Of particular note is the house has a tile roof and required special skill in dealing with repairs to some rotted wood. Riverside demonstrated particular care and expertise in dealing with this unusual requirement. ALeos Home Care Improvements, LLC.Leo came to our place to assess water leak damage. He gave us a fair quote with detailed list of jobs that he and his team will be working on to address the issue. He and his team did an amazing job in identifying the root cause and quickly fixing it. Since one part of the wall was damaged, it had to be replaced and painted. What is amazing about Leo is, when we asked him to use low VOC paint for the wall he fixed, he didn't hesitate about it and did it without any additional charge. He and his team were very professional, punctual, and determined in delivering quality service. Since Leo did an outstanding job, my wife and I offered him another project to install hard wood floor.- Abiy A.

Nextor is a professional, highly competent, and skilled. He is a very hard worker. He spent quite some time preparing the site to prevent any dust and debris from entering the rest of the home. AAllTradesRepairWorked out great with Michael. I had a very heavy antique chandelier and was quite worried about the installation. Michael checked it out and inspected the light box to make sure it could handle the weight and had it up in no time. He even added new screws and bolts to secure it. Much appreciated! AThe handyman (RJ) was on time, assessed the project, then went out and purchased the needed materials required. He ran into a few rough spots when removing the rotted wood but he kept at it until all bad wood was removed. He is a trooper! I would not hesitate to hire this company for future projects as long as all the handyman are like RJ. Way to go RJ for a job well done!!!
