my daughter attended this school for only three weeks before I had to have her removed! Everything started out okay because there are cameras in each room and the parent has the option of looking in on the children at their leisure. On several occasions, I viewed the cameras and saw my child as well as other children being left roaming around the classroom at their leisure. There was no order. The kids did not play with each other, they were all isolated. During the second week that my daughter attended the school, it was harder to drop her off, she cried hysterically and my daughter is not a cryer. I received a phone call from the school at about 4:30 pm stating that my daughter had a fever of over 104 degrees and she had not been feeling like herself since she woke up from nap at 2:00pm. My question was, why did they wait so long to call me as a fever this high could have resulted in seizures or convulsions. No one had an answer, not even the director when I spoke with her. Today I viewed the camera and noticed my baby laying in the middle of the dirty floor as though it were a bed for about 10 minutes, as the kids walked over her and the teacher carried things over her. Not once did I see the teacher try to pick her up until I called the school and complained to the front office. Upon complaining to the director about what I saw, she told me that she found nothing wrong with my child lying on the bare floor and if it were her own child, she wouldn't have an issue with it. I am totally disappointed with their service and will not return. Not to mention my daughter got strep throat and an ear infection in just two weeks of being in this facility! Very unsanitary! Very disappointed!

    Gherman, Dr. Ophelia
I would highly recommend Dr. Gherman! My only small issues was that as a new patient, it took 5 weeks to get a new patient appointment. However, as I made a follow up appointment, they had no problems getting me in sooner. Their waiting room is small, but the Admin staff was willing to bring in chairs from another room for waiting patients. Dr. Gherman and her nursing staff were very friendly and listened to all of my concerns. They promptly called me to follow up with test results and have been very thorough in answering all of my questions.

The emergency room staff was pretty great, friendly and attentive. However, the next day when I tried to check in at Ortho, they had no record of my appointment and their next available spot was for the next day. Not what you want to hear when your collar bone is almost poking through your skin. The ortho staff was sympathetic and saw me anyways, at which point the physician sent me home to wait on a phone call for a surgery time later that day. No phone call came, so the next day (day three with the broken bone) I called and left a message explaining the situation. Later that day i was informed that my surgery had been set for eight days later. So instead of waiting a total of 11 days in incredible nauseating pain, I just went to a civilian hospital and was treated there the same day.

    Gherman, Dr. Ophelia
The appointment was scheduled within a very reasonable amount of time from the initial contact. The staff were friendly and professional. The physician was very pleasant, professional and thorough. She was very attentive, compassionate and displayed a very caring attitude. I was very impressed and pleased with the care and treatment from the physician and staff and feel fortunate to now be established with this practice.

This daycare is a nighmare!  Its not clean...has a funny smell as soon as you walk in the building.  I'm not sure if its the carpet, or what..but the smell is noticable!
The director talks to the teachers's just a mess!!  My son was bitten by another child, and the incident wasnt reported...I withdrew him immediately!

    Winn Army Community Hospital
    It was awful.
I waited 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time (as usual). Then had to wait for the doctor for at least 10 more minutes. She was nice once she got there, but it seemed as though they had all the time in the world. Once I actually was ordered a prescription, things got worse.
The pharmacy is a joke. I waited for two hours, to leave because of other obligations. I put my prescription in the dropbox to it would be sent to the PX pharmacy and it was never sent. So, I went back the next day and demanded that it be filled and that I wouldn't have to wait.
The PCM wouldn't give me a hard copy of my prescription so it couldn't be filled off post.
If Tricare Standard wouldn't cost us so much extra out of pocted, I would switch in a heartbeat.

The Midwife Group and Birth Center
They were nothing short of amazing and extremely personal. Their facilities are very good and have great staff. I also like that they are very understanding and work with the mothers, as they made sure I had a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to have a natural birth. My only recommendation is for them to get a pediatrician because I would take my son to them if they had one. They are also the only free-standing birth clinic in Georgia.

    Bannout, Dr. Firas
the over all experience was unnerving and rude and cold and rushed he showed no concern and seemed like I was wasting his time and was sure to rush me out. All he did was keep prescribing medication for allergies. I was coughing so badly and wheezing all the time and short of breath and each time he would put me on an anti-botic and allergy medicine rather than looking into it. They had went on from OCT-May when I finally sheen his Physcians assistant and she was wonderful and took atlest 45 minutes with me order x-rays and a echocardiogram for my heart as she thinks it maybe COPD or Congestive heart failure. Which should have been caught sooner but he just said allergies allergies even I was showing no signs of allergies. but he was in a hurry so just passed me off. The staff is rude unfriendly and act like they hate their jobs and the people they have to deal with.
