Horrible, Joe is a thief. Collected my money work was left undone. The work that was done is poor quality. This project was supposed to take six weeks its going on a year and is still incomplete. He lies and does not communicate. His excuse is he's always sick but he does none of the work himself, just collects and spends your money. Both his electrician and deck guy he uses says they were never paid after I paid him. I still have a permit issue, rocks are falling off waterfall since the install, spa is losing water every week I half to add water, roof is not complete. I've paid him over 30 thousand. Beware do not do business with this this man and I use that word lightly.

The architect came of immediately and drew plans for solution. The work started little later due to rains but once they came out, they did excellent job. The people were careful while taking material up and down. Will definitely hire again.

Even with all the problems, the job was completed on time. We even changed planting areas on them and even some of the plants. They accepted this with a smile and worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted. We will be using them to work with us to do a side yard and back yard next year. They were recommended by our neighbors after they did their front yard, and of course I looked them up on Angie's List! Our advice would be to get the larger plants and right sod and do it in stages if your budget is tight.

Renovation Home Concepts transformed my tired, old porch into a beautiful and welcoming entry to our home.  Roger was very helpful with suggestions/choices of materials along the way.  The project took a little longer than I would have liked, but that was because of all the rainy weather.  Any time I called Roger with a question or concern, he was very prompt in getting back with me.  We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out.

    Harris Waterproofing & Construction Inc
Harris does large jobs.  We had a very small job, so they agreed to work us in when they had an opportunity. We did have to wait a few weeks, but when they scheduled the work, they were there early, did a great job and were very conscious of details. We were very pleased with the work.  (The work was done during July, 2013).

A rotting railroad tie retaining wall, drainage issues, and outdated plantings were several things my wife and I wanted to have addressed for several years.  About two years ago we had a consultant draw up some plans that met our needs.  The problem we had was finding a good contractor.  We never felt comfortable with any that we spoke with.  Frustrated, we put the project on the back burner.
In October of last year, a neighbor mentioned that they had good experiences with Family Tree Garden Center in Snellville. A weekend visit confirmed their recommendation and was the beginning of a series of excellent experiences.  They put us in touch with their Landscape Architect, Bruce Holliday.  Working around our schedule, Bruce came out for a consultation.  He took plenty of time with us and developed a plan that we liked much better than the previous one.
The next step was to get the excavation and hardscaping done.  Bruce introduced us to Justin Bailey.  Right from the beginning we were impressed.  Bruce and Justin worked closely with each other and with us to refine the original plan.  This was the first time that my wife and I were comfortable that we were working with true professionals and were going to get great results and pricing that was extremely competitive with other quotes we had received in the past.
Working with Justin was wonderful.  He explained in detail what we should expect throughout the project.  He constantly checked in during the work to make sure our expectations were being met.  We could tell that Justin has pride in his company and values his reputation.  He also has great people working for him!  I've rarely seen such hard workers with such great attitudes.  From morning to evening each day, his people worked non stop.  No leaning on shovels here.  Pride was evident with them too.  Each evening they enjoyed showing off what they accomplished that day.  I know I come off gushing but it's truly the impression we got.  And the results back it up!
A sweeping Pavestone retaining wall in front.  Leveled planting beds by the house entrance with accent boulders (uncovered during the excavation). A sunken concrete entrance walkway replaced with beautiful Pavestone pavers.  A transformed backyard that was once an unusable hill with erosion problems and is now two tiers, one at basement level and the other up at street level, and both accessible through new gates.  Add to this new drainage and dozens of little touches that show attention to detail that seems rare today and you have a couple of very happy homeowners!

    ALLIN LANDSCAPING
It was an excellent experience. A crew of 3 (sometimes 4) spent a total of 5 work days, from start to finish. They arrived exactly when expected, worked quickly, and left the project looking great. Steps along the way included dismantling our existing fountain, draining our very small pond, excavating a small pit to be filled with a pump and gravel, and grading for the waterfall itself. They installed a liner and then artfully placed stones to build the feature. We could tell that the crew has worked a lot together. They were friendly, answered our questions along the way, and were open to minor adjustments that arose. Two days after completion, it was clear that the feature was using too much water, suggesting that perhaps some was leaking out somewhere, though that was not obvious. Upon notification, the company returned promptly to make adjustments.
