David (owner), Tommy (sales), Jimmy (project manager) and Shannon (design/project consultant) were all top notch. They estimated every little detail accurately from the get-go and finished the project under the estimated timeline by a week and just at budget with very little to no variances. The quality of the workmanship was excellent only outdone by the professionalism of the entire team. They are not a "cheap" shop by any stretch, but the entire slew of comprehensive end-to-end services including design, vendor relationships and professional project management made it a hassle-free experience. APinnacle Window & Siding CoI have never had a more pleasant experience on any project in my house. From John, with sales, providing excellent information about the windows and doors without forcing anything on me, to Nancy in the office providing lots of communication and updates, to Steve, Nate and Jason installing with perfection my new windows and doors, I could not be happier. It was stress free and the smallest of details were attended to. The owner, Lee Fuller, even called me to apologize for the delivery taking longer than expected. We completely understood as the factories were delayed due to COVID. But it was so nice to get that special touch from the owner. I had read many great reviews about Pinnacle Window and Siding of Woodstock and they lived up to all the hype. Thank you to Steve, Nate and Jason. I hardly knew they were at my house. They installed 14 double hung windows, 2 specialty windows, 1 large picture window, a single door to my screen porch and a front door with sidelights in only 2 days. They were respectful of my house and took great care not to damage the walls, wood floors, or any furnishings. And they left everything neat and clean when complete. I was so amazed at their professionalism, efficiency and respect. I highly recommend Pinnacle Window and Siding of Woodstock! APinnacle Window & Siding CoPinnacle did everything they said they were going to do. There was a slight issue about paint color but, because of the weather change and all painters were also busy they could not complete which was not their fault. But, they made it right by giving us a credit. This company actually does everything they say they are going to do which is very rare now a days. The installers they have are good too and don't mind you asking questions which is a big relief for a home owner. I must also give a shout out to Dennis for all his patience and diligence in this matter. He is a very good worker and listens to the customers. The people in the office are also very professional and helpful in all matters.- karen b.

APinnacle Window & Siding CoThe installers Steve, Nate, and Jason created the best remodeling/construction experience I have every experienced. They were precise in their work, courteous during the entire process and perfectionist to make sure it was done correctly. They were continually cleaning up after themselves and when they were done, the only way you knew they were there is that we had gorgeous new windows and doors. I honestly never even saw them take a break. They made sure each window was clean, the framing perfect and they took the time and treated this as though it were there own house (even better). This is what professionalism looks like. If you can ask for Steve, Nate and Jason, I give them my highest possible reccomendation and 100% satisfaction. Also, early on in the process, our salesperson John Fitzgerald did an incredible job of giving us our choices and he suggested some stunning ideas and we are more pleased with the outcome than we thought. The Owner, Maurice Duvic, was involved every step of the way from initial contact and meeting, measuring and ordering the windows and doors and coming to inspect the work during the installation. the installation crew was also terrific-timely, skilled and friendly. The crew replaced 24 windows and the door in one day and a half, with no problems or issues, no damage to the house and left the project clean and ready to go. AChampion Windows and Home Exteriors of AtlantaIf you want quality and longevity of your windows\door, you need to pick Champion. They are not the cheapest but you will get what you pay for and more with a peace of mind warranty. Other window companies will have cheaper windows but they will not have the quality and lifetime replacement warranty. Yes, it is a lifetime warranty and a replacement glass warranty for any reason. Someone tried to break into my house through the windows. They broke the glass and I thought Champion was going to replace the glass, they came out and replaced the entire windows. The replacement windows was the same windows (style, color, etc..) as the other windows. I have not evened talked about the sound barrier and the nice temperature of my house with the Champion glass technology. I will recommend Champion over any and all of the name brand window/door companies. As far as I’m concerned, they have no competition in this industry.- Paul T.

AIt was a very smooth process. They came out and measured all the windows and the doors. Several weeks later, they called to schedule installation. They arrived on the agreed-upon day and went right to work. It was a substantial job, and it bled over into a second day, but they had finished all the inside work on the first day and were simply finishing the insulating, caulking, and finishing work on the exterior on the second day. We have absolutely noticed the difference -- there has been a significant reduction in exterior noise and our air conditioning is working much more efficiently.
