He contacted me right away after I left a message and stayed in touch about when he could come do the estimate and complete the work. His prices are very reasonable. He and his coworkers did an incredible amount of work on our trees and thoroughly cleaned the job site afterwards w/ no damage whatsoever to our house or concrete porch. CThey did a lot of work and cleared the space in the back and their prices are reasonable. However, one worker backed the wood chipper into our new concrete patio in the front of our house, taking a big chunk out of the patio. This was in full view of the others and no one told me about it. The stones from one section of our retaining wall in back were also knocked off during the work and nothing was said about this, either. Finally, the crew backed the chipper into one corner of our gutter on the front of the house next to the patio, crushing that in as well.

AUrban Tree was able to safely remove a very large limb that was in danger of falling in our front yard. They climbed the 40 ft. tree without spikes, removed the limb and were able to save the tree. They then suggested soil improvements to keep our other trees healthy. A first class job by real professionals.

ATyler showed up on time with his crew of 3. They assessed the situation and told me what they thought was the best option, but still gave me all the possible trimming/removal options and the pros and cons to each of them. They performed the removal safely, securing the tree so that it could not fall into my home before than began to cut it down. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to remove it while doing so in a safe manner. They cleaned up any debris and were gone in just a couple of hours! I called several services and Tyler gave me the most competitive price and his honesty put me at ease, that was probably the deciding factor for me choosing Lumberjacks Tree Service. Would highly recommend to anyone in need!
