NEVER AGAIN: I paid over $2000 for brakes, radiator, and timing belt. One service agent (David) seemed to do all the work while others were standing around he had a line. First tried to get me to pay factory price for radiator vs. aftermarket. Luckily I argued and got $100 knocked off. The timing belt was a scheduled service for my vehicle and I knew it was hard to get to so I thought I might as well get it done while replacing the radiator(which they did not have in stock). This saved NOTHING as all service items have a set labor price regardless. They saved time and chargedd me more. The labor alone was 70% of the cost. This is why people say "Don't go to a dealership." Of I could sell my Jeep and still not have enough to cover just the labor. The work took two days and I got a call 20mins before they closed and didn't have time to arrange a ride, so in total they had my car for three days. I don't think this is bad, unless it's a dealership then it is. I've dealt with them once before and they did a bait and switch on an oil change coupon in order to get five more dollar out of me. How petty and crooked does a dealership have to be to screw with someone for $5? Why does anyone go to dealerships for repair? I thought it was for quick service, not this time. Never again.

I hope the workmanship is good, because the customer service is greatly lacking; I do not want to have to go back. I left my car to be worked on while I was out of town. The owners of the shop knew that I need my car for work and would be picking it up Monday morning. Because of the snowstorm they were unable to complete the work. Thats understandable. But they did not have the courtesy to inform me of this, so I was unable to reschedule my days appointments in a timely manner. Finally at the end of the day, I called to tell them I would be there within the hour please have the car ready. I was told the car was finished and would be taken for a test drive and would be ready for me. The car was not ready when I arrived, and the owner repeatedly lied to me that it would be ready in half a minute. This caused me to be late for my next appointment. As a long time business owner, I know the importance of great customer service. The owners of Blessings Automotive need to learn that.

They are awesome, best dealership. I have been using them for over 5 years. The wait area is nice, no problem there. They are friendly and will give you a shuttle ride home if you need it. You can get somethings cheaper somewhere else, but I like to use the authorized dealer for this car.

They never showed! ERA giving by my provider was 45min... an hr and a half later I called to be told driver was 15 min away due to him getting a flat, but had I not called I wouldn't have known. 30 min later I called back and dispatch told me the driver was going to contact me immediately. No call, so 10 min later I called dispatch back and got NO ANSWER!!!! I then called my provider who called and got an answer but was told they request the request to be re-submitted bc it was "lost", that was a lie. I was given a new company but that took another hr when I should have gotten them to begin with. Formal complaint was filed and I've been calling to speak with a supervisor but I still get no answer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. DISPATCH WAS UNPROFESSIONAL FORM THE BEGINNING, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T TAKE THEIR BUSINESS SERIOUSLY.

Worst experience I have had at a Ford Dealership in 20 years. And, I have owned and own many Ford vehicles. After my car would not start, I had it towed 1 mile to the Jim Tidwell service center on Barrett lakes in Kennesaw rather then my regular dealer. This was after calling them to see if they could repair the model of my car. After, 3 days of multiple phone calls, evasion and non responsive requests, they finally told me they did not have the technical competency or equipment to fix the car. They "offered" to have it towed to another dealership for $100. I declined their offer. I did tow it to another dealer who was able to assess the problem in 10 minutes and have the vehicle repaired within 3 hours. Amazing. As for that tow? AAA did it for free. Jim Tidwell was indifferent, incompetent and just plain rude. Their so called "service advisors" do not know the meaning of either word. Never again.

I use synthetic oil on my Lexus and I change it every year, roughly 10,000 miles. I've been using this guy since 2003. It's an extremely efficient service and they provide loaners and their loaners are better than new. Some of them are really surprising. I have been given a 1995 Lexus LS 400 sedan and you could not tell it was not a new car. They only service Honda based and Toyota based cars. I have seen them turn away another Vietnamese who was driving a BMW, who just wanted a quick oil change so he could go visit his mother and they said, "No, we don't do BMWs." He was saying, "But I wanted you." They ran him off. The customers are very loyal.

It wasn't their fault but the part they put in failed so they replaced it at no charge two months later. Their service is good and I am really happy with them. My wife found them. We found them through a recommendation from somebody else. They have been our go-to people for my daughter and us for 13 years. Their prices are good and reasonable.

Excellent. They were professional and helpful. I have a Ford Expedition that they worked on. . I'm going back to them in the next few weeks to have the same oil change and tire rotation done on my Dodge truck. Very good value !!

NEVER GO HERE! I went in with a $119 brake coupon and got the story that the car is unsafe to drive and will need $1000+ worth of work. Followed by, "Would you be interested in selling it?" I bought my parts next door and they charged me $250 for ONE HOUR OF WORK to replace front brake pads, rotor, and calipers. The clerk at the parts store shook his head and said, "Yeah, that's what they do." Hourly rate is normally $100-120 at any honest shop. However, these guys are the scam artists who give car repairmen a bad name. Whatever you are thinking of doing here, brakes, oil, tires...GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! I paid an extra $130 to give you this message and if you follow it then it would be worth while.
