    My Amazing Maid
    We interviewed multiple companies before selecting My Amazing Maid. The price for the service was about the same across all services (around $150/visit for twice monthly service in a home around 3400 sq ft). Ultimately, the presentation is what sold me on My Amazing Maid. When I received my quote from Ms. Ard, I was walked through a full checklist of the services they perform. I was also informed about their training programs and how their organization works to educate and empower their team members to grow. She explained that the cleaning uses a methodology to ensure that all rooms are cleaned from top to bottom. The first time cleaning was very good and the weekly cleanings are going well. They clean our home as a team of 3 (one supervisor and 2 team members). I really like this approach as the cleaning happens quickly and quality checks are done during the cleaning visit to make sure that My Amazing Maid standards are met. The ladies who clean our home are friendly, professional, on time and efficient. Not only was My Amazing Maid prompt to respond to my inquiries about services and receiving a quote, they called me to get feedback after my first visit and make sure we were happy!

    The previous owners of our house had several cats that left pet stains on some of our carpeting. After closing on what seemed to be our perfect home, the empty house wreaked of cat urine, and upset my wifes allergies so bad that we had to have the carpets cleaned before moving in.  We bought a carpet cleaning deal from Angie's List.  The technician that serviced our home arrived on time and immediately began discussing with us the rooms we needed to have cleaned along with any concerns we may have had regarding drying times, chemicals, expectations, etc.  The technician spent a great deal of time trying to remove the stains and while some of the many stains may have been removed unfortunately the majority were just too set in.  The house smelled cleaner shortly after he left but some of the smells were found to come from other rooms that were not carpeted and those too required deep cleaning.  Unfortunately our carpet was not salvageable but having it cleaned gave us peace of mind, and bought us time before having the carpet replaced.  My wife's allergies would have definitely been worse had we not had the carpet cleaned.  We have no regrets with our SERVPRO experience and would hire them again should we need to have our carpets cleaned.

    They were really accommodating with the schedule. They worked fast and professional. We liked the fact the they used more natural products instead of chemicals. I don't remember what the cost was but I do remember thinking, that's all? I was pleasantly surprised at the price.

    We love My Amazing Maid. They are always right on time and are extremely friendly and professional. They do a wonderful job cleaning our home. The owner is always extremely friendly and accommodating if I need to change the day of my scheduled appointment. I always highly recommend My Amazing Maid.

    The owner of My Amazing Maid (Columbus, GA) met with me in my home a week prior to cleaning to discuss pricing, and see a layout of my home. She was very friendly and told me all about how she does background checks and tries to consistantly schedule the same people to clean your home. She informed me that an initial "Deep Cleaning" service must be done first to establish a base line for a clean home, and then weekly or bi-weekly cleanings could be scheduled after this. Bi-weekly cleanings are more expensive than weekly cleanings because it adds "significant more time" to the amount of cleaning needed to be done. I can see how this applies if you have a crazy house party or something similar in nature, but to wipe a counter top requires the same amount of time whether its fairly clean or fairly dirty. THIS WAS THE FIRST INDICATOR OF TROUBLE.
    I agreed to pay a whopping $275.00 (yes, near $300.00) to clean roughly 1600 Square Feet. The ownder showed me a list of everything that would be covered in this deep clean. It was a rediculously high amount, but I agreed to pay because she employed local house keepers who were solid professionals. I was told the deep cleanings would be an all-day affair, and the weekly cleanings would be significantly quicker. I was quoted $85/week to clean 1600 Square Feet.
    I received a notification that two house keepers would be cleaning my house on October 9th, 2014, and they would be there around 12:30-1:30 and would be leaving around 5PM (the time I come home). I got home early from work at 2:30PM and was greated by two very nice and friendly house keepers. They left at approximately 3:30pm or 3:45pm. I do no know what time they arrived, I only know I was told they would come at around 12:30-1:30pm. The house smelled great. I told them I would sit on the couch and watch TV while they finished to avoid getting in their way. At 3:45PM, the house keeper notified me they were done with their cleaning. I was asked by one of the house keepers If I wanted to double check their work...I declined (BIG MISTAKE I AM PAYING FOR NOW). By the way the owner described the work, I didnt see a need.
    After they left the house, I did a small check-up on things I told the owner were important to us (blinds, window sills, dusting). All of these things were no cleaned at all. I will list some problems that I can remember off the top of my head...
    - spider webs on the chandalier above the dining room table
    - loads of dust on most furniture tops and bed siding
    - some baseboards werent touched
    - they mopped and swept around shoes and bags on the ground instead of moving items
    - picture tops were not dusted
    - the rug in the living room was not moved, only mopped and swept around. When I picked it up, there was a huge rectangle of dirt on the ground that matched the shape of the rug
    - blinds not cleaned
    - window sills not cleaned
    - air vents not cleaned
    - the list goes on and on and on...
    I thought, "If they call this a deep cleaning, what the heck are they going to do on normal cleanings?" I called the owner that night to let her know how disappointed we were that we paid almost $300.00 for a deep cleaning that would take "all day", and in reality, it took anywhere from 2-3 and a half hours (depending on if they showed up at 12:30pm or 1:30pm). At the time, the owner could not tell me when the house keepers arrived to my house. She assured me she could make it right by sending them back out there to fix things that were wrong. I told her it would just be awkward to have those same workers in the home making them fix all of their mistakes, and declined. I again declined to have different people come, as I already saw the quality of work that is done by this company. She charged me the full $275.00 the next day.
    BUYER BEWARE!!! Please, read this review before purchasing any services from this over-priced, under-fulfilled company. Do not let her justification of doing backgroundf checks and highering nice, local personnel lure you into believing that your expensive payments will go towards a good house cleaning.

    Sea Clean Cleaning Service
    I called and spoke to Stacey about giving me a quote for a complete clean of our home that we had been in for only about a month. She was able to come out the next evening! I appreciated the honesty she provided me about her availability and we decided to set something up for about 2 weeks later. She called me the next day and said she may have an opening for the upcoming Monday (which was only a couple days away). We confirmed the time and she came out at that time. I felt completely comfortable with her there while we were not at home and I came home to an immaculate house. I knew going in that it was a HUGE job for anyone but she rose to the occasion and had the house looking great when we got home! The baseboards were all cleaned, any cobwebs were a thing of the past (an in the highest of ceilings I might add), an area rug that had dog hair on it when I left that day didn't have a trace of it when I got home. I was very pleased with the service, honesty, and professionalism we received with Sea Clean Cleaning! Even the kids commented on how clean things were and how great everything looked! Thanks so much Stacey! We will be setting things up for monthly cleanings!ht

    The company called the day before to confirm the scheduled date and time.  Then two men arrived in a company van at 11:30 (the promised time was between 10:00 and noon).  They were very competent, but our vent had some problems because of more than the usual number of 90 degree elbows.  They finished in about an hour, meeting all of our expectations.

    They did a fabulous job.  They did exactly what I asked them to do.  They were very neat.  I trusted them with my home.  I had left for a little while for some errands.  Joanna who is one of the owners showed me through everything in the rooms.  She asked me if there was anything else that she should have done.  They were very good on the follow-up too.  Their price was excellent when compared to other estimates I received.  I would use them in the future.  I have already recommended to friends.

    We had to replace a lot of flooring in our house so most of the furniture in the great room and office was moved out. Two ladies arrived to clean the house. When one of them was "mopping" the kitchen floor, I notice she had no water but said nothing. After they left, I discovered that the floor had not been cleaned and that the windows had not been done. I had moved a curio cabinet away from the wall because there was dust from the contractor's sanding that needed to be cleaned up. It was still there when they left. I called and had them send the ladies back out. They came and mopped the floor with water and cleaned the inside windows. After they left, I began to check and found several places where dusting had only been done partially -- one picture dusted, another one not dusted. I specifically asked that they dust the china cabinet while it was empty. The girl dusted where one door opened and where the other door opened, but the middle wasn't dusted. They were supposed to vacuum upholstered furniture and didn't do that. The baseboards were not dusted. I expected top to bottom and only got half of what I paid for.
