Our happiness and satisfaction with the job and their performance in doing the work was always his main concern.     The company was great in getting a technician out to your location in a timely manner. The Tech was were knowledgeable. The one thing i limed tbe most was you are given 30 days from time the services were performed to pay your bill. The company also followed up with a courtesy call with in those 30 days to ensure you was still satisfied abd eveything was still working. They treated you like you indeed were family.

    First of all, they came on a Sunday, morning, Mothers Day. We called the night before and were surprised that they would even take the call before Monday. Anyway, they showed ;up bright and early on Sunday and within 45 minutes the AC was up and running. They replaced a part (which made the electrical contact) and charged the emergency fee and went on their way.

    Our new furnace quit working. They came out did nothing but bad mouth other service providers. Hit the face of the furnace and it started working. A week later stopped working again. Came out said it was possibly a computer part refused to order the part saying I had to pay for it up front even though it was under warranty and they claim to honor warranty. paid $159 for service call. Called the company to complain and they argued that I signed the service order. Told them I didn't sign anything. They sent me a refund for the $159.  The problem was not enough gas flow, Another company made the adjustment and we haven't had a problem since.

    I have 2 cancelled checks from this company I would have to go dig out for the exact dates but I can prove that they came to my home twice this review should not be removed.

    I went back and checked my records the only thing I was confused about is the date of service I called International Comfort Products about our warranty on December 18 2012 than I called Busbys  they stated their service call was  $98 I gave them an A for punctuality because they came that day I had a coupon for $20 from the super saver I paid with check #1288 in the amount of $78. Talked to tech about the dust problem he suggested a uv light called their service dept to order one and the service manager said they weren't worth the money and talked me out of it.  I realize this was a while back but they still provided bad service and were nasty. I again talked to International Comfort  Products on December 26 They were extremely nice and helpful and said the warranty would be honored. 

    Time has completely gotten away from me since during this time period my grand daughter died my father in  law got cancer and has since died and my husband was diagnosed with a bone marrow disorder so to have to deal with jerks like the ones I dealt with at Busby's with everything that was going on is not acceptable. It's not acceptable even if nothing was going on in my life. 

    If you you want a good review give better service. Not once was there an apology or a how can we do better everybody was nasty and argumentative. Your bright yellow trucks make it hard to confuse which company was here. I should have checked my records for the date I'll know better next time for reviews on this site.

    My husband was talking to me and I mis-typed yellow of course your trucks are red in the next few days I will make copies of my checks and get a copy of the refund you sent back to me to upload for proof. I believe I also have the receipts your tech gave me, which I will also upload.

    Installation of the system was sloppy. For starters, I asked if the new outside unit would fit on the current concrete slab and he said yes. In this case, yes means I'll throw a composite slab on top of the current one. This means it it only one strong wind storm from being blown off the base.
    Next, the attic unit installation was pathetic to say the least. I do not install A/C systems personally, but, I know one does not need to bang and bend and pry the old sheet metal housing to make the new evaporator coil fit inside it when the brand new housing that it was already inside was right there. He was too lazy to remove the old sheet metal housing and replace it with the new one. This led to MASSIVE air leaks into the attic. I had to coerce him to go check with me before he left, and it was a good thing. Air was pouring out of the housing edges and three entry points for the coil pipes and I swear I feel coolant leaking out of the copper fitting leading into the coil. He said that cannot be unless it was coolant and we would see it.
    None-the-less, after he left, I went back up and felt more air still leaking from the shoddy workmanship and will have to call him back and demand that he install the new housing for the new coil like it was supposed to be in the first place. I pray he did not null my warranty.

    Spartan Heating and Air Conditioning
    Not well at all -- In July of last year maintenance was performed by Spartan - I signed up for a maintenance contract and paid $159.00. I went under the impression that the company would have a record of when the  next service should be performed
    Not so. And now all I want is a return of $79.50 that is owed to me due to non-performance

    Having  read the company's answer I would like to add that if a customer leaves three requests for a call back and none takes place is somewhat upsetting. As an 83 year old widow with limited income I felt the need to let  the owner know what I wanted to discuss, hard to do if no one calls back. $79.50 are a lot of money to me - the owner might use that amount for a lunch. I only want to add one sentence to this whole scenario - "the smart one gives in".

    I will not recommend them like others you have sent out to me because they are not consumer friendly. They need a little more professionalism when they treat a customer. They need to improve their customer service interaction. However they have been good in everything and they have not failed me. It is hard to reach them and continue with interaction.

    They do contract work for old republic. They are local. The price is set by insurance. It was a service fee. The provider is dedicated to his customer. I have had him before and he fixed something else and I have been talking to him consistently and I value honesty and dependability. I do not like people coming into my house whom I do not trust but he is trustworthy and a professional.
