  • It's a good place. They do everything really well. They give me good recommendations and tell me how much brakes I have left. I compare them to other places I've been to, and they are the most competent. The price is average. It's higher than Atlanta and Fresno.

  • they performed good job - car is running well, had some issues with ac and oil leak. They could be more responsive - had to call them, since they did not bother - other then that, it's best ford dealership I ever went to - tried few others in Atl and in Montana - awful experience.

  • Came in without an appointment with 2 screws in one tire and also asked about rotating as we were taking a long car trip soon. They advised that due to the wear and the length of trip it was better to replace all 4. I looked and agreed, hadn't realized they are so worn. Completely finished in just a couple of hours. Price includes lifetime repair, which is great because my tires seem to have magnets in them, I get so many nails and screws. Have been going to them for almost ten years. They are family owned, great folks, and know you by face and car after your first visit or two. They are always the top recommendation when folks in our neighborhood ask for a good tire place.

  • Someone broke into my car by shattering the driver side window and
    grabbing the GPS. As rain was in the forecast I needed to get the
    driver side window replaced right away. After some research I came
    across (PAG) Premier Auto Glass on Yelp. There were over 30 positive
    When I called Keith he said he would come over in the
    afternoon. He called before he arrived and showed up at noon. He
    replaced the driver side window and vacuumed up the glass shards in the
    car. He only charged $140 to replace the window on my car (a 2008
    Honda Accord Sedan). Based on my research, the price was the best deal
    for the money.
    Keith is professional, friendly and trustworthy. His kindness was a bright spot in a bad situation.
    Great price plus convenience plus a technician with a friendly manner sums up
    this experience. It was everything I can ask for. I give him an
    enthusiastic endorsement!

  • I wasn’t quite sure what was wrong with her car but it seemed like something scary and it didn't turn out to be a big deal. He didn't take advantage of her and he didn't overcharge her. It was something to do with her trunk. She ended up spending between $100 and $200. Once he told her what she brought it in for wasn't serious then she asked him to look at a noise under the hood. He was so honest that when he came back he said he needed the right key and because he had to go somewhere any way he stopped and got a key to open the trunk. He ended up only charging her $15.00 for the key.  We just couldn't believe he was so honest.  Sometimes when I take my car to a mechanic at a larger mechanic shop they fix one thing and then something else breaks within a week; it doesn't happen when we take the car to this guy.

  • This was my first time at Catherine's Auto. I bought a Groupon certificate for an oil change and finally decided to schedule an appointment. The performed all the services they promised and let me know what I should look out for in the future. My car was finished in the time frame that was promised. And everyone was very professional and courteous. I will definitely return.

  • They were able to replace the windshield on the third visit. The first two attempts the installer had the wrong glass but it turns out this was due to an error I entered on their ordering website. The installer was courteous and accommodating. We would certainly use the service again.

  • They charged me way too much for the kind of service they gave me. They never could figure out what the problem was on my car and they kept it for three days. They were however professional and very responsive. The only reason why I would use this company again is because they are the closest company in this area.
