AAiken Pest Control IncJason is the person who services our account. He has been doing it for several years. He sprays the inside and outside of our house. Aiken Pest Control will come back if you see a live bug in your house at no charge. Over the years he has only had to come back one time. We are more than happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. They also do our annual termite inspection. We are also very pleased with that service also.- Jan B.

AAiken Pest Control IncThere has been DEFINITE improvement with our situation. It's been about a week and a half since the initial appointment and we have seeing less bugs in the house..and those that DO appear are dying. The stinging insect expert was just here today and we're confident he's done a great job for us too and that we'll no longer be plagued with wasps flying around our heads IN the house. They have told us already that if we find more of the annoying critters in the house, that they will come and redo the job at no charge.- S L R.

FHad to fight to get someone to come out and told "send video" we did of bugs crawling out of wood.Rodney came out and said it was "water damage",the wood dust coming out of bottom of walls"water damage" ..EVERY area of concern"water damage".WATER DAMAGE DOES NOT HAVE FEET AND CRAWL.SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE FOUND AS WELL AS LIVE TERMITES!! David told us"we can't possibly find damage during inspection"and "live termites in (one)trap is good and shows it's working" Another employee checking traps said"It IS termites but oh well I guess we missed it during inspection".We were told and have paperwork stating ONLY outer barn(200+ft away from house)had termites but NONE in house.Cingo was paid nearly $800 for WHAT??? I have pictures AND video.Would NEVER recommend them!!!!

FHorrible. We overpaid into our account by mistake, I called 9 times before someone called me back. They told me they couldn't refund my money which is in excess of $1000 because of a clause in the contract. I waited 4 days before finally getting a copy of my contract. The contract does not say they are entitled to not return the money., When I spoke with the owner, Michael Pace, he told me he was cancelling my contract and did not provide a reason, he also said the reason for nor returning my money its because he is not a bank. He was bothered by the fact I complained. They also want to keep the money I already paid. PLEASE DO NOT do business with this company, you will regret it. Its sad to think that the owner, Michael Pace, ran for city council in North Augusta last year. If he treats customers, refuses to provide services therefore stealing money from them, imagine what he could do in office.
