    Nelms Services
Perfect! Marvin Nelms came out exactly when he said he would and had my faucet installed in less than 20 minutes! He also showed me some trouble areas where there is heavy rust under the sink drain that I need to keep an eye on. He was courteous, friendly and professional and I plan to call him for other projects in the future.

    Flood-X
Jennifer and her crew were amazing. They came to my home within minutes of my call. The team removed all contaminated materials, dried every thing out, cleaned our air completely, and even worked directly with our insurance company. I cannot praise this company enough. I highly recommend them. I would not wish a disaster on anyone, but if you do have a flood or fire, do not hesitate to call this company. They helped turn a terrible situation around.

    Simply Septic Services
Unfortunately a "simple pump" of septic turned into a $2,700 project. Stated that leach bed needed pumped and a chemical added. Wish I hadn't been at work and wish I had done my research prior because I am not the only one that has been gouged after they arrived. Below is just one of the same complaints I found on Home Advisers. DO YOUR RESEARCH and save your wallet! "Review by Yvonne R. in Loganville, GA Project: Pump Out a Septic Tank Charged $1,650 to pump/drain septic tank and add one Baffle. Also charged $975 for remedial chemical treatment (which the State and County Environmental Health I contacted has said was not necessary and not recommended). I've contacted 6 additional Septic businesses (unfortunately AFTER the fact) that said charge to pump tank/field lines and adding a Baffle should have been approx $500 to $700 - not the $1,650 I was charged (and that was with a Senior Discount....some discount). Total cost was $2,625....BUYER BEWARE!! SHOP AROUND!!!" At least he got a "Senior Discount" ALWAYS get a second opinion when large amounts of money are being requested!

    Greenlee Plumbing Inc
My 38 year old main water line broke. Called Gary Greenlee on Monday morning. Called me back in one hour. New waterline installed in 24 hours .Brian and Mario were very professional and knowledgeable. Shrubs were tied back and not damaged. Line was run to accommodate difficult landscape. Damaged copper line through foundation was replaced. All work was done in less than three hours. Small gofer mound only indication anything was done. A+ across the board.

    Bartline Plumbing Services
About a week ago I (attempted) to replace the old stinky, and falling apart plumbing under my kitchen sink with Snappy Trap. The pipes were glued in many areas so I had a lot of issues removing them. I could not remove the connection to the wall drain cleanly, so I haphazardly stuck a piece of PVC pipe in the hole and just tried to seal up the connection to prevent leaks. This past Friday, I noticed my kitchen drain was clogged after using my garbage disposal. I also noticed leaking from the wall drain. I immediately assumed something was wrong with my install because I wasn't 100% confident in my work. Desperately I started searching for plumbers that were still taking calls. Bartline was the only one that answered and he came out in only 30 minutes after contacting them. He was able to diagnose there was a clog in the wall drain and he also suggested I get the plumbing replaced under the sink because the Snappy Trap I had wasn't very good. In addition he also suggested a new disposal because mine was leaking around the drain. I had told him I was planning on getting a new sink because I thought mine was too damaged to have another disposal installed. He assured me my sink was fine and I didn't need to waste money on a new one. He and another came out as promised and immediately begin working on my issues. He was able to clear the grease clog from the roof and fixed the leaks in my wall drain as well as installing a new disposal without issue. The pipes under the sink look clean and more importantly no leaks anywhere. I should have called them first when I needed to replace my old plumbing, but I'm glad they were able to fix what I broke as well as saving me money in the long run. I am planning to sell my house in the next few months, and I would definitely call them again for 2 toilet installs that I would like to have done.

    Grayson Plumbing LLC
Jerry at Grayson Plumbing called me within a few minutes of my request for info through Angie's List, and was extremely helpful. Our water heater had started a a slow leak and he explained lots of options, and I decided we could wait until after the weekend. On Monday (which was Christmas Eve!) Jerry reached back out to me and the leak was getting worse - he said he could pick up a new water heater from a different source since his normal supplier was closed on Christmas Eve, and could get it installed within a couple hours. Jerry really went above and beyond to help our family out and avoid a burst heater and make sure we had hot water for Christmas. I've already asked him to come back after the new year to help with another plumbing project!

Jims Tile Installations & Bathroom Remodeling LLC
Jim is amazing! We hired him to fix a mess left by another contractor. Jim took the time to listen to our issues and reassured us he could get us back on track. At this point we were very nervous about working with any contractor but Jim delivered above and beyond our expectations! He fixed all of the mistakes by the previous contractor and delivered a gorgeous bathroom ahead of schedule and for an awesome price. We are now looking forward to remodeling our other bathroom and we will only be calling Jim. You have nothing to worry about if you hire him!

    The Pink Plumber
We discovered we had a slow leak in our water line located inside the wall between our half bath and coat closet. It had been leaking for a while and had damaged our hardwood floors in the closet, hall and formal living room as well as the carpet in the family room and the bathroom flooring. We needed a plumber ASAP and the only thing I could think of was the Pink Plumber from the commercials. They sent David F to our rescue. He came in and analyzed the situation and started explaining everything. He was going to bust a small area of the concrete and replace the piping. He gave me a quote and told me about the recall on the polybutylene piping lines. He went into detail about why the piping had been recalled and told us the recall had been over for several years. He answered all of our questions and started the repair. The repair required cutting into the wall as well as busting concrete. While he worked I researched the recall and continued to ask him questions. He answered each question in detail with professional and knowledgeable answers. He cleaned up behind himself and presented us with a detailed invoice/receipt. The invoice was for the exact same amount as the quote. Nothing added. We were happy and decided if we ever need another plumber we will request David. I recommend the Pink Plumber/ David F to everyone.

    The Pink Plumber
We had two water lines burst and had David F with the Pink Plumber replace both lines. He had told us that the polybutylene piping lines we had were recalled several years back. We did some research and the recall ended in 2010. David gave us a quote to re-plumb the whole house. Then a third pipe busted and we knew we need to have the complete house re-plumb. We requested 3 other quotes from other plumbing companies and were surprised at the different quote amounts. One plumber didn't show up, a second was 2000.00 more, the third was 3500.00 more and the Pink Plumber (taking into consideration the lines they had already replaced) was the winner cost wise. Pink Plumber offered us the best value and warranty. David showed up (by himself) on Wednesday to do a three day job (we were sure it would take longer with him doing the job alone) but he assured us he had done several re-plumbs and it would take about three days. One of the positive things was he was leaving us with water for that night. The other plumbing companies had told us we would be without water for 4 to 5 days. Keep in mind we had already removed the ceilings and most of the walls for the work to be done. The first day David actually worked until he got to a point that he could turn the water back on for us to use that night ( capping all the open lines). Then he showed up the second day and worked until he completed the job. YES, I said complete the job in two days). Then came the big moment....when he turned the water back on.... NO LEAKS.....Everything was perfect! Not even one drip from any of the lines. He is extremely professional and cleaned up behind himself everyday. HE IS THE ONLY PLUMBER WE WILL EVER USE OR RECOMMEND! I have put Pink Plumber and David's name out on social media recommending them for any plumbing needs to all my family, friend and everyone else. Next up I am going to use the PINK PLUMBER septic service. I have included a picture of part of the completed plumbing for the upstairs bathrooms.
