    Horrible nightmare. Do not hire. Incompetent work by incompetent workers. Walked off the job incomplete and with many building code violations! His work did NOT pass building inspection. Does not have a contractors license like he said he did. His photo is below if he changes his company���s name and/or location.

    My concerns with Choice Warranty is that they contract with providers in Metro Atlanta. The technicians travel 2-3 hours to get here depending on traffic. If the repairs don't go smoothly, meaning they have to come back more then 2 times. The don't get paid travel for the extra trips. Since they are so far out, and this area is not a heavy customer base for Choice, they are not able to maximize their time in this area. The technicians don't want to come back if they are not getting paid for extra trips even though it is not their fault. I think that when a computer part is the cause of the problem for the ice dispenser problem, and the company has quit making the part, the company should keep their word about replacing appliances.

    - He did show up and complete the repairs in a reasonably timely fashion. I had to nag to get him to complete bits and pieces of the job that he said he would do before he had been paid. - The first big rain we had after the repair was paid for and "finished" - the roof started leaking. - I contacted Mr. Looney on Dec. 20, 2018 to report the leak. He even told me where the leak was. He asked if he could come after the Christmas and New Years holidays to repair it. I agreed because I trusted that he would follow through. - After New Years, he kept promising to come after you finished working on new projects. He never followed through. - I sent messages asking when he would be coming, he ignored them. - He made an appointment with my husband to come and repair the roof Saturday February 3, 2018. He never showed. He never called. - When my husband called Mr. Looney, he claimed to be sick with the flu and would send someone this past week. No one ever came. No one ever called. - He ignored voicemails asking when he would be coming. - I sent another message on Saturday (02/10/18) night and on Sunday 2/11/18 morning Mr. Looney started messaging me with a whole line of nonsense about why it's not his fault the roof leaked, how I should have hired him to do more work and then he threatened to sue me if I told people about his bad dealings! I'm going to hire someone else to get the roof taken care of. I was unable to find any public posts about his poor business dealings and hope that this complaint will help other people do their due diligence. The business doesn't appear in any listing, yet he publishes copies of his business card for advertising.

    Schwartz was great! They came out and got the job done in 1.5 days. There was more rot than expected but it didn't slow them down a bit. The worksite was cleaned up before they left and we are very satisfied. Prompt, courteous and fast!

    My neighbor recommended this company when I was in need of a roof replacement. Upon contacting them I was really impressed with their professionalism and response time with estimates. After checking other local roofers, I found that Schwartz roofing had a very reasonable price. They set a date of service and an estimation of completion time and met both goals. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing replacement or repairs. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

    Speed was OK at first but got worse and worse, not meeting the advertised speeds.  To upgrade, wanted to sell me new equipment and charge installation fee, with no guarantee that my speed would be better.  Dropped them, got Charter with a carefully set up router.  Pleased so far.

    From day one TV service was poor.  First off was told by sales that it was whole house DVR, can record all the shows you want.  BUT you can only watch a show you recorded in one room, the room it was recorded in.  You can only record two shows at once.   Then next day when watching recorded show   sound kept breaking up, stop and starting, picture cracking.   When ever TV's turned off would have to call go through numerous automated steps - wait two to five minutes and reception would be reset.  After  a week of this was told our complaints would be sent to supervisor.  Then it would be another two weeks till supervisor  would schedule at visit to our location to find the problem.   In the mean time we returned the TV DVR box to local office in Milledgeville GA.  for another box.   Customer Service in office was  very nice.  Gave us another TV DVR box.   We believe first box was not new but refurbished.    Internet is service is fast BUT spotty , certain times of time does not work,   then 15 minutes later no problem.  Did not want home phone but to get cheaper package rate for everything got phone, BUT two days later now get nothing but sales calls, and collection calls for someone else.  With all this only good thing is all Customer Service people are Great.   Picture on TV is GRAND,  very clear, sharp.

    A couple of other people had been hired previously and had been unsuccessful at repairing the leak at the home-sunroom connection. Joe's Roofing came and determined immediately what needed to be done and made repairs quickly and efficiently, and it hasn't leaked since. That's been several years now. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

    I have been to TCH Watersports on many occasions for different things. They repaired my jet ski in a timely manner. They were very professional and the price can't be beat. The owner, front office staff, and mechanics are very friendly and professional. I would recommend them for any watercraft needs.

    I had a gift card to another salon in the area and did not realize they were out of business until the day I wanted my hair done. So last minute I called six different salons in the area and all were completely booked. When I called Belladonna the hairdresser that answered seemed to be unsure if she had room but quickly and politely checked to see if she could do anything for me. The only spot open was the time I was looking for so I booked. When I arrived they had me fill out a hair history form (much appreciated, I have never had anyone do that before). After I was done she had me put on a smock and the hairdresser and owner (Cindy) came out and talked to me about what I wanted then led me to the back. She then sat with me and went through color options listening to what I wanted and then suggesting tones that fit my complexion and wouldn't damage my hair. She also made real world suggestions about shampoo and conditioner and didn't try to upsell me on expensive products insisting that they were what I needed, but she also made me aware that if I did want them they were available. She then began the color process. She didn't try to small talk me to death either, she conversed in a manner that was professional and didn't ask questions that made me uncomfortable. After the color part was over she discussed how I wanted my hair cut, and when she cut my hair she listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She suggested certain cuts to make my hair look fuller and waited for my consent before cutting. After my hair felt soft, was shiny, and still feels great ten days later. Overall it was a great experience and I appreciate them booking me last minute! I will absolutely be a returning customer!
