    Crawlspaces and More
We hired this company to fix a leak in our basement over the summer of 2017. Everything looked great until this year when we had a ton of rain and the basement was still leaking. Crawl Spaces and more warranties their work for life of the house, and yet I couldn't reach them to come out and fix the still leak in my basement. It took me two weeks to get a hold of someone, and Jordan TEXT me not CALL me telling me he couldn't talk to me but would be out the following week to look at the leak. Jordan did show up like he said. Said yes it is a leak, and that it is covered under the warranty. Said he could be back with me the following day on a time they could come out the following week. Well never heard from him. Text him since he has a block on his phone for incoming calls, and he texts me back to never ever contact him again. What kind of company does this?!?!? Obviously one that takes your money and does a half way job. I couldn't believe it. I have never hired a company that has spoken to its customers this way. DO NOT HIRE this company. Or else you will end up being disrespected and still have a leak in your basement.

    PH Improvement LLC
very well, PHI is a contractor (sub contractor) I feel Dennis used top quality contractors, he was here at least daily overseeing the work, he kept the schedule he had promised. The tile man was awesome. A QUOTE from my wife "It's the prettiest room in the house". The PHI staff was very professional, polite, but most of all considerate. They cleaned, put down material to walk on thru my house, and respected my home. I actually plan to use them again for my second bathroom remodel next year. A JOB WELL DONE

    ADAM OnCALL
I met Ben because he was working on a neighbors' building. Said he's worked for this guy who owns several commercial businesses. Seemed very nice. Ben told me to read his reviews on HomeAdvisor - looked to be good. I hired Ben for various projects on May 6 2016. I felt like I found someone that I could trust, could do nearly everything from minor repairs to big projects, was reasonable, etc. I was excited because we are looking to renovate several areas of our home in 2017- these small repairs at our office were to be somewhat of a test to see how things went. I have also referred him to many of my friends and associates - hard to find good people. In addition to attic cleanup & blow-in insulation, I hired Ben to fix leaking in my roof around and near chimney. Ben had his "roofing guy" come by and do this work while he was here working on other items that day. Unfortunately I am still experiencing the same leaks... I have texted and left a voice message for Ben on June 20 & 22. Ben has not return my messages/calls. Could it be because I told him the same area is leaking again and need it needed to be repaired again?? I could not wait any longer for repairs as we have more rain coming this weekend. I have hired another company to correct Ben's roof "repairs" from 2016 !!!!! The new roofing company had me on a ladder today to see why Ben's "repairs" didn't work - * they didn't remove old flashing before installing new flashing - the new flashing is forcing water between shingles, trim & siding around chimney * they didn't place new flashing high enough on chimney so water is still coming in the same area * they didn't use roofing underlayment paper prior to installing new asphalt shingles * they left gaps between old and new plywood * they didn't nail down 4 new installed boots so some were actually coming off * they didn't re-glue shingles they pulled up so they could install new shingles * ETC... I paid Ben $650 for the roof/leaking repairs. I sure would like to have that money back to pay for the new company I have had to hire today to correct Ben's "repairs" from 2016 !!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least...

    Heavenly Home Improvement Ent, LLC
We were quoted a week timeframe of the job being completed. The only work that got completed was the interior termite damage and adding onto our deck. The 220 outlet has still not been installed. Wes kept making excuses and we were very understanding. The project was scheduled to be completed early Dec it is now almost July. I feel we have given Heavenly Homes ample time to correct the issue. They no longer answer my calls and still have my garage door opener from the work that was done earlier. The work that was completed was good however the lack of professionalism and honesty from Wes ensures we will never use them again nor do we recommended his services. One of the excuses for not completing the project was he quoted wrong and could not do it for the price. My husband (an engineer) offered to help lay the conduit and help with any other small electrical tasks to cut costs yet they never came back out. We were promised one week after the next that it would get done. Sadly I still don't have a hot tub because of this issue. Be forewarned do not give them any money until all services are rendered.

    LunsPro Home Inspections
Dealt with several people, Terry, Jeff, Joseph and Jerry. They were all superb and did excellent work. Another plus is that the people in their office actually believe in, and give, excellent Customer Service. We could not be more pleased with our decision to hire them, and the work they performed.

    Aladdin Insulation & Home Improvement
I had taken advantage of the offer to have insulation blown into my new home with a free energy audit.  Charles Whigham, the owner, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, qualified and a delight to deal with! He inspected my home and he not only assured me I didn't need any additional insulation, but that by installing a ceiling fan it would circulate the heat in my family room and should do the trick with my circulation needs in the winter.  He went the extra mile by also suggesting that I add an additional carbon monoxide alarm into the room as well for precaution.
He even reminded me to have money refunded since there was absolutely no charge!
What a refreshing service in this day and age...a business willingly offering advice without a cost, or better yet, not selling you anything you don't need!  Wow what a concept!
I would highly recommend this company for the integrity it exhibits along with such sound business sense.  I will not hesitate to contact them in the future when I need their business services again (they offer more than insulation!).
In my opinion - this company is super AAAA++++
They made me one satisfied customer!  Keep up the great work!

    Accent Roofing Service The Leaksmith
My husband said Jason was a good technician. He was able to explain everything to him and show him pictures of the damaged chimney sidings. The work was done in a timely matter and we would definitely use this company again.

    Team Pest USA
The guys that came were nice enough, I'm just not entirely sure what they did. They started off by asking what I was seeing. I to,d them. They asked if I wanted all rooms treated to which I replied yes. I asked if they were the same guys who would fo the termite inspection. They said they could if I so wanted, to which I replied the purchase included the a termite inspection. Now, I say I don't know exactly what they did as I was not actively watching, but I know for a fact that they did not treat at least three rooms. I was working in my home office, I could see into the adjacent room as well as the foyer and front door. They came and poked around those two rooms but they never actually sprayed anything and I never saw them bring anything in. I'm going to just assume I missed that part but I know that my office and adjacent room did not receive treatment. I saw the residue from the mosquito spray on the foliage outside, I just didn't see (nor smell) any indication that much was done indoors. They seemed to place a lot of emphasis on the need to control the mosquitos, but I declined the $59 monthly treatments as I did not think the problem was that severe. Perhaps it was that day because we had just come off a solid week of rain but I wouldn't say we have a big enough problem to warrant 60 bucks a month. The termite control would have been an initial $600 with an annual renewal of $300, which I declined. We went with another company. They also suggested some type of work in the attic to kill squirrels and seal points of egress. They said they saw evidence (a trail through the insulation) that squirrels were getting in and asked had we not heard weird noises coming from up there. No, we never had. Anyway, I feel I could have gone to U Spray on Hwy 78 and saved myself at least $100. Like I said, they were nice enough guys, and professional, but I'm just not convinced it was $200 well spent. I wish there was a "maybe" to the question, would you use service provider again, because I didn't get bad service, I just feel the value was inflated.

    Arbor Insulation Solutions
We set up an appointment three weeks ahead, however they did not show up when I had taken a day off from work, so we had to reschedule for another week out.  When they did show up the person was injured and barely able to walk.  He went into the attic to check the insulation and was unable to inspect or give an accurate estimate of the square footage.  I even offered to help him measure and he began trying to renegotiate the deal I purchased. I told him I wanted to increase my current insulation like the deal offered. He quoted a price stating he wanted me to get a refund for my current deal and he would setup another offer for me.  I told him that is not what I wanted and I just needed a top off which is what the deal offered.  He was adamant about wanting me to get a refund and go with another offer he was proposing.  I told him no.

    Home Energy Insulation Phil Wheeler
I hired Phil Wheeler of Gutters Atlanta to replace gutters and install the leaf shield gutter covers.  During his presentation for the new gutters, I discovered that he was operating under the name Home Energy which also installed attic insulation.  I did in fact hire him to do the gutters.  I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, competitive pricing and overall good job that I called him to quote the cost of adding attic insulation a year later.  The cost was reasonable, so I hired him to do the job.  He, of course, had another worker to actually do the install, but it was done smoothly and competently.
