    Danny stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process on each of the builds. He trained for five years side by side with Tom Dodson, whom I had used for all my guitar work for over twenty years, but is retiring. To say I am particular would be an understatement. I have never been anything but pleased with Danny���s work. His attention to detail goes beyond mine many times. And he actually calls you back promptly if he missed your call ��� my pet peeve with so many people who never answer their phone. In a world where finding someone that gives a crap about their craft is becoming more difficult all the time, I am relieved that I found Danny to take care of my ever changing guitar collection.

    I have a home for rent in Macon Ga. We live in Charleston, S.C. On Monday,April 24, 2017 we met with Jim Smith of this company about rental management for our home. We discussed our previous rental difficulties and talked with him for almost 2 hours. He took notes as we talked about the contract. He made us think that he was writing the stipulations for the property. He met us at the property on April 25 and we walked and talked. He promised that we would be notified upon having an application and we would be able to review the information before securing a renter. Also promised was that he would do a great job of protecting our rights and property. On April 26, he came to the property and handed me the owner/management contract He said "if you want to add anything, just write it down". It was added that we were to be called when repairs were needed in order to call our own repair people and if I could not be reached in a timely fashion that they could call a repair person. We had no understanding that my wife was to hand write into "our" contract the stipulations that we had discussed on the two previous days. We talked to him about his personal issues and thought that we had a great rapport. He touted himself as a great Christian man. We left and went back to Charleston where we live. We heard nothing until my wife called on May 9 and asked if they had any activity on the house. A secretary advised that they had alot of "noshows" but there was a contract pending. She asked that Jim Smith call us. We never got a call back. On Friday, we were advised by close by family members that there were alot of people in the yard and going in and out of the house. I called Jim and left a message. Two family members went to the house and were met by a black man in a hoodie (91 degrees outside) and he was carrying a gun. He advised that his brother had rented the house. We then called the Jones County Sheriff who went out and said that the renter had a valid appearing lease. Finally, Jim called. We were very upset and asked about why he had not called us, and asked who they were and what did he put in the lease? He stated that he did not know their names right off but that they had met the guidelines for renting. He stated this..."look! I'm in a bad way. You know that I have been going through a divorce. I messed Up! OK? This one is on me, I will talk to the attorney and see what I can do to fix this." On Monday, we called all day and at 4:30p.m before they closed, the secretary told me that an email was sent from their attorney. The email said that they were TERMINATING our agreement AND said to come get the money and the lease and handle it ourselves. Thirty minutes later, we spoke to Jim. He lied and said that he told us that the stipulations (don't use the fireplace, cut trees, park over the septic tank) wouldn't work and we were supposed to have hand written that in our contract with him. His last words were "sorry you are disappointed, have your attorney call my attorney". On Wednesday May 17, we had to go back to Ga, get the lease where we were made to stand outside of the office and have the lease handed through the hole. We had to make another trip to get the keys. Here is the bottom line: tenant paid $50 for application fee. Client stated on app. that he was in bankruptcy. NO CREDIT CHECK WAS DONE. WE SPOKE TENANTS PREVIOUS L.LORD. No one from Willingham had called her. She had nothing good to say. Tenant had skipped out owing rent and had been a big problem. We are still verifying his employment but it is obvious that his yearly salary is bogus. JSmith signed the approval of the app. We tried to talk to the staff who of course could say nothing because they just "work there". We had to consult an attorney who called his attorney. We were told that "his attorney basically said that he wanted to wash his hands of it". What kind of professional does that? We are left with a 12mo lease.

    In the course of my business, I have had to work with several property management companies in various states. Heritage Realty is the WORST that I have experienced. In my time working with Heritage Realty, they have shown that they hold their interest 1st and high above the interest of the owner. First, Heritage Realty does NOT provide statements, invoices or responses to concerns in a timely manner. On numerous occasions my statements were provided weeks late with invoices missing. When I would contact Heritage with questions or concerns, I would rarely receive a response after the first attempt. Heritage Realty charges exorbitant (10%) late fees to the tenant, which they keep entirely. A tenant reported that they will not accept rent if the late fee is not included. As the owner, I do not see the late fee, but I am responsible for the eviction costs. Heritage Realty evicted a tenant for non-payment of rent, when the only portion missing was the late fee. Additionally, they were evicted with out notifying me as the owner. I discovered this on an invoice, which I receive months after this eviction occurred. On numerous occasions, I found questionable charges on my invoices. Once, I was charged because a tenant was not home for an appointment that the property management arranged. I, as the owner, have no hand in scheduling appointments or control of the tenant's time. Why am I being charged for the tenant not making an appointment that is entirely handled by the property management? Another time, I was charged more for the repair of an item than it would have been to replace the same item. Also, Heritage Realty installed a $2500 air conditioner with out clearing it with me, even though our agreement stated that anything over $500 must have owner approval. These are just a few of the numerous examples of Heritage Realty's awful property management. If you are searching for a property manager in Macon, GA, choose another management.

    I have a lot of problems with them and I would not recommend them either.  I did not good coverage with AT&T and I had difficulty getting them to understand that and I had to switch to Verizon after being and AT&T customer since cellular phones were invented so it was a big deal.  

    When my husband died I went to the AT&T office here at Macon to talk to them about that, to close his account and they did not close his account and they billed me the next month for his account in my account even though I went and told them that he had died and I provided a copy of his death certificate.  Then I had to call back and explain to them that he died and he did not use his cellphone last month because he died.  So that was my issue with them but I just found them not caring or concerned what was going on; having to explain things over and over again is exhausting and very frustrating.  I was telling them that my cellphone would not work from my home and they sent me a micro sim that did not help and then they told me that I did not know how to connect it and I told them that their AT&T representative who handles my in home phone service committed the thing but they still want me to walk through the trouble shooting and said that my modem is bad but the AT&T guy just put it in.  I had trouble with their communication.  It was just incredibly frustrating and it still not straightened out.  

    The cellphone service people finally they responded in a favorable manner and has been fixed.  but the home phone service people, I?m still working with them.  

    They did the customer service call with me and I gave them a very poor report and then the lady called me and said that I am right because that is not a good way to handle it and she will have somebody from upper level customer service contact me to discuss this but they never called.  That was just so frustrating.  They responded buy they never followed through.

    .Their representatives at the Cox office were polite and helpful. My complaints about Cox are about their pricing and billing. Prices are AWFUL. Billing is as confusing as they can possibly make it. That seems to be standard practice for cable companies, not just Cox.

    After calling 2 different times, I finally got Cox to dispatch a repairman. He did not call en route and I almost missed him and he reported that he would have left. While he did repair the internet, he did not get the cable working, saying an amp he did have was required. He said he would enter that info in the notes and someone else would come out. That was 3 weeks ago. I called about a week ago and they said they would dispatch someone and let me know when it got scheduled. No such luck . I've called several times recently but I guess with the demand for FIFA soccer that are simply and quot;droppingand quot; service calls. Ughhhh.

    Bought a RV metal structure from the Gray Hwy. location, the structure actually comes from Jackson, GA but who cares as long as it is what ordered.  It was purchased February 10, 2014 and finally installed March 17, 2014.   I had 4 appointments for the structure to be installed.  On the fifth appointment, it was finally installed. I lost four days from work due to taking time off to meet for the installation.   The appointments were cancelled, usually an hour before they were to show up.   On two occasions I called before leaving work to confirm the installation was still scheduled which they confirmed.  Then, after leaving work, and waiting for them to show up, I received the cancellation call.  None of the cancellations were due to weather, they were due to employee being sick which backed up the schedule and other jobs that apparently took priority.  The structure is designed to be leveled when installed when the ground is slightly uneven.  They did not attempt to level the structure.   During this experience, I pushed the issue of a discount for all the issues.  The initial response was they do not give discounts.  After the third cancellation, they agreed to $100 off.  After the fourth cancellation, they agreed to an additional section of metal siding at no charge.  My suggestion would be to shop around, the structures and prices are comparable so it comes down to service - lesson learned!

    Mom was admitted on day after Thanksgiving, but staff was available to run tests that Saturday, and Operating Room was working on that Sunday to remove the clot. She spent 5 days under observation, then the staff did exactly what I wanted (sent her to Rehab instead of straight home). Clean rooms, Nurses came when paged - excellent service. Food was not quite as good as Medical Center of Central Ga, but both food in the room and the food in the cafeteria was acceptable.

    The PFT Lab did a pulmonary function test to check my lungs. I have to have my lung checked every year because of some medication I take. I have been using them for this purpose since Dec., 2000. The do a great job and are very understanding.
    I would recommend them to anyone that has a need for this service.
