The garage build went badly. Once the project started, they were numerous delays and poor quality work that had to be redone. The shingles were incorrectly installed and the building had to be completely re-roofed, the siding was not installed according to the plans and had to be reinstalled, the garage door contractor took 4 attempts to get the proper tracks onsite and installed and adjusted, the...

I wanted a new garage. I've used Better-bilt for a shed and a garage. The shed build went well enough but the later garage build was a struggle to get the work completed in a timely manner and correctly done.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Built a 24 by 40 ft semi-detached garage, including site prep, foundation, two story building with full size stairs, electrical, small breezeway connecting to our existing porch area, as well as paint and stone exterior work. In addition, due to a change related to the county electrical requirements they also trenched and completed the meter upgrade to connect the garage panel box to our existing meter.
