    It went extremely well! The drivers made it a point to be there to pick us all up and help with our luggage earlier than planned. Was pleased with the SUV that I shared with a couple associates and the drivers were very accommodating and allowed us to stop and grab a bite to eat along the way. All the vehicles look brand new, well kept and emmaculate on the interior as if they were just freshly cleaned and thoroughly detailed. I enjoyed the experience with Greene Worldwide Transportation and have definitely saved them in my speed dial to use again in the near future. Thank you!

    Absolutely amazing experience with this transportation company over the years! These guys are the real deal and don't disappoint. If you try anyone else you will see real fast why everyone since the 80's has been using these guys because with the competition you honestly get what you pay for!     Good communication with the office. Our driver had a bid of a snafu finding us, despite very clear and concise directions for our office. The driver went to the wrong entrance which delayed our trip start by a few minutes. The directions were very clear in the order, however. Once we got started, the driver was great and there were no issues. Overall, a great experience and I would use them again.

    After dinner the valet brought back my car and I noticed that the bumper had been damaged.  The valet mentioned that a restaurant employee had been parked next to the car and that it might have been the employee that hit the car while it was parked.  
    The valet called the "rounder" to come to help us.  The rounder was stuck in traffic, so the valet gave me a claim form to fill out.  The valet confirmed that there was no previous damage to my car and provided me with the ticket that they attach to the keys.  The valet said that they are required to do a walk around and note any damage to each vehicle before they park it.  The ticket attached to the keys shows a check indicating that there was no prior damage.
    I was also provided contact information for Patrick Graffius from the valet company.  I was told to contact Patrick on Monday.
    Schedule of events:Saturday, January 16, approx 7:30pm, left car, undamaged, with valet.
    Saturday, January 16, approx 9:00pm, received car from valet with damaged front left bumper.  Brought the damage to the valet's attention.  Filled out a claim form, was told by the valet that Eagle Parking would take care of the damage, and told to contact Patrick Graffias.
    Monday, January 18, 10:17am, called Patrick Graffius and left a message for him.  
    Tuesday, January 19, 11:08am, Patrick returned my call and left a message asking me to call
    Tuesday, January 19, 2:13pm, left another message for Patrick
    Tuesday, January 19, 4:21pm, Patrick returned my call.  Patrick told me that he had spoken with the valet and that Patrick was going to speak with manager at Wahoo regarding the incident.  Patrick told me that they were going to attempt to identify the Wahoo employee that damaged my car.  Patrick also asked me to send him pictures of the damage to share with manager at Wahoo.
    Wednesday, January 20, I sent Patrick pictures of the damage.
    Thursday, January 21, Patrick confirmed that the pictures had been received and that he was still looking into the matter.
    ***No contact for a week from Patrick***
    Thursday, January 28, I emailed Patrick asking for a status update.  Patrick responded that they were looking for camera footage, as no one at the restaurant has come forward.  In additional correspondence, Patrick indicated that Eagle Parking is not going to take responsibility.
    Thursday, January 28, 5:05pm, I called Wahoo Grill.  The manager said that he was not familiar with the incident and asked me to send correspondence to the restaurant owner.
    After a call to Eagle Parking from the restaurant owner, I was provided with their insurance carrier's information.  I have filed a claim.

    Horrible, Horrible, I would never recommend this company! I was recommended to this company by a limousine service. I called them around 3pm to schedule a pickup at 4pm to take my wife and I to a wedding at 4:30pm that is 10-15 minutes or 6 miles away. When the diver did not show up at 4:00pm I called the company to see where the diver was, the dispatcher said he should have called and was on his way. After 5 minutes, I called again, she said the same thing, 5 minutes later same response....at 4:15 the manager/supervisor of the company called with no apology that they would not be able to pick us up since they do not have a taxi near our location and that they were short handed. Needless to say I had to call another company to pick us up and we missed the wedding completely after coming in from another state to attend my relative's wedding. We were heart broken and felt so guilty for missing the wedding!

    AFTER LIVING IN NYC FOR TWO YEARS, I PRAYED I WOULD NEVER NEED A TAXI AGAIN. HOWEVER, WHEN I DO NEED ONE, I ALWAYS CALL DECATUR'S BEST. THEY ARE SO PROMPT. TO COMPLICATE MATTERS, I USE A MANUAL WHEELCHAIR AND THE DRIVERS NEVER BLINK, THEY ALWAYS KNOW HOW TO FOLD IT AND AWAIT MY INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW TO BEST HELP.

    AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE THAT'S FAR CHEAPER THAN TAXI. I'VE HAD MIXED RESULTS FROM THIS COMPANY, BUT I THINK THAT'S BECAUSE THEY'RE NEW IN TOWN AND EXPERIENCING SOME GROWING PAINS. HUGE PLUS: YOU CAN MAKE RESERVATIONS ONLINE FOR A NUMBER OF US CITIES. MINUS: WHEN YOU'RE WONDERING WHERE THE SHUTTLE IS, IT CAN BE HARD REACHING A LIVE BODY. I'LL STILL USE THEM AGAIN.
