They will promise you a low price, free oil changes etc., then once you buy the car they will refuse to fulfill any of their promises. Right before you sign they will tell you how prone to mechanical failures the car is. Th"electronics" are especially prone to failure they say. This is all lies. The worthless extended warranty is where they make the big money. If the car is prone to failure, why buy it? Do not finance through these crooks. Have your bank or credit union per-approve your loan. If you are a single women, elderly, or a non yuppie, you will be ripped off. By all means test drive the car there. But buy somewhere else. Once you buy they will find multiple reasons to get you to come back to the dealership so they can pump and dump the extended warranty on you. Paper work problems, they have to change the rental car,. etc. Do not leave your new car there. If you like being ripped off and lose money, ask for Mathew. There are far better dealerships than this. The employees are trained to treat people this way. If you must buy here and are not an affluent yuppie, use Costco buying service and go around these thugs. It is just not worth the hassles. They are good cars, and it's a shame you can't buy one without being ripped off.

I have now been using them for several and I got them from Angie’s List and they’re super. I have a bunch of older cars, some classic cars and those guys are good. They will even tell me if there’s nothing needed. Which is unusual coming from a mechanic. It was a fair price for all the work they did. Their responsiveness is top-notch. I’ve never had a complaint. I’ve taken a bunch of cars to them consistently over the years and I’ve always been pleased with their work. They’re the best mechanics I’ve ever had.

He is the only one I trust. His name is Virgil and I have been using him since the 80's. He is a dream mechanic and will let you know if you just need to buy a new car instead of keep fixing the same problem over and over. He is very honest.

I am a member, and there is a near by service center. For all of this I go to them. I continue with them because I know them properly. They provide courtesy service also to repair something. If it is going to take 4 hours they will bring me home and pick me up. That grade is good. They provide walk up and all that stuff. I would us them again in the future.

It went awesome. My car had absolutely no pickup (2008 toyota camry). I could barely pass someone walking. They checked her out, called me to tell me what they found but were not sure if it would fix the problem because my cars computer would not communicate with theirs. Since they had done such a awesome job on my husbands 2004 Jeep Cherokee, I told them to go for it. Of course it fixed my cars problem. These guys are the best, friendly, professional & honest. They could have told me anything being I know nothing about cars, but they didn't. They just did the job & charged me accordingly. I will take my cars NO WHERE else. I've only been down here a month, but I certainly have found my mechanics. They are not real close to me (about 16 miles away), and I pass many auto shops on my way there. If my car were to break down in front of ANY auto shop... I'd have it towed to Gwinette Care Care.

It went great. Misho was very courteous, professional and about his business. We own a 2004 Jeep which my dear hubby has not kept up. It was making noises & smelling like something was burning. Took it in & expressed my concerns and there were a lot of them. They checked the Jeep out, called me told me what was wrong with prices. Since I couldnt afford all of it at one time, Misho told me what was most important. My brakes & cooling system. I told him to fix them & even though I didn't get my car to the following day I appreciated that after they did the work, they test drove it, found it was still shaking & rotated my tires & balanced them. The jeep drives so much better. I will be taking my Camry to them.

To date, I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Both were purchased new, and my most recent was in 2012. We went earlier in the year to purchase another vehicle for my husband, but the service we received was horrible. The salesperson was nice and polite to start, however when we got to negotiating, his demeanor changed drastically. He flat out told us that he wasn't going to play "games" and he was trying to pressure us to sign an agreement on a price that we did not want. When we refused to sign he was getting outwardly angry which prompted me to leave the showroom and left my husband behind to deal with the drama. The manager came out to try and sooth things over, but that wasn't going to work. Later that day we received a call from the general manager apologizing for the behavior of the salesperson. While that was nice, the overall experience left such a bad taste in my mouth, I will not be purchasing a vehicle from here again.

On a five point scale (A-F) I don't see how this dealership consistently receives an A grade. I've brought my cars in for service here over the past few years due to location. Do they always get the job done, Yes. But is it done any better than any other Toyota dealership, No. I think the Techs in the Service Center are good, but the process and the advisers are no better than any other dealership which results in a grade of C.
The dealership is in a high traffic location and their service area is setup to process a high volume of customers. People wait in a queue to see the next available service adviser. Every time I go in for service I see a new adviser but the process is much the same. They tell you they will call you when your car is ready, they give you an estimated wait time, I wait. The wait times in my experience have usually been 2x to 2.5x the estimated time and I have to followup with the adviser to see if the car is done. They are so busy that they can't contact you on a timely basis when your car is done. God forbid if I ever have a follow-up question about the service, it is like pulling teeth trying to get an adviser to return your call.
I'm not complaining for the sake of complaining. I don't think all dealerships are like this. In fact, I take my Honda to Gwinnet Place Honda and their service is excellent. I have taken my Toyota and Lexus to the Toyota Mall of GA and their service is excellent as well. I don't know that these dealerships service the car any better, or if the prices are any better, but I can tell you that the customer experience is much better.

This dealership is wonderful.  I love my car and haven't regretted for a minute buying from Hennessey Cadillac.  I have had little things go wrong and they take me right in and get it fixed.
