    JCB Roofing LLC
They were great! They customer service lady was soo polite. She called me and let me know that they were coming at 0730hrs. I had to be at work that time, but JCB Roofing told me they do not need to go inside so I didn't have to take off from work. They called me at about 3pm and said they were finished. When I got home from work (about 4:45pm), I looked at my new roof and it was awesome. They even cleaned up my yard. There was no debris. I was soo excited and walked around my house looking at my new roof. I would recommend JCB Roofing to anyone in the area that need roof replacement or repair. EXCELLENT!!! Thank you very much JCB. Have a wonderful, awesome and prosperous New Year! GOD BLESS!!!!

See above. JCB has not conducted attic inspection of house nor have they replied to property manager regarding my request for deletion of their "hold-harmless"  clauses against damage their roofers could cause to AC or water lines located in the attic.

I was very pleased with how fast they responded to my urgent matter. I was pleased to see how friendly Joel was, he knew exactly what he was doing and he had my roof completely tore off and replaced in 2 days. He was out there everyday I had no problems out of his workers they were all very clean, didn't need up my yard and everything was done right. I cannot express how impressed my husband and I are. However his number is different than the one they are saying I highly recommend you call Joel for any of your roof problems. He will definitely give you the best roof at the best price. He beat all the other companies by at least $1,000.00

Day one of my kitchen remodel was demolition.  All went well but the owner did not show up to the site, leaving the workers guessing what needed to be done.  Soffits were not removed during this demo, because they didn't know they were to be removed.  Day two demo again to remove the soffits.  (Workers did clean up after themselves before leaving).  Electrical wires were moved for my stove and microwave, but no supervisor on job site day two - workers didn't know a light was to be installed and finished off the wiring before I caught it and once again filled them in.  The owner not showing up yet again on day three resulted in the upper cabinets being installed incorrectly by not centering them on the wall (as per the diagram I provided) and having to be moved after installation.  Walls were drywalled, taped and mudded and I was then told to paint the wall with one coat so he could see where he needed to touch up and smooth out the Spackle job.  I felt that was a waste of time and paint so I sanded it myself and filled the gaps before painting.  The details of this job were very important to me and I felt were not to them.  For example, the owner installed one panel on the back side of the cabinet where two panels would be and would have a seam between the two, but he did not center it because he did not bring his table saw.  So they would have been off entered, not a big deal to him, but it needed to be corrected for me.  I had him redo them and he was not happy.  Another example was they left a gap on either side of the dishwasher that was over 1" on either side and you could see the insulation wrapped around the machine.  The owner said in case I decide to get a bigger dishwasher. I just had him install the trim piece that we ordered just for that and when he installed the kick plate for it, he didn't take it to the trim piece, leaving a hole at the bottom corner of the dishwasher about 3 inches wide.  They installed the dishwasher and I guess thought that the ground wire did not need to be hooked up.  We found this out in the process of uninstalling it in preparation for the new dishwasher.  The he sends the final bill via email and never came to see if we were satisfied or had any issues with any of the work, which we did.  We then told him that we were not happy with the under cabinet lighting he installed and all the white wires running along the bottom.  ( I removed the lighting, and returned them to the company because I was so disappointed and was refunded for them)  Also had to send pictures of the wiring job they did for the dishwasher.  The worker hard wired the dishwasher and taped the wires with black tape from the wall to the dishwasher  under the sink.  I told him that not only was this unprofessional but it was also unsafe.  I asked him to put the conduit that was taken off my dishwasher back on.  They broke one of the knobs for the water supply so I asked him to replace it and to cover the holes in the wall they made. ( He send his worker, and this was done properly)  The owner still did not come to see if everything was done to our satisfaction.  This company's attention to the "details" is where we had most of our issues and after pointing them out time and time again, I must have made the owner mad, because he stopped coming to the job site and had very little contact with me, and did not even do a final inspection on the job to make sure I was pleased with the work.  If I wanted it done just okay, I could have done it myself.  I paid a professional to have it look professional.

First, let me say that they first did my roof also for a SUPER GOOD price. I was so impressed so I decided to find out, what else can they do! I contacted Theresa and right away back in 2013 she gave me an estimate via email which I preferred and appreciated communicating this way. I live in Hinesville, by the way. So, they did all of the things mentioned above and I couldn't be happier. I will be contacting them again soon to complete more work on my home before selling it because her estimates can't be beat and I appreciate the whole crew's friendliness each and every time! I wish I wrote this review sooner, but I have just joined Angie's List and after looking up painter information for a different contractor company (its the reason why I joined -- to research local painters), I then immediately searched to find this company to show my appreciation for the work they have done for me in the past.

they really did a great job, always here early and worked many Saturdays. the workers are friendly and professional, I never felt unsafe having them in my home. I will use them again down the road. about the only neg thing I could say would be that I didn't think that they cleaned up the little bits of wood and siding ect. in the yard well enough. I do recommend this company to anyone.

Workers placed ladder on a newly planted tree almost killing it and doing significant damage. We informed the owner and didn't get so much as an apology. Gutters were angled so that two roofs flow almost exclusively to one down spout where we already have a drainage problem in the yard which creates more of a drainage problem. The owner is a snake and I wish we had gone with another company.

The weather had been rainy for several days so we agreed to have our work completed on a Sunday. The workers arrived in the morning and appeared to complete all work in a professional manner. They told my husband to stay off the roof for a few days to allow the caulking to dry. Then we had another stretch of rain so it was about 10 days before my husband went up on the roof to inspect the work. He was going to paint the chimney box but had some concerns about the quality of the work. The estimate we received did not include priming and painting. My husband works long hours and often works 6 or more days in a row before he has any time off. He asked me to contact Mr. Gulliver and tell him the issues he had with the work done. My husband was not happy with the caulking job...he said it was incomplete and there were areas that needed to be caulked. He had a question about the way the flashing had been trimmed. He also wanted to know why they had not used the T111 siding on all 4 sides of the chimney (as stated in the estimate). Instead, there was T111 siding on 3 sides and plywood on the fourth side. We are not saying this is poor quality work but we wanted to know why the work had been done that way. I called Mr. Gulliver and expressed these concerns and told him my husband wanted him to come over and inspect the work completed on our chimney. Mr. Gulliver asked me to have my husband call him. My husband works long hours and asked me to contact Mr. Gulliver because he was very busy at work but I told my husband that Mr. Gulliver wanted him to call him directly. So my husband called Mr. Gulliver the very first day he (my husband) was off work. My husband was off work on a Monday and Tuesday. He called Mr. Gulliver's business office that Monday morning and spoke with his receptionist. He told her he wanted to speak with Mr. GULLIVERS regarding the work done on our home. No one has ever called us back. My husband finally went ahead and finished the caulking on the new chimney box and painted because he didn't want the wood to warp with all the rain we have received. Mr. Gulliver has never called my husband back and as far as I know he has not been to our home to inspect the work done. We are very unsatisfied with the lack of follow up we have seen from DB GULLIVER and Sons. The quality of the work done may be fine, however, since we have a few questions, we feel a professional contractor would take the time to inspect the finished job and address our concerns. Mr. Gulliver has not shown any interest in ensuring we are satisfied with the work his company did on our home. We will not use his company again and we will not recommend him to any of our friends.

He took too long to finish the project. He brought a lot of subcontractor. It felt like he was getting his buddies to do the work. People came in the evening and the weekends. It took two weekends to replace the shingles. The job was not his expertise but he took the contract.

The company was very unresponsive.  It took them nearly a month and a half to get in touch with us after coming out to provide an estimate.  This process continued, and it took them another month to install the roof.  What's more is that we experienced problems after the installation.  Ultimately, it was a bad experience, and we wouldn't recommend them to others.
