    It is Fixed Appliance Repair
Lower-drawer freezer gasket developed gaps that let in most air - I had to defrost constantly. Mario from It Is Fixed did an -excellent- job diagnosing the problem and replacing the gasket. The first replacement didn't take, so he came back out constantly to try to fix the problem, before replacing the gasket again. Freezer is just like new! Excellent job. Mario went above & beyond what was asked in order to see that the job was done right. I'll definitely call these guys again.

American Appliance & Refrigeration Service Inc
Warning to prospective customers - this company is absolutely terrible. I called them to fix my 4 year old washing machine and it was a huge mistake. If you value your time, your money, or work quality in any way, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. My first appointment was scheduled at a specific time of day (not a range), yet when I called them an hour after the technician should have arrived, the dispatcher told me that he was scheduled to be there between 1-3pm, something that would have been nice to know before I left work to meet him. Once he got there, it took him a while to perform the diagnostic test, then he told me he didn't have any parts in his car, so he would have to come back another day to finish the repair, but first he made me give him partial payment. The "repair" took another couple hours during the 2nd appointment. When he said he was done, he turned the washing machine on to show me that it worked, then quickly turned it off again. I paid the remaining balance at that time, the technician left, then I later tried to do a load of laundry. About 5 minutes into washing my clothes, the machine started making a loud, constant grinding sound, so I turned it off again for fear of doing further damage to the machine. I called the company again to schedule a 3rd appointment, and then made arrangements to miss work a 3rd time. On the 3rd appointment day, the dispatcher called me before the technician was supposed to show up to tell me he wouldn't be able to make it because he was having car trouble and asked me to reschedule. Since I had already paid for the repair in full by this point, I didn't really have a choice, so I rescheduled. On the day of the 4th appointment, I waited until the close to the end of the 2 hour window and hadn't heard anything, so I called the company. The dispatcher first said that the technician was having car trouble again and wouldn't make the appointment. When I reminded her that she had already given me that excuse, she changed her story and said that I never scheduled an appointment for that day after all. I've now asked for a full refund since I've now missed work on 4 different days and I still can't do my laundry. Shockingly, I haven't received any refund yet. I'll also add that this dispatcher was extremely rude during every single phone call and never apologized to me for any of this.

    AAA Appliance Repair Service
I had a warped freezer drawer gasket -- the rubber seal that keeps air from entering the freezer. Repairman came out and fiddled with the drawer tracks, all appeared to be well. About six months later the problem returned, and I discovered that he'd shoved my own paper toweling into the gasket to make it appear repaired. Called the same company back to stand behind their original work. They never called me back.

    The Appliance Doctor
The office person who answered my call for service was very courteous and took all pertinent information. She explained the fee requirements and scheduled the appointment. The technician was prompt and he called when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and showed us the damaged part. Explained what needed to be done and that he needed to order the part. Went through the process of ordering, gave us the price of the part and additional labor. Told us office would call to make and appointment when part came in, which they did. Scheduled installation of new part and same technician came out to do it. That was important to me to have the same technician as he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased with my experience and will use them again.

    The Appliance Doctor
We just had our very first repair experience with Appliance Doctor (770-952-4340). Randy, the technician, fixed our washing machine. He was truly AMAZING! His knowledge and expertise would easily justify him to have the title of washer doctor. And even though the appointment began late afternoon, it was as if the appointment was first one of the day. Randy was very efficient and extremely thorough. He patiently answered all of my questions, which revealed that I needed to make some adjustments in how I use my front-loader. I learned so much from him. Thank-you Randy for a superior appliance repair experience!

    A+ Appliance Service
Dion came within a reasonable time, was very professional, efficient, and cordial. He fixed the problem at a reasonable price, and left the area neat and clean. I will definitely use A+Appliance again and recommend them highly. Dion has a 10% coupon on his website for military and seniors which I used.

Antwan did a great job installing my chandelier and over the range microwave. He is very knowledgeable and comes up with creative ways to solve problems. For instance, there wasn't a plug in the cabinet above my microwave. Once he discovered that, he went to the hardware store, purchased everything he needed, and installed a new plug that looked seamless. I didn't even notice until he told me and he didn't even charge me extra. He always does a great job and is happy to help.

    AP Appliance Techs
Great! Mr. Parham arrived on time and diagnosed the issue immediately (clogged drain line and dirty condenser coil.) He performed the necessary repairs and the air conditioning was blowing cold in short order. I was pleased with price, which was less what I've paid for similar services with big name repair companies. I highly recommend AP Appliance Techs and will use again in the future.

    Appliance Repair Atlanta
I've been using them almost 2 years. Use them. They're very good. Very knowledgeable. The person I had was Igor. He was able to size up the situation, what I needed to have done, and he could tell I was with Angie's List, so he did give me a slight discount. He was very good.

    It is Fixed Appliance Repair
I did not have the repair done by this company because it would have cost about as much to buy a new dishwasher. The guy did diagnose the problem, and I did the repairs myself with the help of my son.
