ABel FloorsBel Floors just completed refinishing all the hardwood floors in my house - about 1800 sq ft. They are engineered hardwood and were quite worn, coming up a number of places and gaps between the ends of many of the boards. They glued down the pieces that had popped, filled all the gaps and after refinishing, the floors look incredible. Eddie is very knowledgeable about the engineered floors and about refinishing. Great on communication each day so I knew what was happening, and where things stood in the project. Everything went smoothly and I'm very pleased with the results.- SUE D.

AAEM Construction & RestorationAfter a typical roof replacement gone TERRIBLY wrong (by another company, NOT AEM), AEM saved the day by renovating our entire house. Here's all the work they did for us: - Removing all the wet insulation, drywall, carpet, etc. - All new drywall (ceilings, walls, including making a doorway smaller for barn door installation) - Recessed lighting installation in every room in the house - All new tile in four bathrooms - Expanded master bath shower and glass shower door installation - New toilet and sink installation in every bathroom - Installed utility sink in laundry room - Removed wood flooring and installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring on main level - Sanded and stained all banisters - Re-bricked fireplace and shiplapped above fireplace - Installed new light fixtures and ceiling fans - Trim and paintwork throughout the entire house They did a great job. Naturally, with a job this big, we ran into some issues. Arnoldo was wonderful to work with. He was always willing to listen and worked hard to fix issues so that we were pleased. FPoor, very unprofessional! Left tools and clothing behind after job was completed. Broke my disable husband's power recliner in the process. I was charged to have his men move my furniture. When I asked the owner to make it right, he said it didn't happen (of course, I don't know why I expected him to show integrity) and told me he was going to get in contact with his lawyer. Awful experience and paid over $2000, now I have broken furniture.

AEverything went great, was suppose to start on Mon or Tues but it was raining. They got started on Saturday and finished Sunday evening. The work was fast and great. Jorge kept me informed on what was going on. Everything we discussed from the beginning was done. No problems came up. And when the job was done I was more than satisfied. Jorge and his wife have a great company, I will definitely be using them to floor my basement once it is through.
