    Advanced Aesthetics
    The surgery went well. After just 4 years my left implant now looks horrible. I went in to speak to dr. Jospeh he was not helpful. I told him I was having discomfort he told me that wasn���t true. I was told I need to have the surgery done again and pay for the surgery all over again. He wasn���t very informative as to why this happened. I am still in shock by my office visit and how I was treated. I have reached back out to them and no returned call.

    I have gone to Dr. Dockery for about five years.  Originally, I was referred to him to fix a problem caused during a surgery.  He fixed the problem.  Now, he is treating me for a problem with my hearing.  He is a "matter of fact" type of person.  He seems to want to fix a problem with limited invasive procedures. He has a Dr. of Audiology as part of his office and you can get specialized hearing tests.  I will continue to go back to him whenever necessary.

    He is very personable and efficient. He is interested in his patients. He handles each patient personally and not just as a patient. I've been going to him for 20 years. I taught his receptionist when she was a fourth grader. She has been there for years. I think she went to work for him when she got out of high school. There has been some turnover but only because they had to move. He has kept his same nurse for a while. There isn't a lot of turnover in his personal office. He always personally answers emails very promptly. There used to be some wait because of the clinic but there hasn't been any now.

    He is very patient and takes his time. He shows interest in his patients. The staff and office are wonderfully. The office environment was very friendly. I don't mind waiting for the doctor if I get the quality time with them. They are prompt with their billing.

    I like the way they work with my health insurance provider. They also have a reputation for quality services. It is a teaching situation and I believe people who are teaching watch the quality of their work. The staff is nice, friendly, courteous, competent, efficient and they get me in and out without waiting for long.

    Dr. Mousa knows me and I know him. He uses my insurance. If you're concerned about any history and for your family, he is the best guy to go to for me. It's subjective to me and my circumstances. It's sometimes hard to understand him.

    It's an excellent facility. One of the things that sets it apart from others is the quality and everything is based at one place so you don't have to go somewhere else for a blood test or some other tests, it's all in one facility. It's actually very convenient for the person.

    The doctors are very good and they seem to be knowledgeable. The quality is also very good and they have friendly staff. They seem to pay attention to what you need right away. When you call back and you need to check on things, they are there for you. They are helpful.

    Kaiser Permanente
    Kaiser Permanente is part of the insurance that I get at work but I do not go to the doctor much. They do everything like obstetrics, gynecology and treatment for colds. I pretty much avoid going to the doctor and my husband says, "If you go, they will find something." The staff there is usually pretty nice and they seem to be trying to upgrade their reputation. They were kind of getting known for apathy but they are definitely getting much better. For the last couple of times that I had to call them for something, they were very nice. They are trying to upgrade their personality and customer service. They are also efficient and they are trying to get better on the effectiveness of their treatment. Their billing and administration is probably fine because I pay as I go there. I would use them again in the future because I do not have so much choice.
