    Crawlspaces and More
Jordan was fantastic to work with! I had several companies come out and give me estimates to remove old insulation, remediate the mold, and encapsulate the crawlspace. His offer was by far the most reasonable estimate, and he was willing to work within my budget. His work was done on time, and it looks amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend using him and his company again.

    Arrow Exterminators Lawrenceville - 97078
The work was OK, but we found out later we could have had the same work done for a fraction of the price. We were charged $6000. Later on we had a plumbing leak and black mold grew in the crawl space, and on the insulation. This was no fault of Arrow, but we contacted mold remediation companies to clean the mold and replace the insulation. We were told by all of them that Arrow ripped us off. In fact we got 3 different quotes that were all around $2000., which is what we ended up paying to get it replaced again. We trusted Arrow because we have used their exterminating services for years, although we use the one in Gainesville for that. I guess they took advantage of us because we are senior citizens.

Reliable Heating & Air Plumbing & Electrical
They showed up right on time ready to work.  They were in an out in a couple of hours.  They answered all of my questions and removed and installed the new air handler without making a mess or messing up my new insulation I had just put down. I was happy with the job and would recommend them again.

    Aladdin Insulation & Home Improvement
The initial consultation with Aladdin was fantastic.  My wife said it was the best contractor that she has met over the last several months and we have met with a lot for various items.   He was very professional, friendly and thorough.   After we interviewed several options we decided to go with Aladdin.  They were not our cheapest quote, however we liked the lifetime no settle guarantee, the professionalism and the little extras that they performed.  We scheduled the install for the next week.
On appointment day they showed up on time.  They greeted me at the door with a very kind and courteous attitude.  Even asking if they had permission to use my bathroom.   During set up, they were very cautious to not damage anything and put moving pads over the windows and my porch so that the long tube to blow insulation did not rub up against the house or any trim work.  After the install, they asked for my inspection to ensure that it was done to my satisfaction.   After they completed, they cleaned up thorouglyleaving the area as clean (if not cleaner) than it was before.
The entire job was very professional and courteous.  I can't say enough good things about Aladdin and the team.   Even if they are more expensive, if my insulation ever settles - for any reason - they will come back and fix it.   That is worth the little extra coin.
Fully recommend - you won't regret your choice.

    LLC
They did everything they said they'd do, and I was overall happy.  A- overall, as the cleanup could have been a little better.  They did fine work, but I'm still waiting to see if there's been a difference in my energy bill.  The workers were awesome and the salesman was very nice, too.

    Mead Indoor Envirotech
It went great; the man who wrote the proposal for the job was very thorough, going under the floor and making many notes. There were no 'surprises' and no additional costs added as the work was done.  They finished right on time.
The workers were clean, friendly, and could all speak english.
We were very impressed with the carpenter, who not only did a good job replacing the floor, but made sure the washing machine hoses were installed correctly, and made sure the washer worked.
All the crew cleaned up behind themselves very well.
We paid half up front and half when the job was completed, as agreed.
The crew had a supervisor, but also another supervisor came to check on the job midway of the work.
We were very pleased with their work.

    Spray Foam Services LLC
I was told the crew would show up at 9am and begin work they didn't show up until 4pm I was told that when the attics are
hotter then outside that the crew works in shifts. this crew went into the attic and then asked if they could come back in the morning when it was cooler they called their boss and he said no . they proceeded to go ahead and start the job. one person was suppose to be at the computer at all times to monitor the chemicals and make sure nothing went wrong that didn't happen. while they were spraying the foam I lost my cable, and my phone line was broken, then their hose hit my ac unit and broke off the drain pipes, I asked if someone was going to fix this and they told me no problem someone would be out the next morning to fix all the problems No One showed up or called. I was also told that they would install a thermostat in the attic which they never did. They were suppose to spray my garage door panels and when i asked about this I was informed that they don't do this although it is on my receipt when i showed it to the foreman of the crew he said he has never done that and I should just get foam board to put there instead. I would not recommend this company to anyone they do not show up on time and don't seem to care when they damage things. Before all problems happened I was going to have this company do the attic at my rental but I will be looking else where now.

All South Cleaning & Restoration LLC
The crew arrived on schedule and began immediately with minimal fuss.  This was clearly a company that had all the requisite experience: they had hazmat suits, face masks and other protective gear, and worked very efficiently.  The job proceeded like clockwork.  Whenever I would come out to check on progress, the team leader would explain what had been done so far, what they were doing at the moment, what to expect next, and when they expected to finish.  They finished way ahead of schedule, cleaned everything completely and asked for me to examine the work to see if I was satisfied and to see if I had any questions.  The team leader also had a couple of suggestions re: controlling the impact of humidity in the future, and said if I had any further questions later on, to call him immediately.
I did not shop around for other quotes on this job, but given the fact that they not only supplied a full crew for up to two days (although in this case it only took them a day, partly because our crawlspace was roomy enough for them to operate freely), but also supplied all the replacement insulation, PLUS all the remediation work, I consider the price to be well worth the results.  I would definitely use this company again.

    Aladdin Insulation & Home Improvement
I had problems with rats and flying squirrels. I spent about $5,000 on the insulation. They did a great job. They explained everything and got everything cleaned up. They went beyond what they were supposed to do. They were able to get the job done in a timely manner. I will use them again.

    Throndsen Home Projects
This experience went well. We are pleased with the work completed by Dennis and his partner Jim. We had no interior access to our attic air handler, making changing air filters via an exterior gable accessible only by the roof (duh!) not only dangerous, but also dangerously infrequent. We'd been looking for a handyman to do the work and got several estimates. Dennis's estimate was good with our price point (though it's worth noting we did not disclose our price point to him).

They noted immediately that our 1974 home had narrower than average roof joists, making installation of a traditional pull-down attic access much more difficult (perhaps impossible) and very likely more costly.

These guys were problem-solvers! Dennis and his partner truly inspected the attic, noting a sizable dead-space in a bedroom that could function as a vertical attic access point. I had my misgivings about the idea--to be honest. I could not imagine the aesthetics of adding another interior door in that particular bedroom, but I was wrong (ya, hear that, honey? I was wrong!).

Dennis and Jim showed up when they said they would, got to work immediately, make a heck of a mess, but cleaned it up completely. Their finishing work was impressive. To boot, they insulated the exposed bathroom pipes at no additional charge.

I can't imagine that the job they performed to enable attic access was any easier or less time-consuming than if they had simply installed a traditional pull-down access. Yet, Dennis honored his estimate and charged us his promised rate. That's very cool. Thanks, Dennis!
