    Hands down, the best automotive service experience I've ever had. I needed a pre-purchase inspection and repair work for a 1992 Corvette that I acquired in Ft. Myers. I had never driven the car and only seen it from a distance. I needed the vehicle road worthy for the drive from Ft, Myers back to Atlanta. Legendary Automotive and Truck Service provided a complete inspection report including pictures of items that needed repair. The price was very fair and the car was ready in less than a week. Their shop is extremely clean and well organized. The mechanics are exceptionally knowledgeable and highly skilled. The car drove flawlessly back to Atlanta and continues to run well without any issues. I would highly recommend Legendary to anyone needing auto or truck service.

    The air conditioner wasn't working and people told me I had a leak. I was getting ready to buy a complete air conditioner but Kauffman said they'd look at it. It didn't have a leak, it just needed servicing. I have had so much work done to my truck that the manager there said if I was to sell it, he would buy it from me. It's a good truck. I haven't had any more problems with my air or my truck. They have a lot of people (customers) and they will tell you to leave your truck there, it takes awhile.

    They forgot to put windshield wiper cleaner in my truck. It's suppose to come with an oil change. I have an old truck. They are a little slow but they are packed. They've always been pretty professional.

    I like the girl that helped me out. She was pretty nice and straight forward and explained what was going on. Like the guy the booked the appointment. They don’t really communicate when you pull up there. They don’t tell you what to do, or how to proceed. I will use them again. That’s the only Infiniti dealer within a 50-mile radius of me.

    They did what they said they would do. Once I scheduled the appointment, they did it right away. They were friendly and responsive. It was clean, they used the paper floor mats. It's a competitive price.

    I'm really not a fan of car dealers. They play games, and you may not be able to get the same price, it's a lot of pressure. This was a high pressure kind of thing. I have not had any problems with the service, the car has done great.

    Mechanic arrive, explain issue as i thought my problem was brake light switch. Mechanic insert clip on new brake light switch which was already installed by customer except for (clip). Mechanic diagnose switch cable needs replace, i agree to replace cable Labor $220 + parts $77, i gave mechanic $83 extra to cover taxes. Mechanic return replace cable. PROBLEM SOLVE! i ask for receipt or his card didn't provide either.

    On Tuesday i turn on air in my truck, Cool air on passenger side Hot air on driver side, call mechanic inform him of situation his reply he didn't touch anything and panel were off by customer which is TRUE, however he did put the panels back. i took panel off again i then NOTICE he didn't put my panels back right I HAVE COOL AIR NOW.

    I ask mechanic about cost of part he quoted at $77, i then inform mechanic i called dealer and cost is $62.05 i ask him why didn't he gave me my change $83-$62.05 =$20.95, first reply he paid for gas i ask where does it say customer cover gas charge he is a (mobile mechanic). Next excuse he got a discount at dealer, but he still did not give me my change.

    I've been using this NTB for over 10 years and it used to be superb but I just experienced some of the most astoundingly poor retail management I've every seen.

    1. I purchased a set of tires & oil change online using my NTB account and made an appointment for 8:30 AM Tuesday. The promised 'ready time' was 9:30 AM Tuesday.

    2. I dropped the car off at 7:00 PM Monday evening and signed all the papers and left the key.

    3. I didn't hear from the store so I began calling at noon. The manager told me that the piece of paper for my oil change was in the clear plastic envelope but the paper for my tires had been left out by the Monday manager. He promised me the car would be 'next' and ready by 5:30 pm.

    4. I went in the store at 5:30 PM and the manager told me they had started but not finished and promised it would be ready at 7:00 PM.

    5. I went back at 7:00 PM and the manager told me it was not ready and to come back at 7:50 PM, right before their 8:00 PM closing time.

    6. I went back at 7:50 PM and my car was on the rack with no tires on it and no one working on it. The manager was moving around the store emptying the garbage cans in the restrooms, guest area, etc.

    7. The manager told me they would not leave until they finished my car and promised they would bring the car to my home, about 5 miles away.

    8. 10 minutes later he called back and said they could not bring it unless I came back to the store and paid for the tires - I gave him a credit card number on the phone and he said the car was on its way.

    9. The 2 technicians drove up to my house at 8:50 PM and dropped off my car plus a coupon for a free oil change.

    It is a pity that the store has declined to this extent. The service here used to be excellent and if they made you a promise you knew they would keep it.

    Generally, I HATE car buying.  And I try and avoid dealerships.  But Carmax didn't have a vehicle I was looking for and an internet search turned up one at my local Ford dealership.  I ended up dealing with their internet sales agent, Steven G. and it was a fantastic experience.
    I didn't get a fantastic deal as they held firm to their pricing explaining the try and price their used vehicles toward the low end already so as to move them quicker.  I did compare Kelly Blue Book pricing, and it did appear the vehicle I purchased was right smack in the middle range...but I hadn't factored in some upgrades the previous owner had put on the vehicle, so I'm pretty sure what I paid was below the average price.
    But beyond the vehicle itself, it was a pleasure to work with Steve...he never pushed or used any of those tactics that turn me off of dealerships in general.  The finance guy did his best to upsell me on a few items that I turned down, but again, he never crossed the line on how he treated me.  And he managed to shop a loan for me that come in below what my credit union or USAA could give me.
    All in all, I'm hoping I won't have to car shop again for a good long time.  But if I do, I will definitely consider going back to Allan Vigil in Fayetteville again, especially if Steve G. is still working there.

    They originally quoted $225 and I had to have my car towed over there for $75, which wasn't part of the original deal.  So they are pretty much criminals.  Then once I got it there, now they have the car, there's a quote for 350 dollars after the fact.  They haven't preformed anything because they are criminals.  I didn't authorize the charge of three hundred and fifty dollars after they lied about the original stuff.  They were suppose to adjust the timing and fix the timing belt on a PT Cruiser but they have done nothing but lie.  As far as I know they haven't because they called it $350 dollars instead of $225 so I told them I wasn't paying it.
