AUnlockit Locksmith & SecurityI had just purchased a new home and only had one key and 6 doors. The key only fit the front door. I was a little of the way than their normal customers, but because I was an Angie's List member they were more than willing to come and help. They explained to me the current coupons that they had going on and what would benefit me the most. The day of the visit they called to confirm my appointment and to let me know that they were running a little behind because someone had called out sick but wanted to ensure that they would get to me as soon as they could and they would call when they were on their way. 30 minutes prior to the visit, they called to let me know the technician was on his way, along with his name to assure me that the right person was showing up at the door. During the process they rekeyed the front door and then were able to change the all the other doors to match the existing front door. I also had a specialized key that that had been given to me that they cut to match the front door. They even realigned some of the locks that were off kilter in the door. They were extremely courteous and professional. I couldn't have had a better experience.- Stephanie W.

AUnlockit Locksmith & SecurityThis company is one that gets customer service. They called me before the technician (Gil) arrived and asked if it was ok to come early. Gil arrived and immediately provided credentials and his card. After service they called to check on how things went. How great is that! I had 5 doors re-keyed on the house I purchased. Gil also fixed a latch on the front door that was not working correctly as well as adjusted another door all within the standard price. It took about 90 minutes and when done all was perfect. My son looked at the bill and thought it was the deal of the century. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to re-key or otherwise needing locksmith services. AUnlockit Locksmith & SecurityUnlockit called the day before to confirm the appointment. They also called the day of the appointment to say their locksmith was running a little late, which was to be expected as I had an appointment late in the day. I appreciate that they called to let me know what was going on and to give me a time frame of when they were going to arrive. They arrived about half an hour later than the original appointment time, which I thought was great. The locksmith explained our options to us and did not try to upsell us at all. He was able to match the two different finishes I had on the front door, and spent extra time ensuring that everything worked well and we were happy. I would definitely use them again.- Darcy S.

AB & B LOCK & KEY INCI called at 830am to make an appointment. I needed to have the locks rekeyed before 1PM and I needed same day service. They came right away. The front and back door locks were rekeyed for 2 homes. They finished within the hour. The cost was slightly pricey however I was aware of the cost. They did a good job.- Deryl L.

ANot only was he prompt, he arrived a few minutes early! In fact, the Constable was still waiting for his backup to arrive. Once the eviction process had begun, Lee went right to work. He kept us updated on his progress, and pointed out a couple of locksets that we had forgotten about that also needed to be re-keyed. He was friendly, professional, and we had no surprises about any price issues. He finished the job in a reasonable time, and even offered some sympathetic words about the emotional nature of the eviction. His promptness and words made a terrible day ever-so-slightly better, and are a reflection his personal and professional character. Thanks, Lee!

DOn Jan 9th I ordered a 4 drawer AMSEC Stor it Cabinet AND two AMSEC Jewelry inserts 1375033 from Indehomes that were advertised on their website. I did receive the cabinet on Jan 23, but without the two ordered jewelry inserts.
I called and talked to Andrea about it and shortly after that I received, without notice, a refund for the inserts. I did manage to get her on the phone and she said she would check into it. I then received an email telling me they were discontinued and she could not find them.
I wrote her back telling her that AMSEC had 18 in stock and even gave her the phone number to call. I again didn't hear back from her, and she wouldn't answer the phone, so I had to call her from a number she wouldn't recognize. She did answer and she sounded so sincere when she said she would really check into it. However, to this day I have never heard back from her.
In the mean time, I ordered them from another company (and paid more for them) but received them in 8 days.
They were very nice on the phone the few time I could get a hold of them; however I would have appreciated sincerity instead!
They rarely answered their phones and I never used their Live Chat when anyone was there even though I tried many times.
