The scope of the work was appropriate to the presenting problem (unlike the proposals received from the larger waterproofing companies) and the estimate was a fraction of the price proposed by other companies. The estimator, Lupe, was responsive, and excellent at describing the work to be done and at answering questions. AThe Driveway CompanyThe Driveway Company of Northeast Atlanta did a great job repairing my driveway! I needed a section of my driveway taken out, the roots underneath cleared out, and repoured. Their estimate was the most affordable I found, and they were by far the most professional company I contacted. They are super communicative and timely with their appointments and estimates. ASouthern ContractingJeff's team did a great job. He came out initially to get it started an introduce me to his team. Brandon, the job foreman, Blake and Junior were the core team, and they were joined by specialists over the 5 days of the project. Brandon and Blake did a great job of keeping me updated on progress and managing my wife's & my expectations. I worked at home each day, and they did not seem to mind me popping in unannounced to see what they were doing or to ask questions. Brandon & Blake were always respectful of my opinions and never argued. They would respond honestly to my questions, make recommendations, and always offered to have Jeff come back out and speak with me if needed (it was not needed). they never responded about anything I asked being in the scope of work of the project, which I appreciated. they cleaned up after themselves and I felt very comfortable with them having free access to our house. they only went to areas where they were working and rarely asked for anything. We got 4 different proposals and felt Jeff's was the most comprehensive and the best price. His company came recommended by the structural engineer we hired, and we were very pleased with the work and felt we got a fair price.- Martin B.

FCement pad and driveway poured. Pad doesn’t drain properly. Sidewalk poured and it’s low on the sides, high in the middle pouring water towards my house when it rains. Concrete is two different colors. Left ridges in the sides and on the pad. Over a month of promises to fix it. The showed up once since, only after being threatened with a civil action and it’s still not repaired. Won’t reply to emails and takes days to reply if at all to texts. Don’t show when they say they will. Starting legal action next week.
