Kylie was great and made allowances for our 15 year old boy who was visiting for the first time. Lots of breaks and TLC and he came home looking very handsome. I would highly recommend this great team.

Very well. The groomers always do a wonderful job. They have her finished quickly - never have to wait for her. She loves to go for her grooming - she gets so excited when we turn into their parking lot. I think they treat her like a princess!

Dr. Wansky has cared for my multitude of rescues animals for over 16 yrs. Allatoona is the Northside of pet hospitals. State of the art equipt. loving care and expert vet care including acupuncture. There is just no other place I would take my pets for care. They are not the least expensive but money is not the deciding factor when it comes to caring for my pets. I want expert care and I have always received this at Allatoona Animal Hospital. Tammy, at the front desk is wonderful and this is a well run vet clinic of the highest level. I have never ever had an issue with any services performed by Dr. Wansky or any of the other vets here. Just top notch !!!

I had been extremely nervous after going to another groomer previously in the town we moved to, due to a horrible experience. I did a lot of research and decided to try out Fetching Styles in Marble Hill. I am sooooooo glad I did!!! The staff is fabulous and did such an amazing job grooming my Shih Tzu. Not only does he look super handsome but he wasn't nervous at all and seemed very happy when I picked him up. I love the fact that they don't put our fur babies in cages, but instead have little "rooms" with windows for them to go into while they wait on their parents. I will definitely recommend Fetching Styles to all of my friends!! Great job, y'all!!!

The only thing I can say is that Dr. Larocca is fabulous. If you have questions about who you should take your pet to then you've found the answers. What I particularly like about Dr. LaRocca is that she follows up. Whenever we have anything done to our pet the Dr. calls the next day to make sure everything is fine. Not sure what else you could want from a first class vet.

When he picked up the dog my husband, who is way to nice a guy, didn't say a word. When I asked him why he didn't say anything he said because the dog was already cut like you would cut a poodle and saying anything wouldn't change the horrible job this company did.. They cut the dog's hair so short that they actually cut off the top coat of the Havanesse dual coat and along with that coat cut off most of it's coloring. My Havanese now looks like an all white poodle. Nothing wrong with a poodle, we've had them before also, but this is a Havanese and "Abba Dabba Dawg" has no idea what they are doing, they are in my opinion unprofessional to say the least. When I called the owner about the dog all she did was tell me my perceptions were incorrect and that the dog looked exactly like the picture we provided her. Debbie the owner offered no solutions at all. When I confronted her about the fact that she told us the dog grooming would be $44.00 dollars and then when we went to pick the dog up all of a sudden the price was $49.00 dollars we asked her to explain and the explanation was the cost she quoted was an estimate. Now the extra $5.00 dollars meant nothing in terms of expense but when confronted she claimed it was just an estimate and that she has the right to charge us more at her whim. Not exactly what one would describe as good business practices.
But that isn't the reason that we are so angry, the reason we are so angry with this company and it's owner Debbie is, having adopted a double coated breed of dog, I was quick to understand that my little Havanesse's dual coat would require special grooming care... by special I mean that grooming would be a task that should never go overlooked if I were to keep it long rather than in a puppy cut.
Double coated breeds have an undercoat and a top coat. My understanding is that the undercoat, when not properly maintained, can be easily matted and once matted very painful to comb out. More often than not, the only resolution would be to do a shave and a shave apparently interferes with the natural shedding process which can have an impact on future coat growth. Some of the professional resources I found suggests that a shave will cut into the top coat and some dogs will suffer bald spots and spots
that do not grow back. We take such pride in how nature has created our little boy's wonderful coat that we were committed to ensuring its daily grooming. Unfortunately "Abba Dabba Dawg" took that choice away from us by shaving off the top coat. If our Havanesse's coat doesn't grow back to the way it was then we will be taking this company to court for the amount it costs us to buy a full blooded havanesse.
What I can say is that before you take your dog to "Abba Dabba Dawg" just understand that these people don't have a clue as to what they are doing and that once they do make a mistake they also don't know how to own up to the mistake. They don't apologize, they don't honor their quotes, they don't complete the job (didn't pluck the hair out of his ears) and they don't offer any refunds; however what they do offer is a total denial that they've done anything wrong. In my opinion that is pretty typical for untrained and unqualified people who are just trying to make a quick buck and don't care one way or the other whether your happy or not.

    Ball Ground Animal Hospital
We adopted a dog from a kill shelter in Atlanta who had kennel cough.  We took her to Ballground Animal Hospital for treatment.  The doctor came out to our car to examine her so that we did not expose other pets in the hospital.  With some antibiotics, she recovered within a week.  We have used Ballground Animal Hospital for several years as have other family members and will definitely be returning.

I?d give serious thought to using the Wayside Animal Hospital at 99 Cove Road in Jasper, GA.  This was my experience.
In January 2014, I took my mini-dachshund to Wayside Animal Hospital to get her teeth evaluated.  At the time the animal was in good health.  The treating vet told me the dog had an abscessed tooth.  I scheduled to bring her back two days later to treat the abscessed tooth.  On the appointed day, I dropped the dog off in the morning.  The treating vet informed me I could pick the dog up in the p.m.  By late morning, I was rushing the dog to an emergency animal hospital.  This is what took place.
Shortly after I left the dog at Wayside Animal Hospital, the treating vet called me to inform me it wasn?t an abscessed tooth, but one of the canine teeth was bad and should be removed.  The treating vet warned me that when operating on a small dog to extract a canine tooth, there was a risk of the jaw breaking.  I gave the approval to proceed with the tooth extraction surgery.  An hour or so later, the treating vet called to report the tooth was extracted, but unfortunately the jaw did break.  The treating vet performed a procedure to set the broken jaw.  About a half-hour or forty-five minutes later, the treating vet again called me to this time tell me the animal dislocated her jaw and I needed to take the dog to an emergency animal hospital.  The treating vet?s explanation was that after the surgical procedure to set the broken jaw, the animal was put in a crate to recover.  Some few minutes later, the staff heard a loud thump and checked on the animal.  That is when they discovered the animal had incurred a dislocated jaw.  It sounds as if no one was closely monitoring my pet while the she was recovering from the surgery.  When I took the dog to the emergency animal hospital, hospital staff asked me if a car hit the animal because that?s typically why dogs with dislocated jaws are brought to their emergency hospital (i.e., it takes a lot of force to dislocate a jaw).  The emergency hospital?s consulting vet tried several procedures to repair the dislocated jaw over several days.  Sadly, none of procedures worked.  Since my dachshund was in pain, I made the difficult decision to put her down.
The Wayside Animal Hospital sent me a vase of flowers in sympathy for the loss of my pet, and they sent me a bill for about $800 for the tooth extraction and jaw surgery.  The emergency animal hospital?s bill for trying to repair the dislocated jaw was around $4,000.  In summary, what started out as a tooth extraction on a healthy pet led to the loss of my beloved pet and approximately $4,800 in vet bills.
These events - from dropping my pet off at Wayside Animal Hospital to putting her down - occurred over a period of just 12 days.  I?ll never again use Wayside Animal Hospital.  And for those who use Wayside Animal Hospital, I?d recommend they seek second opinions for any proposed surgical procedures and consider alternative treatment facilities.

The minute I saw Erika's van in town I called her and was very pleasantly surprised at her prompt response. I was impressed with her professionalism and personality. We do not have many mobile grooming service vans in North Georgia so I was very happy to have found her.
Two days later she is on our driveway and my baby doesn't have to leave home and be stressed for endless hours.
Erika confirmed my first impression over the phone. She is very professional and her van is very clean.
The service was wonderful. We highly recommend her services.

    Wag 'n Wheels Mobile Grooming
Andrea is a wonderful groomer.  She does not sedate the animals and does a tremendous job on both Daisy and Miss Kitty.  We use her regularly for our mobile grooming needs.  She pulls into the driveway, starts up her generator and grooms both animals.  We are very happy with her services and would recommend her to anyone interested in mobile pet grooming services.  I love the convenience!
