ANoahs Roofing and RemodelingThe first thing to note is that when Noe came to look at the project and give an estimate, he wore a mask. He was the first person to show such courtesy and concern for our health during the pandemic. The work was performed as scheduled and at the agreed upon price. AJason Taylor ConstructionJason and his crew did an amazing job helping me "flip" several homes here in NW Ga. Hated to see him go to Charleston, but hey - it's the ocean so who can blame him! I'd hire him again without a doubt. We've completed simple paint/flooring/countertops/appliances flips, and we've taken a few down to the studs and started over. He managed several subcontractors and did a lot of the work himself. I'd highly recommend him for pretty much anything that can be done on a house!- Michael W.

AMy experience with Horner Construction and Design was very positive. After reaching out to Brad Horner and receiving a quote, we continued to correspond back and forth for several months with questions I had. Once I decided to use Horner Construction, I was provided a detailed contract that showed what products would be used and the cost of each. The craftsmen who work for BHC&D were very knowledgeable, professional and invested in the final product being quality work. They removed all old decking, support post and handrails and hauled them away. The deck/screened porch they built was exactly what I envisioned. It looks as though it was an original deck and roof, not an addition. The original deck size was 12' x 34', and approximately 12' from ground level. The finished product is a 12' x 22' screened porch and a 12' x 12' open deck. They custom make the screen panels, which I like because I didn't want a screen kit that would reduce the size of the panels or have metal framing attached to the wood deck. The screen panels are 8' wide and very taunt. The screens are stretched from the decking to the roof. They installed 8 recessed LED lights and a ceiling fan. They were not the cheapest of estimates that I received when getting quotes, but I was focused on getting a high quality product because I see this as an investment on my home. I would recommend Horner Construction & Design to my friends and family.

AWorking with Mario has been a pleasure. After recently moving into our new home, we engaged Mario to paint bedrooms, bathrooms, a laundry room, closets, front door to the house and so on. The outcome has been terrific. We are so much happier with the way our home looks now, so much more inviting. From the start, Mario has been dependable, skillful, thoughtful, thorough, neat, efficient, reliable, conscientious, kind, helpful and friendly, just to name a few of his standout qualities. He is a talented artist who takes pride in his work. During our initial meeting, he listened to our needs, made solid and cost-effective suggestions, and generally showed himself to be an experienced painter. He was prompt in providing us a written, detailed proposal. As work progressed, our confidence in Mario only grew. Not only were his overall painting skills wonderful, his attention to details also made big differences. Things like painting ceiling heating/cooling vents and ceiling fan blades (went from brown to white) made our rooms so much nicer and saved us money because we originally had planned to buy new ones. He always respectfully presented such ideas for our consideration and approval before proceeding, which was much appreciated. In one room where we only wanted to have one wall painted, Mario was able to get color-matched paint to make that happen. Mario made us feel confident in our paint color selections and even supported us when one selection turned out to be, well, awful. Remember, we selected the color. He listened to our concerns and opinions, made suggestions and helped us envision a different color approach. Now that room looks great. We requested other changes along the way, like asking Mario to paint rooms that were not in our original plans. He always responded to these changes in a positive, easy-going manner. He made the whole project easy for us. Just a great experience. We are so glad to have found Mario. We feel we have made a good friend in him. Our first round of paint projects is now complete. Before too long, we will be ready for the next round and will be contacting Mario, no question. We highly recommend him for your painting needs. Mario is a gem!

ANoah and his team do awesome work, we could not have made a better choice in choosing him for our bath remodel. Our bathroom had a severely damaged subfloor from an old and leaky toilet. We were aware of the enormity of the job and had several contractors take a look at it but just did not trust they could get the job done. Noah and team took the challenge head on and worked diligently to completion. During the process of fixing the bathroom Noah was courteous, punctual, and professional. Top notch work from a top notch team now our bathroom is not only safe to walk on but beautiful as well.
