AScenic City PlumbingAs usual, the technician completed the repair quickly . After the repair he inspected all the other copper lines in the basement. All were ok, but he found a leak in the incoming PVC line which he repaired. His diligence and "going the extra mile" saved me an untold amount of trouble and $.- Roger B.

AScenic City PlumbingHad to first fix the leak, and then replace the faucet, which is probably close to as old as the house. Also had to replace some of the pipes. Normally, our caretaker does these type of jobs, but he did not know how to do this one, and obviously, neither did I. Scenic City is great. ARapid Rooter PlumbingThisbis the second time I have used Shane and he was amazing again. He came out and tried to clear a clog but it ended up being my septic tank was completely full due too roots choking off the tank and the outlet baffle. Shane and his team dug up the tank and field lines and were able to repair the line to a good field line and bypass the half repair that was done years ago. Everything is draining great now!! Great guys who are very personable and do an excellent job!- jessica p.

ARapid Rooter PlumbingI called at the end of the work day on a Monday. Two of his emergency people were sick and he said he couldn't get to me till after 10 PM. With that being the case, he first asked who else I had called so he could think of who else might be able to help me. After discussing the particulars of the leak (being outdoors and not leaking onto wood, he said he could come the next day. They arrived in a timely manner, replaced the pipe with one less likely to break from freezing and also cleared a stopped gutter drain that I had kept meaning to get cleared. They were very nice and quite reasonable. I would absolutely hire again and they will be my first call for my next emergency plumbing situation.- Michael B.

ARapid Rooter PlumbingVery satisfied and impressed with the professional quality of their work. I needed the main waterline of 1800ft replaced. They had it done in approximately 6 hours. I would call them again for any plumbing work needed. They care about the quality of work they do and will do it correctly. Due to the long reputation of doing quality professional work, they stay busy and couldn't get to mine right away. I almost called someone else, but I didn't and I'm SO glad I waited. They were well worth the wait. They are hard workers, but most importantly: they know what they're doing! They cover a wide area because they came to Georgetown, TN for me, and they're in Chickamauga, GA. I'd rate them triple AAA+ and highly recommend them. Shane is who you need to talk to. AJason and his crew did an amazing job helping me "flip" several homes here in NW Ga. Hated to see him go to Charleston, but hey - it's the ocean so who can blame him! I'd hire him again without a doubt. We've completed simple paint/flooring/countertops/appliances flips, and we've taken a few down to the studs and started over. He managed several subcontractors and did a lot of the work himself. I'd highly recommend him for pretty much anything that can be done on a house!
