    Emory Health Care
Dr. Gone is a general practice. First  the day I went, there was a big scare, I guess due to the ice storm. I got there and it was closed. I was not well and then I had to wait. They could have informed me about there closing. They said, they had the number that I gave eight years back to the main hospital. I said what happened to the number that I gave yesterday when I made an appointment for today. They said they called everybody and called me too on that old number. They said everything is fine and when I was about to check out, they said I have to pay the full amount. They did not apologized for anything. It was nasty. They did not checked the insurance earlier and they check it at the checkout time. Other then the doctor everyone else is very bad. They manager said we are doing you a courtesy it is not our duty to file your insurance. I was so upset I was the one who apologized in the end. I was traumatized by the administration behavior. I am not even happy the doctor because she had another assistant who was not even a doctor that made me very uncomfortable. I will go to them when maybe they are the only doctor left in the whole world.

    Mason Primary Care
I know of them for a long time.  In my previous career I did IT work and I did some IT work for them.  So I know them for probably about 10 to 15 years.  They have quite a few doctors there and they’re all pretty good.  I like them.  Some offices are like swamped and so it’s like what’s going on.  They’re very good about their scheduling and handling walk-ins.  They do allow for walk-ins.  Their promptness is definitely one thing that I like about them.  They have a really nice waiting area.  The staff is pretty good.  With the office you get Mason Primary Care then you also have space out for another couple of doctors. They have 4 doctors there and a couple of nurse practitioners.  So it’s not like some places where they have one doctor and one nurse practitioner, and then they have a 3 hour wait.  So these guys are pretty quick.  One thing I like about them is that they also have their own lab tech where blood testing can be done.  So it’s all in one space.  So I can go in and see the doctor and if I need blood test I can go to the opposite building where there is a separate office. The nurse that takes blood is very good.  She’s very good at making sure that I do not feel the needle sticking in me.  I was surprised because my veins are hard to find and she got them in one shot.  They’re very good with the billing and administration.

    Heigerick, Dr. Craig
I've been using him for about 20 years. He gives very consistent care and is very knowledgeable. He takes time to make sure he knows what's going on. There is consistency in the staff and there is very little turn over, so the people already know you. They do a good job managing their schedule.

Dr Crooker's office is the best I have been to. I have been with them for over 10 years. EVERYONE in the office is profesional, helpful, knowledable and friendly and caring. You can talk to these people. They don't just rush you out the door.
I usually see one of the PA or NPs, but Dr Crooker is always available for consultation.
Dr. Crooker saved my husband's life. My hubby retired and decided that he should start doing some excercise to make up for the fact he was not working any more. He was very winded and not able to walk far in the neighborhood without sitting to rest. He made an appointment with Dr. Crooker, and that afternoon, Dr Crooker made him an appointment with a cardiologist who then sent him to the hospital for a stent procedure. The doctor at the hospital realized a stent was not going to do the job and had him transferred to St. Joseph's for a quadruple bypass.
He went to Dr Crookers on Monday and had his surgery on Wednesday morning. Had Dr Crooker not taken action right away, my husband's quality of life and possibly life itself would have been gone.
Also, as a Benefits administrator at my job, we NEVER see issues coming from his office. His staff understands what needs to be done for the plans they accept and do it very well.
Over all, my opinion is you could not pay me to switch doctors. I am that confident in him and his staff.

The office and staff are fine. I particularly like his nurse. His nurse has been with him quite a long time and she practically knows the sound of my voice on the phone. She really takes care of me herself and I really haven't had any dealings with any of the other staff. I am on Medicare, and because of the situation with Medicare and what they keep cutting back on, he has restricted hours when he will see Medicare patients. That is not really his fault. It is the government. I am due to see him again in April.

South Forsyth Family Med & Pediatrics
Dr. Boaz and his staff are very attentive, caring, and professional. We spent a lot of time looking for a trusted family physician and found one with Dr. Boaz. We asked neighbors, friends, and colleagues for recommendations for a family doctor. The name that kept being mentioned in conversation was Dr. Boaz at South Forsyth Family Medicine. When we decide to start a family we will definitely continue going to this Great Family Practice.

    Kaiser Permanente
They were very professional. You could expect getting into their department very quickly, then the doctors are very professional. They let you ask questions and tell you exactly what's needed to be done. Our overall experience with them was very good. I guess, the people that work as the nurses and the aides are always very professional. It's very seldom that someone is going to be treating you a little strange and I would say that, anybody that needed insurance, you look into Kaiser Permanente.

    Chang Soo Kim MD
I read a number of positive reviews online before choosing this doctor, since I didn?t have a primary care
physician.  I was able to get an appointment on short notice, which is nice. I believe the appointment was the
same day I attempted to schedule it.
I discovered that his front desk staff spoke Korean on the phone with his clients, which I?m sure put them at ease.  Yet I also didn?t feel out of place even though I?m a Caucasian guy who doesn?t know Korean.
I needed an annual physical and I also took the liberty to ask about pain in my legs.  Dr. Kim listened intently (more than most doctors do), and discussed my issue at length.  Although he didn?t have any ?solutions?, he did have a number of ideas of possible causes, which was reassuring.  I told him I was working on getting an appointment with a specialist and he seemed satisfied at that.  I felt like he stayed to listen until we had completed the conversation.  Although I?m sure he had other patients, the visit didn?t feel rushed.
I would definitely visit him again.

    Culpepper, Dr. Lisa L
She is very thorough. She has found some things that she requested additional testing for that turned out to be really serious things that needed additional testing for, so I appreciated that thoroughness. I really like her office staff. They are super-efficient and pleasant.

    North Chattahoochee Family Phys
A friend recommended them. They were very fast and saw me right on time. It was a great office environment and everything seemed very cheery. I called yesterday and they saw me today. I wanted to see one of the doctors but she was busy so I saw the nurse practitioner. I would definitely see them again.
