  Excellent. They finished all the work in two days, with the exception of needing to return to add two pieces of trim because they arrived broken from the distributor. They didn't try to charge anything extra for having to come back to the house an additional time to handle that. Tibor had one of his work crews doing the work but came out himself to look it over and make sure that we were satisfied. They don't handle buying the materials, which would be my only (mild) complaint but everything else was smooth going. (Cost provided is labor only.)

  These guys are awesome. We had them come stretch and clean our carpets in our home after living in Europe for 5 years. They are highly professional, super friendly and hard workers. I loved their work so much on my carpets that I booked on the spot for them to refinish our hardwood floors in 2 days. Highly recommend and will be having them install our basement carpeting and tiles once we are ready to finish our basement.

  I got 2 estimates for new carpet and linoleum for a townhome I am getting ready to sell. Due to the low price point of the home, I do not expect to make much if any of the money back and had to save as much money as possible coming out of pocket. Estimates from Home Depot and my own contractor (who had just replaced my roof and therefore you think would give me a good deal since he already made so much money off me) were way too high. I saw Double N had a coupon on Angie's List and called for an estimate. We knew we would need more carpet than the coupon was for but figured it was worth a shot. Norman came with samples and measured for free and was super nice and trustworthy. We were so pleased with the carpet deal that we got him to replace all the linoleum as well. He came in about $2000 cheaper than my contractor and about $1000 cheaper than Home Depot for everything and the work was done quickly and well. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house securely locked up (again, which is more than I can say for my roof contractor). Plus, Norman was just great and patient--he kept bringing me linoleum samples without complaining until I got one I liked (and I live on the south side!). All said, we really can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them again.

  The installation went very well. The staff (Grant and Pete) were very thorough in their explanation of what they were going to do and I felt very comfortable asking questions. They also made sure that I liked it after installation was complete and they kept the area very clean. I am very pleased with this installation and would use them again without hesitation.

  Sammy knows his stuff and takes care to do things right. There were a couple of fit and finish issues but he fixed them without hesitation. If there is something wrong he will make it right. Reasonably priced, honest, and skilled contractors are hard to find. Sammy is all three.

  Each of the contractors we hired were specialists in their craft. In two weeks, our renovation had gone from 25% completion to 90% completion. The contractors all knew each other from previously working with Mr. Nelms and worked around each other harmoniously. Aside from the electrician, Mike of Buford & Buford Electric Company, (to my knowledge) the others are not on Angie's List, but should be. They were all very busy, but on the strength of their relationship with Mr. Nelms, they came to our rescue and finished their individual tasks seamlessly.

  Arnoldo and his crew did an excellent job on our basement..  They went above & beyond our expectation.  Arnoldo met with me quickly and gave me an estimate within days.  They started work the next week.  His crew was nice & professional.  They worked diligently and came to work when they said they would.  I could tell they took pride in their work.  Arnoldo and his crew worked Christmas Eve and New Years Eve to complete this job on time.  There was heavy rain & flooding accruing in the area at that time. Arnoldo and his crew located the source of water entering my garage and waterproof the area.  We are extremely pleased with the finished product.  Our basement looks like a new build.  I would recommend AEM to anyone and I will use them again.

  Bertolli Floors

  Got quotes from multiple vendors and decided to go with Bertolli after meeting Bruno, seeing his work, and getting a fair price. ��Decided on using real hard woods, and having Bertolli supply them (again I went around and shopped for alternative product and exactly what I wanted, Bruno's offering was a good price for the hard woods). ��Then, after doing this I expanded the project slightly to include tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms (I had the tile and was going to have someone else do the work). ��
  All the work was completed on time, as priced, and professionally done. ��The tile crew was first, they did a great job, keeping me informed and doing the work. ��Since we were using a bunch of spare tiles I already had, installer helped in the layout and design, they did an excellent job installing and the rooms look great. ��This took a few days, but the job was done right. ��
  Then the crew came for the hardwoods, again they completed it on time, were very professional, and the head of the crew was also excellent. ��Had a few issues with stairs and some tight spots, but the crew leader was great, and worked it all out. ��Its been about a year since the work was done, and everything still looks great. ��I am remiss in writing this review but would highly recommend Bertolli Floors
