AChoice Home WarrantyIt went pretty smoothly. One of the best contractors I have had from Choice Home Warranty. Century Restoration Maintenance, LLC and owner PeAyre Gardner were awesome. I have had CHW several years and I wanted to cancel because every thing we called about they denied the claim. My husband decided to keep them. I was pleasantly surprised that they fixed both the leak and drywall in the ceiling from the leak. I did have to provide extra pics from the leak before it was approved as initially the claim was denied.- Lisa F.

AAtlanta Painting CompanyWe hired the Painting company to paint and repair the inside of our home after having water damage. This company exceeded my expectations. My first interaction with Leah (design consultant) was nothing but AMAZING. She walked me through the process step by step and made me feel like I was her ONLY client (when in all actuality she had many more). From start to finish she was there for me and was accessible at all times! Kevin the project manager communicated every detail during the process and made sure to answer any questions I had. Adrianna, Junior, and Jose were absolutely AWESOME! I needed popcorn ceiling replaced ( I know, why is that still even a thing in homes) and they perfected the job! Adrianna and Jose have such a steady hand! They walked me through each step, asked if I had any concerns and let me know when they would be going and coming. They communicated the entire time and completed the project as stated on the contract. They respected my request and wore masks inside the home, AND left the room and high traffic areas extremely CLEAN!!!!. I’m in love with their work and would recommend the company 100% to anyone. David (owner), Tommy (sales), Jimmy (project manager) and Shannon (design/project consultant) were all top notch. They estimated every little detail accurately from the get-go and finished the project under the estimated timeline by a week and just at budget with very little to no variances. The quality of the workmanship was excellent only outdone by the professionalism of the entire team. They are not a "cheap" shop by any stretch, but the entire slew of comprehensive end-to-end services including design, vendor relationships and professional project management made it a hassle-free experience. AAtlanta Painting CompanyFrom the beginning to the end, all painting and all appointments were done professionally and punctually . That counts in my home. I have used The Painting Company for commercial work, and based on their performance included them in the proposals that I entertained. While not the least expensive, they were reasonable. The team chosen to come to my home was always on time, stayed until the day was at an end, rarely took breaks, and did an outstanding job. He was polite, prompt, neat, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and was able to solve the problems that at least five other plumbers could not tackle or made worse. A360 PaintingEddie and his crews are awesome! Eddie was a referral from our realtor. We started with him and his crew painting our kitchen cabinets white and pressure washing/re-staining our deck. It was a 2.5-day project, they stuck to schedule, and they were awesome to work with. Soon after that, we had a plumbing emergency that left our downstairs in shambles (wall damage to walls, ceiling, flooring). Eddie was one of the first people we called besides the actual plumber. He was there to help every step of the way, as they assisted with opening up the siding/walls for the plumber to make his repairs and then patching everything up to look brand new and as if nothing happened. Eddie is incredibly personable, communicative, and easy to work with. We will definitely be using him for all future projects. They are a little pricier than other contractors, but there is a reason for that ... you get quality service, fast turnaround times, and professional-grade work done with first-class customer service. AJ. Stevens PaintingAfter having water damage from a 2nd level washing machine I decided to hire J. Stevens painting. I did my research and found the company had great reviews. Needed to have the ceiling on the first level painted. I decided to have them paint my foyer as well while they were here. I did get a few quotes. They had a Very fair price. The crew was very nice. Showed up on time. Did a great job. When I needed them to come back to fix an area Jeff was very responsive and sent them back out in a timely manor. Very happy with the company. AGreenlee Plumbing IncGreenlee repiped our whole house. Repiped the house in one day and patched the drywall the second day. We are completely satisfied with the job. We have used Greenlee the past several years to repair/replace toilets and kitchen/bathroom fixtures and replace the PRV. Based on our previous experiences we used Greenlee again. All the employees are polite and courteous. All the floors were covered. The drywall repairs are excellent. The visible piping in our garage is much neater than the original installation. All are concerned that the job is satisfactory. All concerns, problems are addressed quickly and resolved quickly.- John H S.

FNever again! First, Corey had me purchase these large sheets of drywall that I had to get delivered. He said "his guys" only like to hang the larger sheets. He has no consideration for the client. I could've easily picked up the standard sheets with my truck... but for him, it's what "his guys" prefer to use. It was **** (and expensive) getting those large sheets delivered and I had extra that I had to get rid of. Second, he sent someone to my house (who he had never met) to do the drywall. Corey was late, so as we waited on him to get there, the it came up in conversation that he didn't know him. The guy worked for a day and never came back. Turns out Corey fired him (for whatever reason) and never paid him. The guy called my phone back to back for DAYS, trying to get paid. I had already paid Corey a deposit, which he was supposed to pay "his guys" with. All he kept talking about was what I needed to do so that "his guys" won't be inconvenienced. I had to ask him... "who is the client? Me or your guys?" Let me not forget to mention: Corey works a full time job, so he's not even the one who does the work. He's not there and he has no "guys". He sent his uncle or somebody out there to supervise after I started losing my sh--. He asked me out several time via text (unprofessional). When we got to the painting phase, even THAT was a disaster. He probably never met the painters he sent either. They left my house unlocked (in a neighborhood where everyone needs an alarm). They painted my ceilings with the wall paint, so I had gray ceilings when I came the next day, they took the 2 gallons of paint I left there, AND they broke my key in the front door lock so none of the contractors could get in the next day. When I fired Corey, he had the audacity to call me asking for the remainder of the payment. He's a scammer. The deposit I paid him went down the drain because I ended up having to pay someone else to fix the crappy drywall job, I had to pay someone to paint, AND I had to buy more paint. Sherwin Williams paint is not cheap. I've been meaning to write this review sooner, but I've been busy... However, I don't want anyone ending up in the situation I did. I seriously question the authenticity of his reviews on here. He'll give the whole story about the 15 years he's been doing drywall work. He'll even send videos of himself working. That's useless to me if you're sending random people to do the work and calling yourself a business owner. He's in the business of ripping people off, that's all. He should not be in business. I have so many pictures of the job they did and texts conversations as proof if I should decide to take him to court! I'm not using this site to find contractors ever again.

AOmar does excellent work and everyone he brought in was professional. He brought in a) 1 person to help hang the drywall but he did the mudding and sanding, b) carpenters to install new crown molding and install a new exterior door frame I bought and c) a painter to paint trim and walls. Because we chose metallic paint for the ceiling that has to be rolled quickly, Omar primed & painted the ceiling (3 times to ensure proper coverage). When the caulking separated/withdrew in the corners of the new crown molding after several days (after I had fully paid him), he came back in a very timely manner to re-caulk and paint the entire crown molding again without hesitation. Omar and his wife cleaned up very well. His English is adequate, but he brought out his daughter for the quote phase to ensure there were no communication issues. He reliably arrives on time. He uses Joist software via email to provide the estimate and detailed work description; with a couple of clicks, the customer makes payments with a credit card. He requested 50% upfront which I did pay and work started within several days. Upon completion and my approval, he sent me the final bill for payment (we added some work and price adjustments I was happy with). His $4,400 cost was in-line with another bid and he was a pleasure to work with.

AI cannot begin to say how great of a job that they did for us. We had another contractor that was working on our home after a flood and were just taking too long and not completing the work in a satisfactory manor. Rodney and his crew had completed a total master bathroom remodel for us before, so we reached out to him and asked if he could do our kitchen and he accepted the job to our delight. He and his crew are very professional and take great pride in what they do. This job was a little unfortunate for him because he also had some challenges due to the previous contractor, but he made the corrections as needed with a smile. Thank you so much to Rodney and his amazing team. We would definitely look to hire him again in the future.

AMy husband and I are thrilled with our new deck! We love having the shade created with the addition of a tin roof, along with lighting and ceiling fan. Sam worked with and advised us on changes we wanted to add a grill area and move the steps. They also repaired exterior & interior door frames, installed storm doors & added a bit of siding to close in where the tin roof was added. The guys that worked for us were extremely nice, polite, & professional. While their prices may be a bit higher, the quality of the work is superb and the finished product is beautiful! We are glad we chose them and would not hesitate to do so again.
