ABath Planet of AtlantaBath Planet of Atlanta has done several projects for me over the years. The most recent was remodeling and up-dating an older house, adding an over sized two car garage, upstairs bonus room and connecting office with bath, etc. This was a "hurry-up" project because of a family emergency. Having experience with Bath Planet on past projects I was able to turn the entire project including many homeowner decisions over to him with complete confidence. Put me at ease and explained everything that was going on with my outlets. Also informed me of other services that his company provides. He was a fountain of knowledge for me. Also received a follow-up call from representative of company to make sure that I was satisfied with the services provided. I would truly recommend this company to anyone for your home improvement needs. Even though mine was just the home electrical outlets I was very pleased with the service that was provided to me. AP.K. Masonry arrived at my home on three different days on time, ready and willing to start the work. I was impressed how carefully he measured and drew out the plans for the fireplace. On my fireplace install PK was always concerned with what I was asking for, and listened to what I had to say. We didn't always agree, but he showed great patience dealing with me who knows nothing about what it takes to build a fireplace. I love my new fireplace that he built and will enjoy owning it for years to come. I definitely would hire PK again and have a job for him, planned for the future.

AHail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference.

FDO NOT HIRE!!!! I wish there were a way to grant negative stars on the scale. My experience with this "company" and its owner (Chris Matheny) was abysmal. Extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and SLOW. The owner is deceitful and scrapes together materials and labor to weasel his way through jobs. You won't see or hear from these people weeks at time. When they do "work" it is not supervised and done poorly. If you complain, the owner taunts and plays games - he never answers a direct question or gives any kind of timetable for the project. I feel bad for the workers that he hires (just whenever they are available outside their other jobs) because the owner is absent from job sites and does not answer their calls. He gives them zero direction and much of their time is wasted because of the lack of leadership. It took them over 3 months to do a simple backyard fence yet when he took my money he said it would be more like 3-4 weeks. Money in hand July 7 and it is October 8 today and the job is still not complete. The owner gave me his “word” that it would completed today. He is not to be trusted. They never had the materials or supplies they needed, they float multiple jobs at one time which they cannot handle. They leave tools and trash at the site, not bothering to clean up before they leave. Rough cuts and they cut corners. This is a real trash company through and through: I beg you not to bother with them. It's not really an organized company at all because they have no supervision. Matheny will take your money, but that' sabout all you will get from him beside lies and excuses. He sends the same three "workers" to do all the work but he is not involved at all. Communication is garbage and the owner will ghost you completely or resort to immature chiding behavior all while NOT completely work. He is extremely defensive and will not take anyone questioning his tactics, which are completely unacceptable under any standards. He stalls and lies instead of being upfront with his customers. He keeps them on the leash for months at a time with no goals or end date objectives. You never know how long they will be gone from a site or when they will show up to work. It's quite troubling and extremely problematic. I had to file formal complaint with BBB, but no response was made by the company. The website is not accurate either - they do not work Friday, Saturdays, nor do they work most weekdays in our case. They work whenever they have spare time and are often buried in excuses or so far behind they ghost you completely. Owner is unapologetic, belittling, unethical, and dishonest. He takes no responsibility for his lack of action and shoddy work ethic constantly making excuses that are not the customer's problem. He allows his ego and pride to take over when attempting to communicate with customers. He especially gets upset and starts name calling and tantrums when you voice any concerns. Avoid this company at all costs - it's not worth the headache, frustration, or the money.

FI chose this company based off reviews after my moms roof was damaged in a storm. They assured me they would take care of my moms roof and keep me posted on what was going on because I live in Texas and my mom is in Georgia. It was supposed to be a simple 2 day job that turned into my mother’s worst nightmare. The first day they showed up they they were removing shingles and one of the guys said he lost his footing and broke the ceiling panels on the inside of the home. We said it was ok as long as it was fixed they assured us it would be, so it wasn’t a big deal. when the crew left on the first day they didn’t let anyone know they just randomly left and the roof was just wood no shingles and unfortunately it stormed that night so my mom woke up to water POURING in her home at 3am! It was unbelievable she took a video that I will be posting with my review as well as photos of damage and the poor job they did on my moms roof the 2nd day they said they would fix the water damage but didn’t then broke 5 more of her ceiling panels and thought it was ok to just try to patch it??? Wow and to top it off my moms roof has waves like the ocean and they said it cause she has a older home, that something was bad under the roof and was expensive to fix.... so they never even gave us the option because they assumed we wouldn’t or couldn’t pay just cause it’s a insurance Claim? How this place is I’m business blows my mind. We have given them multiple opportunities and almost 3 months to fix it and all we get are excuses, like they are avoiding us. Very disappointed now we will have to repay someone out of pocket to redo it the right way.
