  For the second time in our home we experienced a leaky pipe that required a section of the ceiling to be cut out to do repairs. Also for the second time, we hired Hodges Residential Services to patch the ceiling. Our ceiling is textured, and it's not easy to find a contractor who can handle a repair like that and make it look good. Don has done astonishing work twice now for us and our ceiling looks as good as new. He took the time needed to make sure his work blended right in with the original perfectly. In addition to being a dry wall artist, Don is also friendly, professional, and provides some of the most detailed estimates I've ever received. I'll absolutely be hiring him again the next time I need some home repair work.

  The Painting Pros

  HONEST. FAIR. PROFESSIONAL. Like most homeowners, when I hire a contractor I expect good work and good customer service; so I typically do not write reviews unless the contractor's work/service was particularly good or particularly poor; and like most homeowners I've had experience with both. I contacted six (6) companies to provide an estimate for exterior painting and wood rot repair/replacement on my 2-story home. I can say without reservation The Painting Pros delivered the most professional and best customer service I've had in the 22 yrs that I've been in my home. FIRST: The Painting Pros provided the most comprehensive and detailed estimate for the work requested including areas of wood repair/replacement that I had missed. Areas that could not be fully estimated until the extent of damage was better exposed were identified up front. In addition, The Painting Pros explained in detail how they were going to perform the work including the materials used for repair/replacement and why they were chosen. This level of detail enabled me to differentiate (from other estimates) the work quality based on The Painting Pros expertise and approach. If detail and transparency are important to you, The Painting Pros will exceed your expectations; and if you're not interested in alot of detail you can be confident in the quality of work you will get. Bottom line: The Painting Pros professionalism resulted in NO SURPRISES. SECOND: Customer service was exceptional. The Painting Pros provided regular communication on scheduling and daily oversight on the work progress. They accommodated every customer request/preference without hesitation. In addition, The Painting Pros took care of a couple issues unrelated to the main project as part of the overall service. The ownership and focus on delivering a "complete solution" for my home exterior was the most striking illustration of the superior customer service I received from The Painting Pros. Bottom line: I was able to avoid additional/unnecessary expense for issues that were addressed by The Painting Pros . It's been a couple weeks since the work was completed and I can tell you that I have never taken the time to offer as much detail in a review for even an excellent contractor experience. The Painting Pros earned it; and to top it off...Ron and Danny were a pleasure to work with. Bottom Line: The Painting Pros... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  The Remediation Team

  Not very good, , when I asked questions during the job I never got answers. I sent a list of issues and work not complete after each phase was supposedly complete and the list was never followed through The rebuild guy, suddenly at the last minute notice wants to come out next morning after months of me asking the company to do " paint touch ups, drywall sanding and finishing and cleaning" after I moved back in my home. This work should have been done before and they had plenty of time and which I waited a couple extra weeks before moving back in to allow the time. They agreed with the insurance company it would only take 12 weeks and instead it was 9 months. They went in my home and tore out drywall looking for asbestos which per their forman is the "bread n butter". also add the company DID NOT pull permits for and was fined by the city. After that, the work was done when they could get to it. Damage was done to several of my vynil windows and locks are missing, answer from owner they are old and that was going to happen anyway? I have pictures of so called clean up and have sent them to the company. I still have smoke damage counter tops and missing cabinet doors, also inside cabinets and drawers not cleaned. Missing shelves in hall closet and bedroom closet. Threshold in master bathroom tile floor broken by company was two pieces of tile stuck together, a thrifty fix, just like the entire job. The HVAC vents were never sealed off and the a/c was running during the month of July allowing further damage to my system.hire a duct cleaning company not certified to clean soot or smoke damage, also the duct cleaning tech was not aware that he was there to clean smoke and soot from my system. I hired a HVAC contractor that was per the scope of work to be done that verified the blower motor was contaminated and never cleaned. I still have electrical issues which they will not take responsibility for. Last I will not submit a COC and would never hire or recommend this company.

  Fantastic. I was very apprehensive before we started the project but after meeting Aimee and Jessie, I felt very comfortable and they did everything they promised and on time. They really had our best interests in mind and the communication from day to day far exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work was outstanding.

  SUPERB! Having lived in the area and done extensive remodeling on 2 personal homes and several rental homes, I have never worked with such an accomplished contractor. The work that was performed was done to superior standards. Michael Jordan and his crew were honest, conscientious and quality craftsman in all aspects. My construction job moved seamlessly from one stage to the next, they were always on time and accessible to answer any questions I had along the way and address any requests that I had. I wish I had discovered The Remodelers 20+ years ago, I could have saved myself a lot of headaches and money throughout the years. They have my highest recommendation for any size job you may have, you will be happy you did!

  The work was done quickly and cost less that we would have thought. They knocked out a wall between our living and front rooms, added beam supports in the garage since it was a load bearing wall, and then painted the wall and joined the laminate flooring between the rooms with a specially created wood threshold piece since the laminate had been lain in opposite directions in both rooms and couldn't be joined seamlessly. We were very pleased and would call them again for other jobs. They did say that our wall removal was a smaller job than they are used to doing - apparently they usually do larger remodel jobs like kitchens and bathrooms. However, they were able to work us into their schedule during the time we needed, and we were very appreciative. If we never did another thing to the house, I am glad we took out that wall.

  Riverside Painting

  Very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with paint colors. They did excellent work fixing rotten trim and was very satisfied with the overall quality of their work.
  
  A month after the work was completed I noticed a small area of soft wood on one the window frames that had been overlooked. I contacted Ruben and he immediately advised he would send his crew to fix the problem area. Customer service is fabulous and these guys are great to work with.

  They arrived on time for the free estimate and were able to do the work the next day. We are selling our house and the gutter had a bad spot behind it and we wanted it fixed. They replace the bad wood, reattached the gutters and added shingles/flashing to prevent it from happening again. It was a construction flaw. They were a little more expensive than other quotes, but only by $25.00 and when they were done you couldn't tell they had ever been there other than the problem was fixed. I was very pleased!

  We recently worked with Luis on multiple projects for our house - deck rebuild and interior house painting. We did our research, obtained multiple quotes for both projects and by far Luis and Dixon Group were the most professional. Luis arrived on time, provided proposals - while on site, communicated and followed up appropriately. We worked with two crews (interior and exterior) and both completed the projects on time and with professional quality. Carlos and his paint crew were exceptional in delivering quality work, cleaned up daily and communicated throughout the entire process. In addition, the scheduling department (Diana) was fantastic in communicating and dealing with delays caused by rain (on deck project) I would highly recommend, Luis and the Dixon group to anyone considering home improvement projects.
