    The third time did not go well. I have turned them into the better business bureau.. When I saw my electric bill double like it did I got another person to come out and get it operating correctly. Without the heat strips and he go the air conditioning system to work properly too. It did not work when he got here. Now the system works correctly, But not because because of what Rwiley did. I needed a different tech to come out and fix it. He charged $125.00 All is well now.

    Technician was professional and nice, but the work was greatly overpriced. They charged separately for fixture and work making a simple light fixture almost $400. These people should not be on Angie's list as they really take advantage by overpricing. This is my first bad experience on Angie's list.

    The initial interaction with dispatch (Renee) and service technician (Barry) was great as they each explained everything in full detail as to what to expect. Barry provided various options and worked on getting my home cooled off immediately. While working outdoors, I applied for Comfort Zone special financing options for future AC installation; temporary card received online. Unfortunately, the temp card did not provide an expiration date, so Barry was unable to process as a regular visa payment. Barry called into the office for assistance. This is when everything went totally WRONG and to the left. Our phone conversation basically turned into a heated debate between myself and Renee. Renee obviously doesn't know anything about their financing options and became rude and condescending to me. "Just pay him so he can get to the next service call." I tried directing her to the site so she would become knowledgeable of the companies offerings. In addition, explained Wells Fargo Home Projects advised they should be able to process the payment without an expiration date as it is considered special financing. What happens to the customer is always right? Superior customer service flew out the window. The best course of action would have been to mention something like, "Let me get you over to our accounting/finance department to further assist you. As this is not my area of expertise." The conversation would have remained pleasant rather than experiencing bad customer service. Please understand anyone that deals with the customer is a direct reflection of the company. The poor score has no reflection on Barry at all - he was exceptional. Professionalism rating is solely based on my experience with Renee. Renee obviously is unaware of the finance options and should read Crucial Conversations by Kerry Patterson to learn how to talk when stakes are high. This made me not want to give them my business...

    The service technician convinced me to purchase a maintenance agreement for one year at $150. He said customer service would call to schedule a time to service Air conditioner. End of April I began calling and after four weeks of trying to get appointment I asked for refund. I was told 7-10 days I would get refund. Every Monday for five weeks I have called and I was told check is coming. This Monday, 6/27/16 the office manager Amanda refused to talk to me. I definitely was scammed by this company.

    On Thursday last week, I tried to install a new thermostat myself, but could not complete the install. It was in the high 90's around 3PM that afternoon, when I decided to call for help. Not only did Ragsdale immediately dispatch a technician, but he arrived within 2 hours of my initial call, and stayed till after 6 pm (normal hours) to insure the AC worked correctly and didn't charge me overtime!

    They said they would call to let me know when they would be there and they did. They arrived when they said they would despite thdespite the raging thunderstorm. They worked in the rain and corrected the mistakes I made trying to do this myself. They were very pleasant and professional and gave me a discount on top of everything. I can't wait to have them come back to do some more work I need.

    At first the guy thought the relay switch was the only problem. The actual problem was that the motor to the heat pump had gone bad and the cold weather was closing in within a couple of days. The folks at Pendley worked diligently to secure the part and to replace it just as the icy winds began to howl! I was very pleased with the effort that they went through to make sure that our family stayed cozy for the holidays!

    They corrected the problem, and suggested I get a service contract with them. He said with that they'd come out twice a year. I never heard back from them after that. I called them, and it took them two days to tell me my air conditioning unit needed to be replaced, and quoted me a high price.

    They were good. They should spend a little more time before doing the work and not getting any errors as they are going through to see how things are going. We are concerned about the position of the air conditioning system. I would recommend them.
