AAction AirThey were prompt. Called late Thursday afternoon and they arrived before lunch on Friday. Had to get a part and then fixed unit. Here approximately 2 hours. AMasters Appliance Heating & AirI called the service and Greg, the owner arrived within an hour. After some troubleshooting, he identified the cause of the problem - an issue with the signal wire to the unit. After replacing the wire for another, the unit responded correctly. Greg ensured the unit was responding as expected by cycling the furnace off and on several times. There was no charge as the unit is under a service warranty.- Roger B.

AI've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Would recommend to others.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

He came and assessed the situation and tried to fix it before recommending that we replace the unit. He and his crew replaced the whole unit that day and had us cool air by the evening.
