    Southern Specialty Contractor LLC
My roof is beautiful. Everything was professionally handled. I am very satisfied with the insurance claim assistance, the installation and the clean up. I recommend Southern Specialty and would use them again.

Pat did a very good job. We had wood floors put in, some siding repairs, deck work along with fence work. Overall Pats crew did a very good job. I was impressed because everyday Pat would come by and check on his crew. There were a few small things that I pointed out to Pat and they were corrected immediately. I was happy with the work.

    Limitless Renovations Statewide LLC
We love our new bathroom! We originally had an old whirlpool type tub which was never used. In fact, I spent more time keeping it clean from all the debris that would leak through the whirl vents than I did the shower. The original shower was built with a mystery that even the contractors at Limitless couldn't figure out why it was built so high from the floor. We all wondered why; was there some big rock they couldn't dig out so they just built the old shower up and over it. Our biggest fear was someone tripping over the ledge on their way in or out of the shower. The big mystery turned out to be some idiotic idea of the original builder. Oh, and the entire bathroom was still in its original pink tile...yuck! Limitless' first crew (Ukraine) ripped out the tub and shower, removed all the flooring and towel racks and light fixtures. The second crew (Hispanic)came and removed the old wallpaper, repaired any holes, then painted the walls and borders. The third crew (American) installed the actual glass shower portion. I mention the different backgrounds of the crew only because I want it to be known that every one of these crew members spoke English, and were very personable and respectful. Sometimes we'd have to remind ourselves to stop talking with them and let them get back to work. The only con I have has nothing to do with Limitless or the crews; but the dust was over whelming at times. But it was worth it. Our bathroom is so open and roomy, and we really can't say enough about it. Thanks to all the Limitless folks, including Kiki who was our go-between at the office. Every one of them earned an triple A rating.

The project went well. We had a leak behind a wall in our secondary bathroom. The bathroom had to be totally torn out, including tile floor, tile tub surround and cast iron tub. We replaced with all new vanity/sink combo, tile walk in shower, new tile floor and turned one section of what was a jack and jill bathroom into a walk in closet. Pat and his guys were prompt and his timeline was exactly as laid out in our contract. We had a few unexpected but each time they were handled to our complete satisfaction.

    KDL Painting
Both jobs went exactly as promised. He is wonderful to work with and was extremely careful and thorough. His prices were reasonable: here were the charges for the two jobs ($3685) and ($2885). We would use Kevin and KDL again for any painting we need.

Kevin was very professional and provided a fair, competitive estimate. He was here when he said he was going to be, and was very responsive when I asked for a touch up in one area. Very neat, cleaned up and did not expect payment until job was completed and I had a chance to look it over. Worked fast and efficiently. I would recommend.

    Shepp's Residential Maintenance Repairs
One of the worst companies you could possibly hire! They overcharged my mother for their less than mediocre work and left their trash and paint splattered all over the floors in our home. He then told my mother that he would give her $50 dollars back and would leave the paint so that SHE COULD FINISH THE WORK! I was furious! If this company claims to have so much experience why cant they get the job right the first time and how dare you tell an unsatisfied PAYING costumer to fix the mess that YOU, a professional made? He also failed to properly re-install the upstairs master bathroom toilet which then caused the toilet to leak. There are now big yellow stains on the downstairs ceiling. When I called Mr. Rod Sheppard, the person who did the terrible work, to have him come back out and re-do everything, he had a nerve to be rude with me and tried to hang up in my face. He told me to call the owner of the company which just so happens to be his wife who is absolute no help at all (shockingly). When I decided to look in our trash can to see all the broken tile, used paint brushes and other materials that he had a nerve to leave in our personal trash can, I found a bottle of Cognac Dusse right on top of the bag they used. I will be seeing this company in court.

And OUTSTANDING job by KDL Painting Co. The owner was in charge of the entire operation (HANDS ON) -- from developing the estimate; advising what needed to be replaced on both the dock and the deck; advised of the plan to accomplish all of the work; arrived at times designated; completed the work in the most professional manner we have experienced since owning the home for over 24 years; and was extremely respectful of the property. We added some additional pressure washing requirements once the team arrived. They were completed within the estimated time frame of the entire job, and was the best outcome we have had in pressure washing the same are in 24 years. In sum, we have already asked KLM for an estimate on a much larger project -- they are outstanding in every respect!

    Stone Age Handyman Service
These guys are awesome! Even though they do a lot of work for other people, they dedicate themselves full time to your project until it's complete. They are true craftsmen and they take pride in doing things right. They show up when they say they will and they clean up very well when the job is done. I will call on them again.
