A1st Class FlooringTony and crew are trustworthy, dependable and masters of their craft. My new floors are beautiful! Tony kept me informed every step of the way as this was practically a whole house install. There was an issue with the trucking company delivering my new flooring, but Tony totally handled it for me and even drove to Atlanta to pick up the wood when it appeared that the trucking company was not going to deliver in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend 1st Class Flooring and would not think twice about hiring them again.- Becky W.

AJason Taylor ConstructionJason and his crew did an amazing job helping me "flip" several homes here in NW Ga. Hated to see him go to Charleston, but hey - it's the ocean so who can blame him! I'd hire him again without a doubt. We've completed simple paint/flooring/countertops/appliances flips, and we've taken a few down to the studs and started over. He managed several subcontractors and did a lot of the work himself. I'd highly recommend him for pretty much anything that can be done on a house!- Michael W.

A1st Class FlooringTony and his crew of professionals did what 2 other contractors said could not be done. They were on time, professional, and communicated very well through the whole process. I could not reccomend 1st Class Flooring enough. ASmith Flooring InstallationThe owner of the company, Warren is a very knowledgeable, honest, and hard-working man as well as his crews. He took care of everything we needed. We didn't have to do anything except moving our own furniture which we chose to do and maybe serving him a complicated coffee:) Plus his price was very competitive and fair compared to other ones I got. Some of the other bigger companies didn't even bother to follow up with us but Warren was listening to us the entire time and did a great job. We are very happy with what they delivered. A1st Class FlooringFirst Class Flooring refinished 100-year old pine floors, including patching a section that was damaged. They did excellent work. The floors are gorgeous. DI wouldn’t give these guys one star but I had to pick something. We went into their warehouse Saturday to look at carpet for our stairs, hallway & living room. When we walked in no one acknowledged us so I approached an employee who told me I could go look at rolls in the back. He said he’d be back there after he finished something up but he never did. I walked back to the front of the building and got his attention. We had to walk clear to the back to show him the carpet then back up front to figure out the price for the carpet, pad & install. I asked to schedule someone to come out & measure since the measurements I took were pretty rough (I had my 4 year old assist in holding it). He took my info & I took a day off work for doctors appointments in the morning and told him I’d make sure I was home by 2pm so someone could come measure. No one ever showed up. I called & no one had a clue about what to do. There was no apology or attempt to send someone to come out to measure before they close in an hour and a half. If your time is valuable don’t waste your money here!

Brandon and Scott from Turn to Us showed up on time and began working immediately, They repaired and replaced the floor in less that 2 days and it is gorgeous!
