  The Worst contract experience ever. Mr. Levan brought some poor gentleman over to install the system who spoke little to no English and had little knowledge of the install process. The man cut our Comcast cable even though it was clearly marked and told me I had to call to get it fixed. They did not install the all zones agreed upon. No one ever answers their phone and they do not return voice mails for weeks if ever. Now we are trying to purge the system and have no info on where any components are located, and unable to reach anyone to help. Avoid this provider at all cost!

  Provided an estimate and completed the project with a cost of approximately $50.00 less than estimate - Called the day prior to initiating the work and provided arrival time -  The crew arrived a little early and began work on the project - the crew finished the work and left no mess - In fact, where they placed the pipe, underground, for the sprinklers the soil looked as if it had never been disturbed - It was difficult to see where the pipes had been as the disturbance to the grass was too minor - I highly recommend the company as their performance on my project was superb -

  The system Rick Levan installed was exactly what I wanted. It was efficient did a good job. The price was reasonable also.
  Several weeks ago, I had a problem with my system - one of the zones would not shut off and I was unable to find the shut off. Eventually I found it.  Rick explained that it was the height of the season so he was not able to come out as quickly as I would have liked to fix it. Fortunately, though, we had lots of rain so my grass was none the worse for wear.
  Last week Rick sent a guy out to my house. He fixed (replaced) the problem part. He then checked the entire system to ensure it was working properly and he reset all the settings I had accidentally changed. I've watched the system for a week now and everything is working perfectly!

  RAINFALL IRRIGATION INC

  waThis provider came to our house to give us an estimate/quote for the install of a sprinkler system. We had already received 5 quotes from other companies who informed us it would take 5-6 zones to be installed. We contact Rainfall because they were currently offering deals for sprinkler systems based on the number of zones required. Their price seemed to be aligned with the other companies we already received quotes for so we figured why not get another estimate. They arrived on time and seemed to be very professional when they arrived. Prior to Rainfall leaving our house, we referred them to our neighbor who was also looking to get a sprinkler system installed. Needless to say, we received a quote later that day from Rainfall which required the install of 8 zones (which seems excessive, seeing as though the other 5 companies told us 5-6 zones at the most) at a price of $4,075.00 and would also require the install of a separate water meter. Normally, this would not bother us, we just would not utilize this company. However, the shocking part is our neighbor received a quote from Rainfall as well after being referred to them by us, for 8 zones as well for a price of $3,300 and no water meter install required. How are the prices different when both require 8 zones, This company seems to be excessively overcharging people. I don't know how they received their awards and recognition from Angie's List for excessively overcharging certain people when others are receiving the same service for less.

  Ryan knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to irrigation. I had no idea I needed the repairs I needed, and I even hired him to install another zone to cover a flower bed that I just had laid down. I completely trust him, his decisions when it comes to irrigation.

  Ryan came out as soon as possible, seem to know exactly how and why it had burst. Repaired the pipe in a very reasonable time. Was very respectful, responsible. Also, put in a above ground water cut off by my road so I can just turn the water on or off without having to go in ground. I would definitely use them again.

  Outdoor Makeover & Construction

  Outdoor Makeover are not the cheapest but they deliver high quality work. The estimate process was straight-forward & very comfortable and personal. The resulting landscape plan was hand-drawn, as opposed to computerized and printed, however it was clear and captured the agreed-upon layout of the future state of the yard. Before the start of work we received excellent communications, and then the crew arrived exactly as agreed. Once on site, they shone. Outdoor Makeover has the right people at all levels, the right equipment and the right subcontractors to deliver what they promise, and they executed our plan amazingly. Throughout the process Outdoor Makeover's management was in close contact with us to ensure that they were on track towards what we envisioned, and indeed they nailed it: the yard is exactly what we asked for, and what we were promised. If we need more work, we will be calling Outdoor Makeover again.

  SPRINKLES IRRIGATION & LANDSCAPE INC

  I contacted Sprinkles Irregation & Landscaping to come out to my property and fix a break in my irrigation system and move some sprinkler heads to different locations.  I also needed an estimate to do some landscaping which would include adding additional irrigation lines as well as hardscaping (The point is, this was not going to be a small job).  Sprinkles scheduled work to be done on a Saturday because I cannot be home during the week to show them exactly what I want.  They called me back two weeks later and told me that it was not convienient for them to do the work.  Not because the work was scheduled on the weekend but because they didnt want to send someone "All the way out to my property" which is in the middle of Kennesaw which their web site says they service, when there was no other work to be done in the area.  This is incredibly dissapointing because they knew the address two weeks earlier when I made the appointment with them and discussed the scope of work and didnt seem to have a problem with servicing my property.  This was also after someone from their company had gone "All the way out there" to look at the landscaping work that I need done to give me an estimate.  I find it dissapointing, upsetting and certainly unprofessional when service providers only want to perform services when it is "Convenient" for them.  I thought thats why service providers got paid, because no one does work just because its convenient and they want to ...
  Please understand that this is not a review of the quality of their work as they did not provide any actual services for me and they probably wont because I'm not sure it would ever be "Convenient" for them ...

  I had an emergency situation--a hole in the main line for my irrigation system.  Since I was the second owner of the house, I could not find the buried shutoff valve and thought there was none.  I spent 5 days without water in the house, trying to fix the main line issue, but it was buried under a tree.  I gave up and called Rainfall Irrigation.  They carved out time in their completely booked schedule and came out within an hour and a half.  An hour later I had water again.  I will use them again, for sure.
