Communication with Robert is very good, he kept use aware of the scheduled work and if anything would interfere requiring a reschedule of the job. ARPG TreesRPG did great work. We had two dead pine trees, one of which broke in half and fell into the neighbors yard just before Christmas. Robert came out quickly and gave us a price that match one other quote exactly and was a little below a third quote. He was able to come back within the week to remove the tree top in the neighbors yard and take down the other dead tree and the remnant of the broken tree. They came back in early February to remove the remaining 5 trees, trim some large limbs overhang our house from a neighbors tree, grind three stumps and remove all debris. They left the yard and street area clean and with minimal damage to our yard. Our yard damage was much less than expected. I would hire again and my neighbor plans to hire them to take some trees out of their backyard.- Albert M.

BOverall it was good. He showed up on time. We scheduled a work, but I had to cancel the first time, because I've been exposed to COVID. The 2nd and 3rd time we scheduled the service he wasn't able to make it. We agreed with the final time schedule. He showed me that there were things that he can't do. They only accept cash, so I had to go to the ATM and I was being followed by them.

AAll I can say is WOW! Stan and his crew were fantastic. Let me digress. I submitted a request a few weeks ago via Angie's List for a quote. Stan contacted us within the hour. He was at our house shortly thereafter (same day) to recommend work to be done and provided us a detailed/written quote. He told us he could have the job done before Labor Day. We received a call yesterday that he could do the job today, and true to his word, he and a crew of 5 showed up early this morning and cut and trimmed the trees. Throughout this process, we found Little Bear Tree Service to be efficient, professional, competent, cordial, punctual, and honest. The price we paid was super reasonable for the work that needed to be done. We highly recommend Little Bear and will be using their services again at the end of the year to prune and shape our two ornamental cherry trees.
