  Worst experience ever. destroyed my property from carelessness. Used unskilled personnel and left them on the job unsupervised. Very poor quality of workmanship. Stole my property. Does not keep promises. Will not answer calls, texts or emails. DO NOT HIRE!!!! No experience and no integrity.

  Cleaning process, excellent-however I was not aware my kitchen sink (a food area) was going to be used to rinse and clean equipment( approx-4 times or more. A response to a question I asked, was for me, discerning.

  I'd been looking to hire a cleaning service for a while and found Teresa's listing on this site. My only initial concern was that it had been so long since anyone had written a review for her. She's cleaned for me several times now and I really enjoy working with her. She's very friendly and does a great job cleaning my 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath home. Her only requests are that I have things picked up before she gets here and that if I find anything wrong/missed, that I let her know so she can fix it in the future. There have been a couple scheduling conflicts; once, when an earlier job was far larger than expected, and a second time when she was sick. Both time's she called as soon as she was able to let me know and to reschedule.

  Merry Maids of Augusta

  We are dumping them and would give them a very low score for satisfaction. We've been using Merry Maids of Augusta for the last 2 years. They were here last week and that was the final straw visit. We've had them come out and redo cleanings. We've talked to the owner and management.The lady that comes out is a very nice young lady. The bathroom sink is always dirty after they leave. The dusting in certain places is very bad. There have been times when they made the beds up and didn't put on the sheets. The work is very unsatisfactory. They have broken things but that was an accident. They did respond when we called them. We would not recommend them to anyone.

  I pay $125 per month for cleaning. I like their punctuality and honesty. We can leave the house with them there and they won't lock us out; and we don't worry till we get back. I can't say the same for all of the people they have; but this one particular lady that we just had did an excellent job.

  They did good work. They showed up on time and was real nice and polite and did good work. They charged the full price for the whole rooms even though they didn't do the whole room. They were very professional.

  Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner

  When the appointment was made I was told they would arrive between 8 A & 8:30 A The came at 8:10 a.m. There were 2 workers. They introduced themselves and explained what was told to them as to what we had requested and the cost. Everything we were told over the phone was exactly what they repeated to us and what we wanted. The only had a few chairs to move. No heavy funiture. They explained step by step what was to occur and when they had completed the work, they asked us to inspect it and we did. The quality of their work was excellant. They were professional and we highly recommend them. We will certainly use them again.

  Excellent! Got a call to confirm and remind; no problem changing appointment at relatively short notice; came right on time; cleaned carpets in five rooms, closets, stairs, took the time to deoderize carpets and "rake" up seven years worth of cat hair. Gave advice on ways to control cat hair and litter box mess in the house. Also took a donation for Golden Harvest Food Bank! Two people worked really hard for almost three hours, twice the time they estimated it would take, but they spent the time to do a good job. In contrast, a roofer came over and sealed some vents, spent 15 minutes on the roof, used a quart of tar, and charged me $175.00.

  Admiral Steamer Carpet Cleaner

  Well, I can see that nothing has changed with this company in 20+ years! I was moving into a new apartment that had not been cleaned after the previous resident moved out. When I made my appointment with Admiral Steamer, I explained that I was going to be in and out of the apartment untill I had to go to work late that afternoon so I could not be there for a "confirmation" phone call before they showed up to do the cleaning. But, I promised I would be there at the appointment time. Well, I got there on time and Admiral Steamer didn't show up. So, I called up to find out why they were late and must have talked to the same woman who was there 23 years later! LOL I explained again, that I could not sit there waiting for a phone call, but if they came out right away, I would wait now. I also told them to PLEASE stop at the manager's office to get the directions to my apartment. I was exhausted from trying to move alone, work an exhausting job, and trying to get this filthy apartment clean on moving day! This time I guess I transposed the apartment number when I called. So, supposedly they went to the wrong apartment. However, if they had followed my instructions and gone to the manager's office for directions as I had told them to do, they would have gone to the right apartment. Of course, if they had shone up the first time, they would have been at the right apartment. After waiting again, losing valuable move-in time, I called back, got the same rude person. I asked her why, after I had explained my situation to her a third time, they wouldn't follow instructions or be willing to work with a customer to get the job done. As with the customer 23 years later, I was verbally abused. Only I didn't just hang up. I let her have it back and am so glad after 23 years later, seeing that this company hasn't changed, to add my 2 cents worth to the reviews! I would rip out my carpet and live on the concrete before I would let this company into my home for any reason! Thanks for the opportunity to warn other potential customers!

  Estimate quoted was $120.00 charged $160.00. Job done poorly to be a deep cleaning. Obvious areas not dusted. Microwave not cleaned at all.
