to my parking lot and asked if I witnessed a car being towed. His wife is the owner of the car that they picked up on Saturday and they say that they also damaged her car. Again, this company is refusing to take responsibility for damaging their car also. In addition to the gouges and the bumper coming off, my car has white paint scratches all over it, which is the color of the car they were Provider name locked. . I have talked to the company and they are extremely rude, deceitful and refuse to take any responsibility for their incompetence. They told me that they are a million dollar company and have, supposedly, been the victim of scams. They are the scammers and there are 2 damaged cars to prove it. The accident has been filed as a hit and run with the police department. As a result of their negligence, I now have to pay a $500 deductible and will file with the insurance company, which raise my rates and this is just a whole lot of hassle - especially before the holidays.- Marianne R.
