    Small companies are often overlooked in favor of large corporate entities. I have used Mr. Deeb for my original home build and for an upgrade recently. This company is family owned business and has been in business for over 50 years. The service was exceptional and very professional. Mr Deeb will give you honest estimates, explain pros and cons of various units/repairs, and not try to sell you on extras not needed. Deeb heating and Air also provides preventive maintenance at reasonable rates. Finally, in those after hours emergencies this is the reliable company to contact

    We lost cooling one evening last week and the weather forecast predicted 90+ degrees for the following day. I called first thing the next morning and they had a technician at our house before noon. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the thermostat, and by the time he left we were cool again. He also had to order a new sensor and came back today (promptly on time again) and the work was completed within 15 minutes. Total Comfort also replaced a faulty blower motor in our furnace last November and that experience was just as positive. I will definitely use them again.

    We have been using Dass Heating and Air Conditioning for some thirty years now. That alone should indicate our confidence in them and appreciation for them. Over the last ten years or so, Mark Chambers has been our go-to guy. He has always been knowledgeable, honest, thorough, respectful, and punctual. Some time ago when we had to have our AC replaced, he was unbelievably responsive in diagnosing the problem and installing the new equipment, all at what we felt were very reasonable prices. Quite honestly we can recommend Dass Air and Mark very highly.

    Poor communications from Sig Cox management concerning follow up of installation issues. Owner involvement resolved Lennox Signature Equipment problems and tidying issues. Owner yet to contact customer for any follow-up to check if all problems resolved. This was our main problem with previous communication issues Entire process almost two months of multiple phone calls and visits. Questionable Lennox Signature product quality issue to add to problems.

    Technician was unable to perform services ordered and paid for on Angles List site. This was due to standing water underneath my home, which is where the furnace is located. However, the technician did everything he could and made notes to my file for a follow-up visit to be scheduled. Within a few weeks, the follow-up visit was confirmed and he returned without my prompting to complete the inspection. (The furnace had resumed heating properly before his return.) He provided pictures of some of his findings. All-in-all, my unit is working pretty well despite its age. An offer to provide estimates for a potential replacement unit was made.

    Great, the technition showed up promptly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He trouble shooted my system, replaced a transformer and noticed additional problems with my outside unit. I felt very comfortable with his prognosis, he explained everything and provided his recommendations. Great service!

    Rennovating a historic home. Wanted 3 units in home. Main unit was installed improperly in crawlspace that is 6 feet below grade, on a 3 inch pad. No precautions were taken for the December Rainy season in Macon, sub Pump was not plugged in that was in the Crawlspace that flooded during renovation. Was not pleased with lack of precaution and carelessness. Kevin would not replace unit. He said he would tune it up. To make up for loss, Kevin promised he would drill hole in concrete patio floor to install the vent for the Glassed in Patio that was to be heated and cooled per the quote. He then backed out on drilling the vent hole. Gave me a name of a concrete cutter who does not want to do such a small job. Moved into home in June. Now November It is now cold, Have a sick 5 month infant child and heat does not work. I had held back $400 from final disbursement till the vent was installed in glass patio. Nov 7th called in to Bucky Holland to have furnace repaired. Late in afternoon received call that there is a $400 balance and they will not come till it is paid. When home that evening, I called the 24 hour service and Cory or Cody was very rude, Had attitude with no empathy and said could not come out. Today November 8th, Called Kevin at 8 am, Kevin hung up on the phone with me saying he is done, and will not come and repair the furnace that does not work till I pay the $400. Note the vent to the Patio is not installed, nor is the hole cut and the flooded furnace does not work. I am the victim of a poor install that has caused financial harm and Distress to my family.. Did not live up to contract. Have a flooded furnace that does not work. Wants me to pay $400 for work that is not completed. Said they would cut the hole and backed out on it. Does not show empathy that I have a sick infant in home with no heat. Where is their service guarantee. Left a message for Bucky on 11/7 that I now want that Carrier unit that was flooded replaced, since it does not work. L/M today on 11/8 since Kevin hung up on me. So this is want you get when you put your family's heating and cooling needs in the Trust of Bucky Holland. No Return phone calls, no action, faulty product, and forced to pay for work that has not been completed as black mail for them to come repair their initial faulty work. Want flooded furnace replace with same or better unit. Want the hole cut in the patio and the final vent installed and I will pay the remaining $400.00 balance. Want the improperly balanced air in the four upper bedrooms corrected. Do not want to be made out as the bad guy here. It is your company that has let me down repeatedly and is not willing to live by your guarantee. Very concerned, as well, that you will not service product correctly based on the customer no service I have currently received. Where is your service guarantee.,

    Communication was bad, prices were changed several times and the part was not ordered over a 3 week period. The excuse was they hadn't heard from me. I drove 4 hours for this process to occur and to meet with several people, one which chose to come late without a call or apology. I called several times to find out about cost and to verify when it would be installed. If the service person wasn't sure about ordering the part why not call & verify. I asked to speak with the owner but I was told he they were not sure when he would be back. My concern is that I lost about a month dealing with that company and it should have already been repaired. I was told they would refund me, but that never happen. I would not use Buzzell or Angie's list again

    Colin, did a great job. Very good personality and easy to work with.  Not pushy or trying to sell me something that I did not need.  He cleaned up behind his work and the experience was very good.  My ac hummed after he left.  It cooled like it had not cooled in a while.
