ARadiant Roofing & ExteriorsRadiant inspected my old roof and went over the details of what needed to be done including some additional costs that could arise once the old roof was removed and they could see the decking. He helped me pick the right tile color for my home, recommended new ventilation to reduce the heat in my attic. Once the work started they arrived when promised ready to work, and when the job was completed left my home/yard neat and clean. Overall I am very happy with my new roof and would hire Radiant again.- anthony g.

AHobbs RemodelingThis is our second project with Hobbs and we are even happier than the first project! We did not anticipate that we would need them back so soon, but a leak in our house from all the rain required immediate attention. They responded within minutes of me reaching out, came out the very next day to assess the situation, and then came out the next business day to perform the work. They were at our home for eight solid hours of work and accomplished so much more than I would’ve imagined in just one day. The work was done perfectly, efficiently, and at a very fair price. It has been raining for a couple of days now, and we just have to smile because there is not one drop coming in our house! AMy experience with Horner Construction and Design was very positive. After reaching out to Brad Horner and receiving a quote, we continued to correspond back and forth for several months with questions I had. Once I decided to use Horner Construction, I was provided a detailed contract that showed what products would be used and the cost of each. The craftsmen who work for BHC&D were very knowledgeable, professional and invested in the final product being quality work. They removed all old decking, support post and handrails and hauled them away. The deck/screened porch they built was exactly what I envisioned. It looks as though it was an original deck and roof, not an addition. The original deck size was 12' x 34', and approximately 12' from ground level. The finished product is a 12' x 22' screened porch and a 12' x 12' open deck. They custom make the screen panels, which I like because I didn't want a screen kit that would reduce the size of the panels or have metal framing attached to the wood deck. The screen panels are 8' wide and very taunt. The screens are stretched from the decking to the roof. They installed 8 recessed LED lights and a ceiling fan. They were not the cheapest of estimates that I received when getting quotes, but I was focused on getting a high quality product because I see this as an investment on my home. I would recommend Horner Construction & Design to my friends and family.

AWorking with Mario has been a pleasure. After recently moving into our new home, we engaged Mario to paint bedrooms, bathrooms, a laundry room, closets, front door to the house and so on. The outcome has been terrific. We are so much happier with the way our home looks now, so much more inviting. From the start, Mario has been dependable, skillful, thoughtful, thorough, neat, efficient, reliable, conscientious, kind, helpful and friendly, just to name a few of his standout qualities. He is a talented artist who takes pride in his work. During our initial meeting, he listened to our needs, made solid and cost-effective suggestions, and generally showed himself to be an experienced painter. He was prompt in providing us a written, detailed proposal. As work progressed, our confidence in Mario only grew. Not only were his overall painting skills wonderful, his attention to details also made big differences. Things like painting ceiling heating/cooling vents and ceiling fan blades (went from brown to white) made our rooms so much nicer and saved us money because we originally had planned to buy new ones. He always respectfully presented such ideas for our consideration and approval before proceeding, which was much appreciated. In one room where we only wanted to have one wall painted, Mario was able to get color-matched paint to make that happen. Mario made us feel confident in our paint color selections and even supported us when one selection turned out to be, well, awful. Remember, we selected the color. He listened to our concerns and opinions, made suggestions and helped us envision a different color approach. Now that room looks great. We requested other changes along the way, like asking Mario to paint rooms that were not in our original plans. He always responded to these changes in a positive, easy-going manner. He made the whole project easy for us. Just a great experience. We are so glad to have found Mario. We feel we have made a good friend in him. Our first round of paint projects is now complete. AInitially I called The Ready Family for a quote but had to leave a message. I received a call back quickly and first spoke to Adrianna then Leanna. Josh Young was the person to give us a quote. Josh came out and did measurements and gave us a quote. We didn't go with them because the quote came back a little higher than we were willing to pay; but all persons involved were very responsive, professional and kind.

Brandon and Scott from Turn to Us showed up on time and began working immediately, They repaired and replaced the floor in less that 2 days and it is gorgeous!
