This was the best customer experience Ive ever had from any company This was a whole house redesign and renovation including removing load bearing walls, HVAC, new electrical, plumbing and painting. We worked so well together that by the end of game they felt more like family and friends than a contractor. The craftsmanship was first quality and the communication was timely. I cant say enough good things about Aimee, Jesse and their team!!!! Call me for any questions Rick Morris 770 833 9154 Powder Springs

Fantastic. We feel very fortunate to have found Juan and his team. He was very helpful in guiding us through the process, was professional and punctual, and the quality of his work which was very important to us was excellent. He was referred to us by friends, and we would definitely refer him to other people. We will be using him for several future jobs.

Excellent! Michael Jordan is an excellent contractor. He guided us through the entire process, from concept, design, and actual construction. He recommended the layout of our kitchen and bathroom that maximized the space and the work is truly beautiful.

    Romanoff Renovations
We hired Romanoff Rennovations through a referral from Home Depot. Do NOT make this mistake. When they removed the carpet (which was ruined due to a water leak), they noticed a huge crack in the foundation which caused the cement to be uneven. It has been a struggle to get consistent answers from them or to have work scheduled. Last week we had 3 different people assure us that the leveling agent could be applied and new flooring laid on the same day. Yesterday they came out and basically did nothing. First, they said the unevenness of the floor couldn't be fixed with just a leveling agent, the floor would need to be sanded down (for an EXTRA FEE) to minimize the differences in unevenness. Didn't they see this when they removed the carpet? Shouldn't they have KNOWN that this was an issue and been PREPARED to do the work on the day scheduled? And shouldn't this have been factored into the cost of the work at that point? Then they said that the baseboards would have to be removed for an EXTRA FEE. Excuse me for my ignorance, but for a company to be primarily about flooring, shouldn't that have been factored into the estimate? Why was this a "surprise"? Why should we have to pay extra for something that they should have already known to do? Then they said they would have to wait 24 hours for the leveling agent to completely dry before laying the floor. What? They cannot seem to get their stories straight. These people have been very unprofessional and unreliable and I strongly caution anyone to even consider using them. They don't know what they are doing.

    CHL Services
CHL did a fantastic job! We wanted to install some distressed hardwood tile and the team knocked it out of the park. The guys were very professional, showed up on time and cleaned up each day. They made sure the job was done right and to my expectations. We are very pleased and so happy we found them. We'll definitely use them for more jobs in the future.

    50 Floor
Sales experience was superb. John Souls was extremely helpful and knows is business. His professionalism was noted and impact my buying decision. However, the experience from there was horrible. My complaints have been met with resistance time and again. The quality of the install, in my opinion, is troublesome. Company response to my concerns was "the seams are within industry standards". My "professional installation" included a one adult installer and his children. I have no issue with family working for their Father, especially in the Summer months. However, the installer(s) did not have the appropriate manpower to move all furniture out of the living room prior to installation. My leather sofas were stood up on their sides and rocked/slid into the dining room instead of picked up and moved. My bookcase was "two heavy" and left in place during the install. Carpet was installed to about a three foot distance from the opposite wall and they then slid the book case onto the new carpet and seamed the remaining with one long seam to 5 smaller seamed pieces. It's a mess. As I've experienced with this install, I do own some of the blame for my purchase from 50 Floor. I've since read dozens and dozens of negative reviews on multiple sites. If I had to do it all over again, I would no have selected 50 Floor. There is much more I could opine regarding my experience, however, given my current list of concerns going unanswered or ignored, it's not worth the time here. Hopefully this message will supply support for any consumer to press pause before doing business with this company. Sadly, their marketing and advertising budget, along with their catchy jingle will have more economic impact to their bottom line than my negative review here.

Fantastic. I was very apprehensive before we started the project but after meeting Aimee and Jessie, I felt very comfortable and they did everything they promised and on time. They really had our best interests in mind and the communication from day to day far exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work was outstanding.

    Lumber Liquidators Inc
I don't think they could have improve it. We were happy all the way across. When we went in there, my wife picked out a very expensive hardwood floor, $5.65 a square foot and she was going to be happy with that. When they came out and discovered half the floor was concrete floor, they said that the floor wouldn't hold up for 30 years because of the moisture that would come up. They wouldn't be able to lock the moisture from the concrete slab. She couldn't use that floor to be guaranteed results and she had to go to a cheaper floor. They sit there and told us that instead of making twice s much money on the job and letting it last 15 years, they sold us on a cheaper on that was a laminate that they said would hold up for 30 years guaranteed. They made less money on it. I was really impressed with the professionalism.

Fantastic! This is my second job with Michael Jordan in less than 6 months! I was so impressed with his work ethic and vision to design that I spoke with him about opening the wall between my dining/kitchen area. Michael came up with a great plan, and as with the last job, the work was done consistently, and expertly until the job was complete. My only regret is that I don't have more work that needs to be done! Thank you Michael!
