    This was my first visit, I was referred to Dent1st by my husband and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and prompt. I felt the COVID-19 protocols were being followed and I felt safe. The hygienist explained what she was doing the entire visit and gave great advice. I will visit again and recommend.

    The office visit went extremely well. The staff was warm, friendly and very professional. Dr Bell as well as the Dental Hygienist CK are always so professional , warm as well as knowledgeable. Today was my first day returning since COVID crisis. I was extremely pleased with all the precautions that were taken to make sure My safety as well as my dental needs were taken care of. I was Not surprised as Dr Bell has been my dentist for many years and she and her staff have always delivered the best of dental care. I have enjoyed coming to an office where I don’t care how nervous I am when I get there, I always leave pleased with the service that I have received.

    Jason Izzi DMD
    Jason Izzi incorrectly diagnoses my Invisalign case. Upon completion of my treatment with him, I was seen by another orthodontist who identified an overbite that could lead to significant long-term degradation of my teeth. Also, he charged me $3990 for a n "Invisalign Lite" case which only allows for 1 additional adjustment within the cost. It is taking me -- at minimum -- 20 more adjustments to correct my issues. That would have resulted in at least another $3990 payment to Izzi's office. He also refused a final visit with me to discuss my new diagnosis and wouldn't answer my questions that specifically asked about it. Lesson learned: always get a second opinion when it comes to Invisalign treatments.

    I was denied service by Dentist due to being a frontline health care worker, despite being fully vaccinated. Expects me to take 10 days of non covid exposer to be seen. Type 1 diabetic with mouth pain sent packing. Dr should be ashamed of his self.

    4 minutes ago Lots of smiling faces who will take your money, offer you unnecessary services, overcharge you and give you homec products at cosmetic dentistry prices. A 5 year grifting cash grab of an experienced that left me with the exact end I repeatedly asked not to get. No accountability and all at over 13K out of pocket. Please do yourself a favor and not be taken in by smiling faces who want your money. Find someone who will give you a fair price and quality product.

    ame for a routine 6 month cleaning. I left with two hours wasted, they tried to get almost 300 out of me with services that I did not come for and don’t urgently need. When I declined the services then they declined my my teeth cleaning that I originally came for. BE CAREFUL and know your insurance plan line for line. Because if not, they WILL try to get over on you though billing. Time was wasted, I did not get my routine cleaning (that they first promised), and they are known for billing fraud. I should have checked their 100+ complaints on BBB(Better Business Bureau) beforehand.

    Scheduled an appointment for myself and husband in the beginning fOctober for November 25th. Only to get to the office and they were not expecting me. They asked for some proof of my appointment. I showed them the text after waiting 20 min the receptionist comes back stating that they do not have availability today due to me coming in 15 min after the grace period although I was coming in my husbands place who was scheduled shortly after. Me. Total poor service. What dentist schedules an appointment that a dental system is aware of but the people working there are not? Than turn aways patient after they are already there? And offers me to come back I feburary after I've already been waiting for a dental appointment since October? The service at this place is terrible.
