    They arrived on time and fixed the leak on the spot. They trouble shot the problem with no water coming from the in the door dispenser and ordered the part. Once they got a confirmed delivery date for the valve they called and we set an appointment for the install. Again they arrived on time and replaced the valve. Once the water was restored they found another leak and fixed it as well. There was some water on the floor when they were done and they cleaned that up.

    Installation of the system was sloppy. For starters, I asked if the new outside unit would fit on the current concrete slab and he said yes. In this case, yes means I'll throw a composite slab on top of the current one. This means it it only one strong wind storm from being blown off the base.
    Next, the attic unit installation was pathetic to say the least. I do not install A/C systems personally, but, I know one does not need to bang and bend and pry the old sheet metal housing to make the new evaporator coil fit inside it when the brand new housing that it was already inside was right there. He was too lazy to remove the old sheet metal housing and replace it with the new one. This led to MASSIVE air leaks into the attic. I had to coerce him to go check with me before he left, and it was a good thing. Air was pouring out of the housing edges and three entry points for the coil pipes and I swear I feel coolant leaking out of the copper fitting leading into the coil. He said that cannot be unless it was coolant and we would see it.
    None-the-less, after he left, I went back up and felt more air still leaking from the shoddy workmanship and will have to call him back and demand that he install the new housing for the new coil like it was supposed to be in the first place. I pray he did not null my warranty.

    I will not recommend them like others you have sent out to me because they are not consumer friendly. They need a little more professionalism when they treat a customer. They need to improve their customer service interaction. However they have been good in everything and they have not failed me. It is hard to reach them and continue with interaction.

    They came out and fixed my dish washer. They found the dish washer didn't have a drain lube and the garbage disposal was clogged with debre, causing the water to back up. They rerouted the drain line and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend them. They were very thorough and walked me through everything.

    Larry was the tech that came out. He called me as I requested to let me know he would be at my house in 25 to 30 minutes. He was here when I got home. Went to work right away, replaced the part that the error code had said was the problem when I called in for the service. Unfortunately, there was an additional problem. The pump on the bottom was blocked with several items that had managed to find there way down into two different sections! Fortunately the pump was not damaged and after he removed everything and put the machine back together the washer began to run correctly and was quiet again!

    The repairman did not show up at all.  This is the third time I have scheduled service with service with sears only to have them not come out.  They rescheduled the appointment for a week and a half later.  Their customer service is totally useless.  All they do is put a note on the new work order telling the repairman not to cancel unless they call customer service. There is no number for the local repair shop everything goes through a central office in Illinois.  Do not buy anything from Sears if you think it might have to be repaired by them.

    We had a service appointment for 1-5 pm.  We called an 800 number at 5:30 to see where the repairman was.  You have to call a central office with Sears there is no local number.  We were told he would be here by 6:30.  At 7:30 we called again to see where the repairman was.  We were told they hadn't heard from him since 5:30 and now the office was closed so they had no idea where he was.  They rescheduled the appointment for 10 days later.  This is the third time Sears has not kept an appointment.  Their customer service department, also not at the local store, is absolutely worthless.

    Wonderful. My washer wasn't spinning or draining the water. I called Hutto and spoke to TJ. He told me a repairman was in my area and he would see if he could catch him to come by right away. He said he would call me right back. Within about 5 minutes he had called me back to let me know the repairman would be able to come in about 15 min. Within that time Thomas was at my house. TJ had even let me know what the truck looked like and that the repairman would be in uniform. Thomas came in and was very professional and friendly. He asked me about the problem and had assessed it and knew what he could do to fix it within a couple of minutes. He even gave me a couple of options to fix it. He could bypass the switch at no added cost or waiting for a replacement or he could order the switch. I decided to let him bypass the switch since no kids are operating the washer. He fixed it within a couple of minutes. Payment was very easy too as they had plenty of options for payment. I would definitely use this company again. I made sure to get a business card.
